Clambake Connection

This was our first time having a clambake and I have to say Clambake Connection is amazing! All of our guest loved the food and raved about it and even asked for their contact info. Maria was wonderful and so supportive and helpful in coordinating all of it. Joseph and Gary who came to the for the clambake did an amazing job and was so nice and helpful. Everyone was very professional and I would definitely use them again. I highly highly recommend them!

Wow! What an amazing Anniversary Party (24ppl) I had because of you! Thank you to Joseph, who set up, cooked, cleaned and took away the trash! You were awesome! Thank you to Maria, who help me plan the meal and details to one of my best parties yet! This was the first time I had ever had in house catering, and I am so glad I did. Every interaction with this company was a joy! Maria was patient with every question we had in the planning phase and the crew that arrived on time, set up and served such delicious food and cleaned up at the end were all pleasant and professional. Our group of 100 guests are already looking forward to another Clambake Connection LLC event next year!

Maria is amazing! Let me state that first and foremost. We haven't had the party yet that will be May 31 but I'm sure with the type of service I've had with Maria it will be the best party we have ever had. She came out to my house scoped out my property to see where the best places were to set up she has every detail planned in advance she even had a drawing set out on how she wanted everything put.

Her details are impeccable her food is well priced and I am sure the service will be just as amazing. Maria I want to thank you for a party I'm sure will be memorable. I have found my new favorite caterer in Connecticut. If you're looking for an amazing caterer you have found it here call Maria.

Just went with Clambake connection for my backyard wedding and they did a fabulous job. The food was fantastic and they even set up the tables and decorations for me. The staff was pleasant as well. We will be using them again in the future.

We did the "pig roast to go" and roasted it ourselves in the Caja China box. Maria was great, awesome communication. The pig came out perfect, delicious, so easy. We will definitely do this again, thrilled to have this service available in Stamford.

I can't express enough how amazing Maria and her team was for the pig roast we had for my father's retirement party! A lot of the reviews on here were for the clambake so i was a little hesitant on the Pig Roast but after talking to Maria, I immediately was confident in her knowledge and expertise in party throwing. The team showed up at the house at 9am to get the Pig Roast going, they set up all there things that morning and then even offered to help with anything else we needed. I can't recommend Clambake Connection enough for any party throwing needs!

Maria and her staff were great. From the planning to the clean up we had a wonderful experience with the Clambake Connection! The food was plentiful with leftovers and the roasted pig on site with jerk sauce was something to remember. We just might make a yearly pig roast part of our family tradition from this year forward! Absolutely amazing! Maria and the staff were fantastic, the food (lobster bake) was delicious and the prices were reasonable. We will definitely be using Clambake Connection for all of our catering needs in the future. I cannot wait to work with you all again!

Clambake Connection did an exceptional clambake for a friend's 50th birthday party at our home on City Island. We wanted this celebration to be a very special evening but with the ease of being waited on at a restaurant. Maria and Derek were excellent from start to finish focusing on all the details. Maria was amazingly friendly and responsive. Derek was on time, incredibly helpful, and steamed all the food to perfection.

The raw bar was sensational. Derek was so well prepared that he helped us with set up for the party. I would absolutely use Clambake Connection again and again without hesitation. They made our birthday celebration an evening that people - most importantly our guest of honor - will never forget!

I don't know where to begin with Maria and the team at Clambake Connection! We used them for our destination wedding in the Catskills, NY. Maria was extremely responsive to all of our calls and emails. We set up a tasting and were able to pick up various items (aside from the shellfish) from their location to try at home. For the wedding we decided to have lobster and shellfish clam bake with a pig roast and BBQ chicken.

It was PHENOMENAL! Our guests to this day tell us it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. We had cornbread, Mac & Cheese, coleslaw and tomato salad on the side. For dessert, we didn't want cake, and instead Maria brought all the fixings (minus the ice-cream) for an awesome ice cream sundae bar. I couldn't recommend Maria and her team enough, I hope to use the Clambake Connection again for something in the future!

Maria and the rest of the Clambake Connection employees were an absolute pleasure to work with. They catered my backyard wedding and I cannot say enough good things about them. Everything was absolutely perfect and we did not have to worry about a thing (what every bride & groom hopes for on their big day!). My guests still rave about the best wedding meal they have ever had. Their clam chowder was also so good that my guests ate it in 100 degree weather!

Let's start out with TERRIBLE and AWFUL. TERRIBLY AND AWFULLY GOOD. Land lubbers from the South and Iowa and Washington State had NEVER had a "Clambake". Some of our close friends had joined us for a beach/beachhouse vacation and for a wedding celebration to follow. A couple of our friends also had never visited NYC. This New England experience exceeded their every expectation (ours too!).

We ex-New Englanders were surprised and pleased with the variety and amount of food served to each of our friends. On-time setup, serving, waiting for everyone to finish, and clean-up were efficiently and professionally provided. Thank you for an enjoyable and memorable event!

Nothing but positive reviews for Clambake Connection. Our wedding was catered by Maria and her staff. Maria was very communicative throughout the whole process. Her team was very courteous and professional, and with their help, the venue looked beautiful for the wedding! The food was absolutely delicious, and our guests loved it! Writing this review a few days later, I still have cravings for the lobster and clams!

Maria & the Clambake Connection staff were absolutely amazing! They catered our wedding with the most amazing lobster clambake & bartended our evening with delicious drinks! Maria helped us create a custom menu and drink list for a very reasonable price. Maria and her crew set-up tables, chairs, and our rental linens beautifully, and clean-up without a hitch!

We had them do a clambake/lobster boil for my father's surprise 70th birthday party and every single thing about it was perfect. They arranged the tent, tables, chairs, linens, and everything was done for us. Set up, clean up, cooking, and they even take all the trash when they're done! Plus, they wrap up the leftovers and leave them in your kitchen for you. Seriously, a family run company that is just awesome. We will use them again and again in the future!
