Falco's just catered my wedding on Saturday June 11tj. They are the best catering company ever! I was impressed with them from the beginning of the whole process. Their taste testing was just like a two hour wedding. It helped me pick my whole menu. Alyssa was wonderful, she answered all my questions very promptly. Gave me great instruction. Was so nice to talk to on the phone. Lisa who was my maitre d' met with us before the wedding, went over every detail and then was so incredibly the day of the wedding.

We were waited on hand snd foot. She was so nice so wonderful. The wait staff were amazing. The food was out of this world! I had so many people complimenting on how good it was and that they have never tasted better food at a wedding. They cleaned every up so well afterwards The owner was there cooking and was so nice did such a well job! We had the banana fosters bar as a dessert and the owner made it right in front of everyone.

I can't say enough good things about them they were just amazing what a great example. My step daughter is getting married next year and we will definitely be using them again for all our catering needs. So completely impressed with them. Thank you so much Falco's! Falco's Catering was AMAZING to work with for our wedding. It's normally challenging and stressful to plan a wedding, but working with Falco's made it as stress-free as possible. From the initial communications with Alissa in setting up the big day, she was quick with responses and gave wonderful recommendations as we were trying to figure out the details for the big day.

Our Maitre D, Lisa, and the whole catering team spotlessly executed all the details to make our special day so memorable. Everyone was raving about how good the food was and how friendly the whole staff was. I would HIGHLY recommend using Falco's to cater your wedding or upcoming events.

We are so glad that we used Falco's Catering for our wedding. Heather was extremely helpful and patient with us. She took her time to help us with our menu to ensure we had enough for everyone without under or over doing it. The amount of food was perfect and it was delicious! My husband comes from an Italian family and they were very pleased with the food. We will definitely be using Falco's for our future events and we highly recommend them!

We used Falco's as our caterers for an off site wedding. We got the Mini Meals package and it was spectacular. Falco's went above and beyond expectations with every piece. Picking the hors d'oeuvres was really fun and each and every one was a HIT, we highly recommend the crab cake (many of our guests told us it was the best they've ever had). The mini meals were amazing and the execution was impressive, my wife and I are still talking about the Salmon with Rice Pilaf and Herb Beurre Blanc, over a week later.

They made bar selection and provision a breeze by ordering and picking up from the liquor store, and we didn't have to pay more than was drank or opened. Their staff were attentive and courteous. Our guests loved the soft pretzel at the end of the night too!

Falco's Catering was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious and plentiful, Renee - our maitre d' was a life-saver and made sure that I didn't have to think or worry about a thing the entire night. She took care of all the last minute details that I either forgot or didn't get to in time. The servers were just lovely, very present and accommodating and we can't thank everyone enough for dealing with the unexpected heat wave.

All of my guests raved about the food and the cocktail style party experience. Alissa was so helpful throughout the entire process and made planning easy. I have zero negatives to report and will 100% recommend Falcos for excellent food and top-notch service.

I had events years ago at Falco's for charity and had an amazing experience so decided to use them for my wedding. Alissa was wonderful and took the time with us to make sure everything we wanted happened. They were so accommodating during Covid as we had to reschedule. Our wedding day was perfect our maitre d' Renee was absolutely the BEST! Our guests loved the food and service and many said it was the best experience they had of any weddings they had been to. I would recommend Falco's ten millions times over for any event you are planning!

From start to finish my experience with Falco catering was wonderful. Heather talked me through each step of my party. She answered any questions I had. The night of the party was perfect. The food was great. The staff was so helpful and kind. I highly recommend Falco's catering for any occasion.

Falco's is the best. My retirement event had to be rescheduled several times due to COVID. Heather was flexible and always encouraged me to reschedule as often as needed, so my family and friends would feel comfortable The contract was easy, understandable and explained to me throughout this process. The hors d'oeuvres were plentiful and delicious.

The food was excellent, prepared to perfection My captain, bartender and staff were so accommodating and so professional. They were friendly and willing to go beyond their necessary duties. Falcos catered our wedding and everyone raved about the food! One comment was that our cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres were the freshest they've ever had---everything was hot and delicious (guests frequently mentioned the mini cheesesteaks). You can't go wrong with any of the food options they offer. Alissa worked with us throughout and answered all of my many questions up until the day before the wedding. Lisa was our maitre'd and she was also fantastic, making sure our day went smoothly and it was more perfect than I could have imagined.

Each member of the staff was wonderful, including Renee (I got a huge bug bite on my arm as soon as I joined the reception---Renee was very observant and she offered to give me some bug bite relief she had on hand). Each member of Falco's goes above and beyond. We were fortunate enough to attend a taste testing and meet the owners of Falco's who make you feel a part of the family and trust that they will make your day special. My husband and I feel so grateful that we were able to have Falco's cater our wedding and we hope that we can work again with them in the future for another celebration.

We booked Falco's Catering for our wedding August 2021, and it was the BEST decision we could make! Throughout the planning process, Heather was incredibly professional and her attention to detail and coordination with the rental company were so helpful. Our wedding, which was supposed to be at the Sandy Hook Chapel, was cancelled 24 hours prior due to Hurricane Henri.

It was especially chaotic during those last 24 hours as we switched venues to the Asbury Hotel but the Falco's team took it from there. Our Maitre D, Lisa, was in constant communication with us throughout the weekend and she worked so tirelessly to ensure that our day was perfect. I was able to relax on the day of my wedding, knowing that Lisa was taking care of everything from coordinating with the other vendors and executing the timeline of the day.

The food and service were incredible, and they made sure that we (the bride and groom) got to eat it all! Our guests had nothing but great things to say. In fact, they all said that everything was so seamless, they would have never known that we had to switch our venue with one day's notice! I give so much credit to Falco's for making that happen. It was a pleasure working with them.

I cannot recommend Falco's enough! We worked with them for our July 2021 wedding and I couldn't even imagine working with anyone else. Not only were they professional and accommodating throughout the planning process, but they treated you like family and we knew they had our back! The wedding day was flawless! The cocktail hour setup was great and all of the food for our wedding was delicious! We had so many compliments on our food and the service from our guests. We can't thank you guys enough for helping to make our wedding day PERFECT! Highly recommend!

From the initial booking to the day of Falco's made my wedding planning a stress free experience. Alissa was readily available to answer any questions or concerns we had. Renee was super attentive and there for everything we needed. My guests are still raving about the amazing food. We can't recommend this venue enough.

From the inception of our wedding planning, Falco's Catering far exceeded our expectations. Throughout the planning process, they were extremely responsive and accommodating. In addition to catering services, Falco's facilitated our tent rentals, ceremony logistics, and alcohol orders. All of their preferred vendors were equally professional, attentive, and organized.

With the many challenges presented by COVID and an outdoor venue, Heather was able to come up with plan A, B, and C! I absolutely loved working with everyone on Falco's team and felt so relaxed on our wedding day knowing we were in good hands. The service on our wedding day was outstanding. The matre d, Heather, oversaw all day of operations and her staff was efficient and professional.

In terms of food, there was such a variety to choose from. We opted for an extensive cocktail hour and food stations dinner. Our guests are still raving about how delicious the food was one month later. I seriously cannot thank Falco's Catering enough for being such an integral part of our special day. I highly recommend Falco's Catering to anyone planning an event!

Booking Falco's to cater our backyard wedding was THE BEST decision we could have made! Not only were they professional, responsive, DELICIOUS, flexible, but they are ALL so incredibly kind and helpful! I had a lot of questions, as our wedding venue changed last minute and we needed a catering company that would do off premises events. Falco's came to the rescue.

The owner, Stephen, came to do an off site visit, and I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He really knows his stuff! Heather was our coordinator and was SO sweet! She entertained my craziness and thousands of questions/changes. Tory was our maitre'd, and let me tell you how I have never felt so taken care of! She was SO SWEET and calm and kept everything under control.

She made our wedding day seamless! The food is incredible and people were talking about it all night! It was truly the best decision ever! I would recommend them a thousand times over! THANK YOU FALCO'S!

We had canceled our large wedding and decided on a smaller backyard wedding. I found Falcos on google and found out a few of my coworkers used them as well for their weddings. From the first email with Heather I knew I was in good hands. She was so on top of everything & I remember thinking "this is too easy" she truly handled nearly everything, it kept me at complete ease.

They came on our wedding day and were so professional, everyone complimented the food (we're SO lucky to have leftovers because its delicious!). I couldn't recommend them enough, we're already trying to figure out what event we can have next so we can use them again! Thank you SO much Heather & crew! You guys are the best.

In full disclosure I was unable to use them myself however I attended and affair (wedding) that was catered by them and it was amazing. I then contacted them when my daughter was getting married and the planner/organizer who handled my questions was the best hands down individual I dealt with in the entire planning process. She was helpful and I was very disappointed when the dates for a venue were sold out.

For they would have saved us an extraordinary amount of money; but more importantly the quality of food and how pretty everything was staged was 5 stars. it appears to be a family based business and they put a lot of their heart into it and it Definitely shows. And they stay on top of current food choices, they also offered anything we wanted. The staging of the food at the event were current as well as being things I never saw before it all looked stunning.

It was all delicious, and service was excellent. When my next child is up to bat or I have a catered affair they will, definitely be my first call. You will not be disappointed. I wish them continued success. P.S. I felt compelled to give them a review as they were a huge help in schooling me in asking the right questions and being truly authentic for this is such a huge expense. They were One of two of the businesses out of approximately 12 who did this for me that shows how they are just good people.

So happy that we hired Falco's to cater our elegant backyard wedding Sept 7 2019. From the first days of planning our menu with Heather to the final moments of the evening, the entire staff was an absolute pleasure to work with! I was so nervous about the logistics of having 60 guests in our yard but Stephen's knowledge and experience with planning an off-site venue made us able to transform our backyard into the elegant, beautiful event we were dreaming of.

From the time our captain, Renee arrived on the day of our wedding, she felt more like a friend who knew exactly what I was envisioning for the evening. She seamlessly coordinated the timing of everything from the moments before our ceremony to the moments before our last dance. Thanks to her, we never had to think about anything but enjoying each other, the food, the music and our guests for the entire night!

Everything was beautifully presented and delicious and served professionally by their wonderful staff. We are still getting rave reviews from all our friends and family about the food, the service, the setting, the entire evening! We can't thank Falco's enough for all their attention to the details that made our wedding so special.

We used Falco's for our wedding and I highly recommend them. Heather was absolutely amazing. She is incredibly responsive and helpful. She ensured everything went smoothly and perfectly according to our plans. She helped set out all of our decor and layout exactly as we wanted and frequently checked in on us throughout the night to make sure we did not need anything.

The food at Falco's was incredible, we got so many compliments and positive feedback on the cocktail hour (especially the slider station!) and everyone loved the dinner buffet. I cannot recommend them enough!

Falco's catered my daughters baby shower at the Beach Haus Brewery in Belmar and they did an amazing job. From the time I spoke with Heather to plan the menu to the afternoon spent with our hostess and server Linda, it was perfect! The food was delicious and Linda made an appealing display that I know I could not have done. The salads were extremely fresh and the appetizers and sandwiches were complemented by the guests. Linda was attentive the entire time and it would not have run smoothly without her. I suggest anyone with catering needs to contact Falco's!

Wow! They catered our party for 145 people in Asbury Park. We had appetizers, small meals and stations. The food - filet mignon, tuna and Penne vodka - was amazing. Desserts unbelievable. Service excellent. Weeks later people still bring up the quality of the food. Alissa was a pro and easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone. As perfect an experience as you can get.

We celebrated our daughter's Sweet 16 with Falco's at the Renaissance Ballroom last night. Heather was amazing and patient when it came to our contract and any changes and any questions and trust me I had a lot of questions. The room was beautiful and spotless, the bathrooms and bridal suite where we got dressed were also immaculate. The food.the food was delicious.

The staff was so accommodating and personable with our family and our guests. If you want to relax at your event and know everything is taken care of, have your event with Falco's.

We had our wedding at the Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel on 1/16/16 - Falco's was amazing, the food was delicious and everything went off without a hitch thanks to them. The Berkeley is another story. we had a terrible experience with their service. If it wasn't for Falco's, i would've switched venues. Heather was our manager, and she was so professional and knowledgable and we loved her. i highly recommend Falco's, the Berkeley, not so much.

Falcons did the catering for my sons wedding which was held at The Berkely in Asbury Park. Everything was wonderful. One of the best spirited at a wedding I ever saw was grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup.

I called this cater based on reviews from yelp and wedding wire. I was looking for them to cater a small affair. The man on the other end of the phone couldn't be bothered with my "small" affair. He indicated it really wouldn't be worth his time unless he could charge me "at least $ 5,000 to make it worth his while. Really?! Please don't waste your time with these people.
