Classic Catering

We used Classic Catering for our wedding and they did not disappoint. Their staff was super kind. Their food was amazing for a great price. I highly recommend their wild rice salad! I had so many people comment how tasty their food was, but would specifically mention the Wild Rice Salad. I highly recommend them for your catering needs!

We hired classic catering for our wedding a couple weeks ago. The stuffed chicken breast, salmon, and pie buffet in particular were amazing. All of their staff were very easy to work with as well. They did an excellent job.

We had a buffet for our wedding through Classic Catering. The food was delicious, the staff was efficient, and they were responsive during the whole planning stage. I was very content with their services! As for the bar package, please see my review on Big Ten Catering.

We used classic catering for our wedding! Everyone was raving about the food all night! It was incredible! We used their table clothes to and they were perfect one less thing to stress about getting! The woman we worked with was amazing! I couldn't be more grateful for how well they pulled it all off!

My wife and I used Classic Catering for our wedding reception in May of this year, and don't have anything but great things to say about this company. Dana was amazing to work with from day one. Her responsiveness and flexibility made her by far one of my easiest vendors to work with. We had the buffet and everything was delicious! I am still getting raving reviews from our wedding guests on the food. Also, all the staff at our reception were very polite and professional and helped make the evening run smoothly! We would recommend Dana and the entire Classic Catering crew to anyone!

We had Classic Catering for our wedding at The 3 Ten Event Venue. The Taco/Fajita buffet that we had was absolutely fantastic. It was a hit with our guests. Not only were the food options incredible, but the service was equally great -- Very attentive and polite. Dana was very responsive and accommodating leading up to our wedding day. We will only speak highly of Classic, and would recommend for any sort of event.

For our wedding, we were looking to do a barbecue buffet. Classic Catering had an option that worked out wonderfully for us. Their food was amazing. The tasting was wonderful and we felt cared for the whole way. We had some last minute changes we couldn't foresee coming and Classic was able to accommodate us and went above and beyond for us. We would highly recommend Classic Catering for wedding catering or any other catering you may need.

We did a buffet style dinner for our wedding on 05/21/21. Many people complimented the food at our wedding! Dana was incredibly helpful with everything. She was extremely responsive and knowledgable! The price point is really nice, considering a wedding is super expensive -and like I mentioned, the food was great (many people loved it!). Oh of our favorite aspects of the catering was that we were able to take the leftovers home! We had great leftovers for days!

Amazing food at a great price. Had them cater my wedding at Gale Woods Farm, and they handled everything themselves. I highly recommend getting a staff member to stay late as they sere very helpful. They also help you setup your tables for free.

Our church youth group was in Minneapolis this summer for the Lutheran National Youth Gathering. Classic Catering did a fantastic job with lunch and dinner for 4 days. The food was awesome and they did an awesome job for us. I highly recommend the. For any event you need catered!

Third year in a row of having for our company Holiday Party. Great price for great food. Caterers are hard working and polite. Love that centerpieces are included and we can package up our leftovers. Wish I had used them for my wedding!

We booked Classic Catering for our second reception at Hughes Pavilion in Centennial Lakes Park, Edina. They were one of the preferred vendors, and I'm SO glad they were. Everyone we met with at CC was professional and kind, responded quickly and informatively to emails. We went in for a tasting, which they were very flexible about booking us in for seeing as we don't live in the area and had a small window of time over Christmas when we were in town.

The food was DELICIOUS. Especially the mashed potatoes. And the cookies. Ooh and the chicken. OK all the food was delicious. The presentation was gorgeous, they even bring linens for your non-catering tables like the gift tables, cake table, sign in table etc, which really helped us. You can pick the table cloths up the day before (which I HIGHLY recommend doing) and drop them off the next day, you just give them a deposit check which they rip up once you've returned them.

There was plenty of food, and they let you take home the leftovers if you bring your own containers. I'm so glad we did, because they were delicious left overs and we ate them for days. Seriously, the mashed potatoes. The value is SUPERB. Compared to other companies in the area (and I did a LOT of comparisons), they beat out everyone. They don't stick on extras "fees" for every little thing, either.

Table cloths are included, centerpieces are even included if you want them (mirror, vase and candles, you have to provide the actual flowers yourself - go to Costco). There are lots of options if you want to upgrade, but you really can pick your price point and have a great experience with them no matter what. They cut your cake for you, even if they didn't provide the cake. They just do it to be nice. We were really happy with our choice, and already have friends in the area who have booked them for their reception! Highly recommended.

We didn't even get as far as them catering anything for us. The person "Brian" was short and rude in his emails. No customer service and seriously not willing to work out anything I requested.

Awful food at cheap prices! The cordon chicken had a goey processed cheese that made the roof of my mouth itchy. The girls that came to set up show signs of wear and tear. Fat in tight pants with too much makeup. Food was cold and nasty. Overall failure. Don't bother with this one!

Overall they were a great vendor to work with, however the food was not nearly as good as it was at the tasting although wedding food never is. They were very easy to work with and even helped with the set up and take down of tables and decorations at the reception. They planned the tasting around our schedule and they were the best of the 3 tastings we went to.

They were within our price range and didnt have very many crazy add ons like the other ones did. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reasonablely priced caterer with decent food and a wonderful staff. xs

Had food catered for a company gathering. Ordered the Mexican meal - chicken burritos and taco buffet. Driver showed at the office and not the location, chicken was VERY dry and was canned and edged of "burritos" were burned. Not really burritos, they were enchiladas. Driver not professional and looked puzzled on how to set up the food. Spoke with Dana and was told Manager was on a event, later manager told us he was in a meeting and wanted to talk to Driver. They had no care that we experienced issues. Will not use them again and will tell others not to use.

These guys catered my cousin's wedding last Saturday at the Eagan Community Center and the food was excellent. I couldn't believe my cousin only payed $20.00 per person. Tender prime rib, creamy chicken cordonblu, fresh bread and butter, wonderful salad, grapes, and the best thing was that it was a buffet and you can bet I had seconds. So, for wonderful catering at low prices, Classic cannot be beat. Keep up the good work guys.!

Classic Catering was more affordable than any of the other caterers we looked at for our wedding, and the food and service were both miles better than any other caterers we've experienced at friends' weddings. The tasting was fun, and we were really excited about how delicious the food was. They gave us a checklist of questions that we'd need to answer the week before the wedding (4 or 5 days ahead, I think), and it was super easy to make sure I had all the answers before I called them.

They helped set up centerpieces, cut our cake, had a gorgeous buffet, and were just generally awesome. Friends and family said it was the best food they'd had at a wedding, and we love that they packed up leftovers for us -- just had some from the freezer yesterday, and it was still delicious! I can't figure out how the lowest price place also has the best food and best service, but I sure feel lucky that we found them.

I went for a taste testing just to see how this place prepares the food and if it was in my price range for my wedding. The food was so good that I just wanted to keep eating event though I was completely full. If you are having a wedding like I am, I would highly recommend Classic catering. They are willing to help with set up for the table the center pieces and setting cards and much more. They small price that you pay for the food, is nothing compared the the help that they will give you during your event.

This place is BY far, the best priced, most delicious food ever! I used them for my wedding, and not only were they the cheapest place with the fewest weird rules that many catering places have, but the food was FANTASIC. We chose the Italian Buffet, and the food was incredible! If they had a restaurant, I'd be there once a week! The staff is great, and they let you take home all the left overs, which was very exciting for us! I would recommend this catering service to anyone and everyone that is looking for very reasonably priced food that is worth far more than what they charge!
