When Greg and I created Aux Delices in 1995, we never imagined that our little start-up would lead us to where we are today. Greg and I first met in culinary school in 1984. After graduating, our paths went in different directions - I went on to work for acclaimed Chef Dennis Foy at his restaurant, The Tarragon Tree, and later became the chef of his restaurant Toto in Summit, NJ.
