Whoever the short, old man with the white hair is needs to learn a lesson in respect and professionalism. Been in several times in the past month, almost every time this old man was publicly screaming and barking at multiple different employees and causing a scene over what seemed like nothing. He even screamed at the girls on the register who didn't look much older than 14 or 15! I feel very sorry for whoever has to work in such a toxic environment. I won't be returning.

Amazing service. We've been coming here for years for groceries & catering orders. Every time we are treated with the best service. The food is amazing. Nice Italian specialty store. The great rolls, pasta, tomato pie! I could go on and on!

I order from here almost every morning because it is close to my job. However, I will never order from them again. I have had a number of different unsatisfactory experiences with them messing up my order but never taking responsibility for their mess ups. I hate poor customer service because i expect to be treated with courtesy as a consistent customer. Just the worst! Never spending my money here again! I would give them 0 stars if I could.

The very, very best Sunday pork you'll ever have! Sesame rolls were delicious! The service was PHENOMENAL! The owner couldn't have been more helpful! I don't get to Newtown Square very often, but when I do, I always stop in Luigi &Giovanni. Always! You won't be disappointed!
