Mothers' Day Disaster. We had the misfortune of attempting to Celebrate Mothers' Day at this Inhospitable mistake. Where most orders are served incorrectly or burnt and all guests are treated as inconveniences. And that's just it. We WANTED to enjoy ourselves. We were Ready to LAUGH. But our server. Who never gave his name by the way. Summarized our experience by clearing our table by pointing at the dish he wanted and actually just grunting "dish! " I have had better experiences at a high school cafeteria!.
The food was mediocre. The service was terrible. What are they the cornerstone of? The cornerstone of neglect, apathy or just plain old-fashioned meanness. Do not go here. The people in a Culver's drive-through are nicer!

Stopped in for lunch. Cornerstone was very cute and warm inside. I was excited to see the specialty drink list in the table and the veggie options on the menu. Unfortunately, when I received my drink and food, I was highly disappointed. The coffee in the Peppermint Patty was weak, cute though. The Veggie Quesadilla came out looking good and full, but was overshadowed by the copious amount of cheese and grease in it.

I am so glad I stumbled upon this wonderful hidden gem today! Did not think I could find anything being vegan but I was pleasantly surprised. This is hands-down the best vegan fajita salad I have ever tasted in my life! It is jampacked of goodness and flavor :-) my friend also thoroughly enjoyed his steak wrap. Said it tasted authentic and also packed with flavor. I would definitely take the hour and a half drive again and again to experience this type of wonderful service and deliciousness. It deserves more than five stars :-)

I had the pot roast taco. Pot roast was tender but not much flavor on its own. But, with the very flavorful corn tortillas and the tangy verde sauce (which was on the side) was pretty good. Service was quick and friendly. Quiet cute little place. Would suggest replacing water stained ceiling tiles in the dining area for aesthetic reasons but other than that not a bad experience.
Pot roast tacos were the special; two tacos and a side for $11. Other person with me had a grilled cheese with something on it for $9 with the side. With two sodas the total came to $27 and change. A little pricey for a lunch. But what you would expect from a little bistro type restaurant. Overall thumbs up.

I've eaten here a few times before for breakfast; today is the first time I stopped for lunch. Breakfast has always been great. The blueberry pancakes is my go-to. The lunch menu is full of delicious sounding choices. As an appetizer we got coconut shrimp. I love coconut shrimp and this didn't disappoint. For my main dish I left it up to the sever: She suggested the pesto chicken flatbread. Also very good. I'd come back here for breakfast or lunch anytime. We enjoyed sitting outside in the beautiful weather.
