Emily's Caf & Catering was set up in the spring of 2004 by James and Emily Matticoli. He went on to study and work in Italy, spending time cooking in highly Michelin-rated restaurants in Torino and Senegalia. Following his training knowledge in Italy, James worked as a Sous Chef at Chamber's Walk Caf and Catering where he spent six years before opening Emily's Caf & Catering.
