Divine Swine Catering is privately owned and operated by it's founders, Dale Vaillancourt and Jim Gilmore. We are hands-on to ensure your event is handled professionally and efficiently from the first phone call to food line cleanup. You have our personal guarantee that you will be thrilled with our food and service. Additionally, if you want to save even more money, you can come to our location to pick up your order. This is the exact same service as Pigs Fly Drop-Off Service, without the delivery fee.

In the last few years, we have noticed a trend among many customers who want a more elegant presentation and feel to their event, while still enjoying our great food. Our Regular Presentation includes a standard chafing dish for hot foods, black serving bowls for cold items and condiments, and plastic serving trays for desserts.
For customers who are more self-service, or may be on a tighter budget, we make pigs fly!. You are responsible for uncovering food pans, how you want to serve, and all buffet cleanup. Same disposables included, plus chafing dishes, Sterno, ice for cold sides, and tablecover. Nothing to maintain or replenish: all foods are set and ready to go at the designated serve time.

We used these guys for our wedding catering and they were great. The food was good, prices reasonable, and they smoked the meats on site, creating a really fun atmosphere for the party. Also surprising, the chicken is moist and flavorful, almost as good as the pork! Would absolutely recommend again.

If you are looking for a variety of different ways to eat pork, with outstanding customer service, tasty sides, and you want to support a local small business, LOOK NO FURTHER! Dale and his team at Divine Swine are hired to cater our St. Patrick's Day event annually and we are always appreciative of how thoughtful and genuinely kind the team is both in the planning and execution phase of the event.
My mouth is watering right now just thinking about how fresh and well seasoned their menu items are. My personal favorite is the full Irish menu. nothing compares to the rich savory flavors accompanied by fresh baked breads. My personal favorite is the soda bread! The best part about Divine Swine is that they have a food trailer vs. truck. This means that no matter the size of your group, venue, weather, etc., Dale and team can be there to meet your needs. Definitely check them out! You won't be disappointed!

We ordered Divine Swine for a company lunch on December 30th, and they made it so easy to work with them. They were very communicative, they arrived early the day of the event, handled everything including cleanup - and the food was amazing on top of all of that! We will use them again in the future!

My daughter and her husband chose this as their wedding dinner. There was nothing picknic-y about it. They opted for real silverware, clothe napkins and upgraded plates. It was just like a real buffet at a wedding. the dishes looked like real ceramic plates until we picked them up. The choices they had were awesome! the meat was moist and we had plenty of everything. the staff. oh my goodness. the staff was amazing. Polite and understanding.
They listen to us ramble and as a mother of the bride. let me tell you. LOL. the servers and the people who cleaned the tables where there, but they moved around and were very good at not hovering waiting for an empty plate. (you know how people talk at weddings and stop eating) I am up writing this the morning after because the first dance started and I was unable to adequately tell the man last night how simply awesome they were. The surprise behind the hall had everyone looking and taking pictures. It was everything BUT a casual BBQ.

We had Divine Swine cater our wedding in August, and we cannot be more pleased with our decision. First, the food was delicious. We loved everything, from the pulled pork to the au gratin potatoes (the crowd favorite). Everything was prepared perfectly, and the buffet setup worked very well. It was truly the perfect summer meal. Second, we really appreciate that Divine Swine has something for everyone.
For a caterer focused primarily on meat, the vegetarian options were not just "the leftovers". Since we have family and friends who are vegetarian, we were very pleased by this. We got the lasagna, but since the au gratin potatoes were so good, we probably didn't even need it. Thank you, Divine Swine, for the amazing food and service!

We used Divine Swine for our wedding May 2021. Our original wedding was supposed to be June 2020. Divine Swine worked with us through everything and were so responsive and understanding of our situation(we changed the date three times). They were so accommodating after we moved our wedding three hours north which they had no issue with. I can't say enough good things about them! The food was AMAZING! I've only heard great things from all of our guests. Divine Swine was the best decision we made for our wedding!

So many people came up to us during the wedding to tell us that this was the best wedding food they have ever had! The staff at Divine Swine are extremely responsive and we knew right away we wanted to hire them for our wedding after the great experience we had at the tasting. A huge thunderstorm started during dinner time in our outdoor wedding and they didn't miss a beat! everything was perfect in terms of our experience with them and they were also extremely accommodating during these times. Cannot recommend them more!

We have used Divine Swine a number of times over the years, and now again are booking them for an employee Holiday party. Last month we had a large group gathering, and Divine Swine provided all the goodies for that event as well (Roast Pork, Roast Chicken, Beans, Brownies and more)! Everyone loved the food. Best part, they do all the cleanup - AND - pack the extra food for you!
We have been and are extremely happy with their superb food as well as the professionalism of their employees (from the top down). Our server was able to somehow remain extremely active keeping all the food trays full, well stirred, hot and ready.yet remain completely unobtrusive to the event. Overall just a 5 start outfit in every way - and they are very competitive on pricing.
