1977 - When Cuomo Catering first opened its doors, they offered their own families traditional recipes: succulent beef, moist chicken, and our "one of a kind" baked Mostaccioli. As the family's reputation for "quality food at reasonable prices" grew, so did Cuomo Catering! Today, Cuomo Catering can handle any size event and can customize any menu that you might desire.

The following are just a few of our most popular theme menus. All of the following packages include: 10 compartment plates, plastic utensils, napkins, cups, and disposable serving utensils. All prices based on a 15-person minimum order and are subject to change.

Boxed Lunches Report

All of our Gourmet Sandwich Boxed Lunches are made fresh to order and include the following: Choice of one sandwich listed below, homemade salad of the day, fresh fruit medley, sweet treat dessert, utensil packet, mustard & mayo packets. Sandwiches are made on fresh baked Kaiser Roll unless otherwise noted. All sandwiches include homemade salad of the day, fresh fruit, sweet treat, utensils packet, mustard and mayo packets. We got totally wrong dinners. Stuck with terrible meals. They even forgot the dessert. They gave us nothing. The sauce on the chicken was just a tasteless rue. Never again! Looks great taste is a zero. Can't fix it once your special day is ruined.

Today picked up two soups. Split Pea and cream of chicken with rice. Delicious. I ordered the chicken Marsala with carrots and mashed potatoes. Carrots needed to be cooked longer but still delicious. Only disappointment was no salads to pick from. I was expecting a large supply of salads. I will definitely be coming back. Prices were great.

Absolutely the best food in Northlake! A full home cooked meal is cheaper than a meal at McDonald's and so much healthier! If you happen to be at the McDonald's in Northlake I'd recommend stopping by next door and trying them out!

I love this place, such a local gem. My favorite is the lemon chicken special on Monday's! Their soups and focaccia bread are phenomenal. Desserts are also great! Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Cant recommend it enough

We finally walked in after 8 years of living in the area and I have definitely been missing out! The Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, focaccia bread, brownie & lemon bars were perfect! The prices were also very affordable. The lady at the counter ( I wish I knew her name) was so sweet and kind. She made us feel like we were visiting family for a meal. We will definitely be back.

Memorial Day was the 3rd graduation party in which we've hired Cuomo, and I can't begin to give it enough praise. The food is absolutely outstanding! So many of our guests inquired where we catered from at each of the parties! (They should include business cards with the order to hand out to interested guests.) Even the broccoli received many compliments!

We ordered the Steak Parmesan, Chicken Caprese, Italian Potatoes, Pasta Primavera, Baked Mostoccoli, and Broccoli. Huge garden salad and dinner rolls were also included. The delivery and setup was prompt and professional. No need to call around. Your guests will be very impressed with this food at your next event!
