Quick turnaround higher priced then others in the area. People were very helpful and were pleasant to speak with.

Dropped off my doe on Monday for processing and picked it up on Wednesday the same week. Had jalapeno cheddar snack sticks made which were vacuum sealed & freezer wrapped.

I called Bunzels around 2 PM on sunday during opening weekend and was told that they would be open until 6PM for deer drop off and I said I would be stopping by to drop my deer off shortly. The person I spoke with on the phone said "See ya then!". When I arrived at 4PM the shop was closed. I understand that it was probably slow and they decided to close down but they should have called me back and updated me.

I live in SE Milwaukee and driving up to Sheboygan for sausage and stix and waiting 4 months was getting old. Bunzel's has the best tasting sausage, turnaround was just a few weeks and the reputation speaks for itself. Bunzel's is my new go-to for venison processing. They use 50% pork which is high and that drives up the price - but my group does all the butchering so bringing trimmings in for sausage is worth their expertise. Even people who don't like venison sausage like Bunzel's sausage.

Great place for processing. Friendly and fast. Some of the best sausages out there. I don't go anywhere else at this point.

I ordered Bunzel's Catering - The Classic Cold Buffet - for my husband's 80th Birthday Party. I had it delivered and they were right on time. There was plenty of food and I received so many compliments. They even supply the paper plates, cups and utensils. I needed to supply nothing else. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

I've been hunting for 16 years. I had been taking my deer to Pernats, River Edge, etc. They were all good.but Bunzels is AMAZING. The jalapeno cheddar brats have more cheese than the competitors, the landjaeger and hotsticks are a meal in themselves (bigger, and great flavor) and the turn around time (1.5 weeks for 38lbs of trim I bought in) was impressive! Vinny was very friendly, and they have a new life long committed customer.

We ordered food from Bunzels Catering for my son's Robotics Team banquet. They were a dream to work with. Fast, professional & willing to fill any requests I had. The food was delivered by two amazingly nice guys who set up the buffet line. Everyone commented on how good it was.even down to the coffee! There was a surprising amount of food left to take home. That does not usually happen when feeding a large number of high school boys! I will not hesitate to order from Bunzels Catering again. A+

I can't say enough good things about Bunzel's Catering. We've used them several times for gatherings and had very positive experiences. * Value - they bring it. Prices are reasonable, and quality is high. When they say "large", they mean it! * Taste - most things are made in house. Any time we've used Bunzels, we hear how tasty everything is, which is backed up by many "best of" awards. * Service - Bunzels seems to hire only nice people!

From order taking to pick up, it's easy and hassle-free. * Local - I like to spend my dollars at family owned local places, and Bunzels makes that easy. If you need a hall, they have that. Bartending service? Covered. They can feed a group of 10 or 1000, all at affordable prices.

I have taken deer to many places around the city. Last year I brought in two deer to Bunzels, this year I brought in my Elk. I will never go anywhere else. Greg is an awesome guy to deal with, he is quick, knows what he's doing, and I have never had better venison sausage made anyplace. On top of that, the price is about $2 less per pound as compared to other places in town. People that try anything I get from them have instant remorse for taking their deer anyplace else. Keep up the good work!

Bunzel's catered a buffet for our rehearsal dinner at Paddy's Pub. We needed one vegetarian option (I was originally concerned because the menus online were so meat-heavy) and they were happy to comply with this AMAZING veggie-heavy pasta. Even the non-vegetarians were digging into it. They helped us package all of the leftover food to take home, which fed us for about a week after the wedding! My mother-in-law worked with them directly leading up to the rehearsal but from my perspective everything went smoothly and was offered affordably.
