Jackson Hole--Third Avenue

I had the black bean quesadilla which was oh so good. I was disappointed that the birthday cake milkshake ( was supposed to be spiked) was mediocre. Restaraunt stated that they didn't have the sprinkles etc for the shake and honestly it was nasty. The jukebox box wasn't working which sucks cause that's a staple in the restaurant.

The food was great! Friendly staff. They have happy hour from 4 to 7.

Getting takeout here was a pleasant surprise. Chicken n Waffles can be a tricky dish to master but they've figured it out. The chicken isn't too dry and the seasoning is v tasty. Didn't even need syrup for the waffle it was so good. Paired with a chocolate shake for good measure.

Wow, very good burger and friendly staff! The place is not big, so could be difficult sometime to find a seat

A really juicy burger, awesome steak fries, great beer selection. This is a really nice gem on the East side. Also a pretty cool interior space. Definitely a must hit if you need a burger fix!

I called ahead of time to reserve a table for my friends and I, and it was all good to until we got there. No one seems to communicate with each other, which kind of sucks because I would think a business thrives off of communication.

The food was alright, I wanna say it was a 4 out of 10. My girlfriend's steak was good though, I liked it. That was an 8 out 10. My waiter was super friendly and attentive. He was unsure of the menu from time to time but he was good for the most part. The overall vibe of the restaurant was a 6 out of 10. There were a few other things that I didn't enjoy and some that were really cool.

I've been going to Jackson hole forever. the person at the front doesn't know how to treat customers. I went there today they escorted myself n my partner to the back. Trying to sit us in a corner. Meanwhile there were various empty tables. I informed the individual did he have something else. He states no I turned around n stated theirs are other empty tables.

As he proceeded to say this is all I have. We walked out beautiful customer services. This how they appreciate their customers. it took all of me not to call him out at this point. A piece of shyt

Service was pleasant, food was hot, order was correct, the burger was prepared to my liking. Definitely will go back!

Tried to find Peter M.'s email address online, but wasn't successful. I would have preferred sending this to him directly. Normally, I wouldn't lower myself to posting on Yelp, but my treatment by the staff today was disgusting. Through Seamless, I ordered a particular burger, as I have done many times at Jackson Hole; huge burgers, very good.

This time, however, what was delivered was not what I ordered (it wasn't a custom made thing, but one of their own creations). I called to tell them, and they said they'd deliver another. Shortly after that, they called me back to argue that they didn't make any mistakes and they wouldn't be sending another. When the mistake was pointed out, they relented, and delivered another.

The second one was also not what I ordered. When I called again, while I thought I was pretty calm, the, um, gentleman who answered the phone (who claimed to be a "manager") told me, among other things 1) Just calm down man, why you so upset? (I had only asked him to redeliver or refund) 2) You must be really bored man, what your problem? 3) I already gave you two burgers, man, just eat one of them, aight? 4) I not sending you 'nother one, man, what you gonna do about it? 5) (after asking to speak to his superior, who he claimed was standing next to him) No one wants to talk to you, man, you can come here yourself. I'll be here. That's part of it.

Of course, he refused to refund me. Seamless did. I used to enjoy the restaurant, Mr. Meskouris (If I have the wrong person, I apologize for that). However, given the caliber of those that you hire, I can promise you that neither I, nor anyone who asks me, will order from your restaurant again.

I can't say that comfort food grandstanding does a thing for me, you know, restaurants that try to pawn off meatloaf ravioli as the next big thing but. I have to admit that the Mac & Cheese mini-burgers at the very relaxed and welcoming Jackson Hole in Murray Hill hit the spot. Without putting too fine a point on it, this Manhattan hole in the wall does the modern deconstructed menu justice right down to the authentic egg cream and everyone's favorite cash cow brainstorm - wings, wings and more wings. A great find and a new entry in my mental rolodex. And please don't get any bright ideas about the meatloaf ravioli. An easy five stars.

Decent food. Friendly staff. The inside is a bit outdated and reminds me of a local diner. The burgers needed a bit more seasoning. Also they are pretty expensive, so I wasn't sure if it was worth it.

It took me so long to eat in this place, and I wish I came sooner! I'm in this area a lot and one day just decided to check it out, since it looked really fun on the outside. Very chill and fun vibe. Amazing food and great service! I had the Mac & Cheese wrap with waffle fries and it was AMAZING! More of a low key place, but one not to miss!

Jackson Hole is awesome. Great people and great food all around. I highly recommend this place. Get burgers or pancakes. Or both.

I really wanted to give a 5 star review. The food looked and smelled delicious! However, it took our dinner 50 minutes to arrive. We had completely emptied our drinks (which were boozy shakes) and no one even stopped to check in with us on if we needed anything else or to give us an ETA on when our food would be arriving. We finally got up and went looking for it and saw our order sitting in the pick up window.

We asked our waitress if it was our order and she confirmed that it must be. It still took another 3 minutes for it to be delivered to our table and it was cold. (Fries were cold to the touch - like they had been cooked a while ago and had cooled back down) By that point, we were so hungry, we just devoured it. It was delicious cold, so I can only imagine how amazing it would have been hot and fresh!

This was clearly a one off. Every other table around us got their orders promptly and their wait staff was engaging with them making sure they were having a pleasant experience. Obviously, one offs happen, but our waitress was completely unconcerned about how long our order was taking or even how we were doing in general. We we're even offered an apology for the long wait. Normally, I don't mind the mandatory gratuity and usually leave more, but that one was very hard to shell out.

The food was amazing. When you want a good burger, this is definitely the place to be. I had the classic burger. It was made to order and it was so juicy. Just make sure you go with an empty stomach cause you do get a good amount of fries.

Really solid burger place. Loved the atmosphere. The service was great. And the burger was delicious. Not the best burger I've ver had but was very solid for a pub style burger.

I met Jackson Hole by accident, some years ago when I was living in Turtle Bay and I ordered delivery. Since that day, I've been a regular. The food is something from other planet. Flavors are mixed harmoniously, and from the first moment you'll realize you are having something unique. I usually build my own burger with American cheese, blue cheese and bacon.

The experience of visiting the place is also unique. I usually go when friends from abroad are in town, so they can experience it. You'll find pieces of American history in the walls, like John Wayne's pistols, and you will have fun playing music in the old jukeboxes that work with quarters. Attention is super nice. As a New Yorker, I've been in a lot of very cool burger places here in the city, but Jackson Hole is the best. However, there's one thing I'll never be able to forgive you guys: your jukeboxes have Bonnie Tyler, yet you don't have "Holding out for a hero". Come on!

Came to Jackson Hole last night as it is conveniently right by my apartment and looked pretty cute. The waitress came to take our drink order immediately, but then service seriously slowed after that. It probably took 30 minutes after our drink to put our food order in- and we were hungry. We decided on the chicken caesar wrap with waffle fries, the build your own burger with american cheese and truffle mayo, and the chicken and waffles. Caesar wrap was very good.

I would definitely recommend it. The fries are very well seasoned and crispy- a must needed add on. Kind of a shame that you have to pay extra for them though. The burger was also good- the truffle mayo was incredible. The chicken and waffles did not live up to expectations. If you get it, definitely get a side of syrup as there was not nearly enough. The waffle tasted as if it was a little undercooked. I would come back again and get a burger because it's what they're known for, but overall a pretty good visit.

Location was great, right next to our Airbnb. Thursday, late evening, not too busy. Service needed a nudge to get going, but then was good. Beer selection was so-so (get more craft IPAs). Burger was solid, fries looked good but tasted a bit off. Would give them a second chance.

A tiny place with a great food! Friendly staff, all of them! You get that "vintage" feeling as you walk in. comforting and reassuring. While you wait for your food, they serve you this awesome refrigerator crunchy pickles! Amazing taste and unforgettable!

I came here on one of those super hot summer days followed by rain, and it was pouring. The staff was super friendly and accommodated us with whatever we needed. They have a creative menu that includes many options other than just burgers. I enjoyed their cinnamon roll pancake stack and mimosa for brunch. Highly recommend their cheese fries I couldn't stop eating them. Burgers were on point too.

What a soggy mess. Not worth the $54 spent dining in on two burgers. The bottom buns were disintegrating they were so wet. The patty itself wasn't very seasoned. Flavors weren't there. Worst burger I've had in a long while. AND it doesn't come with fries. Must pay extra for that. And all this took way too long to get to our table.

The best part was the free pickles right as you sit down. Expect service to be slow. One person brings water. A different one takes your order. A third brings you your food. Yet, it takes a while to get someone's attention.

Our first night here and we were hungry. I looked up burgers on Yelp for my granddaugher, and found this place. We walked over and chose an outdoor table. We sat at a table that was wobbly, so moved to another that was less wobbly. Our server was sweet, and I ordered a glass of wine. I had the amazing Salmon Burger - so thick and on a great bun. The sweet potato fries were good and I chose the Chipotle Aioli for them.

I don't remember which burger she had, but she loved it. It was a big patty. She had the steak fries with hers. A great spot, especially with an outdoor table after the sun goes down.

Ordered for delivery a few times and they never fail. You can't go wrong with any of their burgers. I ordered the east side burger and the truffle bbq burger yesterday. My favorite is the truffle bbq burger. I really love the sauce they used and love the mushrooms. For some reason I just love mushrooms with my burgers. It's not a must have but I really do love mushrooms.

The east side burger could use some sauce though and less salt. What's great about all their burgers is that they're a pretty large size. You're getting your money's worth from the size, portion, what they put in the buns and the taste.

I found this place after a exhausting day of biking and a broad search of succulent burgers in NYC. I found out they have a big variety of humongous burgers and after calling the restaurant, they were probably the only ones receiving a group of 6 on a Friday night without reservation, and zero wait time. After I ate, I was actually shocked that such a wonderful restaurant didn't have a line of people waiting to be seated.

The service was excellent, the waiters were super professional, extremely friendly, incredibly attentive. We were seated at the very last table inside the restaurant, and they would make rounds every certain minutes to make sure everything was perfect and we didn't need anything else. Loved the ambiance! Food was more than we desired! The burgers were as massive as we wanted them to be, as well as incredibly fresh and tremendously appetizing. This place is a gem! I can't wait to come back!

Thank you Jackson Hole for staying open and providing delivery during the pandemic. My fiance and I were craving burgers and fries and Jackson Hole was perfect for just that. We each built our own burger and got the works - bacon, onions, cheese, lettuce, tomato, etc. The burgers were amazing and enormous. We ordered a side of Mac n cheese and a side of waffle fries to top off our very light, skinny dinner.

They were also delicious. Delivery took about an hour on a Saturday night which isn't bad at all and everything arrived hot and in tact! If you're craving a giant, juicy burger and fries this is your spot!
