This sweet journey began when Gene Maddalena, the patriarch of our family-owned business, created the original cheesecake recipe that we still use to this day. We make each cheesecake with the finest ingredients, which includes 100% Real Dairy and pure Bourbon vanilla extract from Madagascar.

Let us bring our award-winning desserts to your next event. Our cheesecake-on-a-stick, a dessert that we first featured in 2012 at the Shad Fest, an annual festival that takes place in Lambertville, New Jersey, is a crowd-pleaser. This unique dessert eventually caught the eye of the Cooking Channel and received a feature on its show "Carnival Eats" in 2015.
We are looking for a full-time food production assistant who has experience and a passion for the culinary arts. This job includes production preparation for a variety of sweet and savory items. One day per week is devoted to baking large batches of our cheesecake. Other days of the week are dedicated to updating the inventory of our storefront market or for the preparation of private events and food truck festivals.
Maddalena's two pound, 7 CheeseCakes come frozen & uncut. They are best thawed overnight in the fridge, but in a pinch, you can thaw on the kitchen counter for about an hour. Are there just two of you? Try this little trick; as soon as you get home, cut your cake into 4 equal pieces, wrap them up tightly & put back in the box then put the box back in the freezer.
Our gluten-free cheesecake is made with 100% real dairy and our homemade gluten-free crumbs are made with rice flour. Vanilla, marble, and chocolate chip are classic flavors that we offer throughout the year. For spring and summer, we make our key lime, and for the fall, we make our classic pumpkin. What can i say. except WOW! ordered a Thanksgiving dinner package. OUTSTANDING! My guests raved over every portion : Turkey, corn, carrots, mashed pots, stuffing to die for! Sweet potato's.not a left over. Yum! The pumpkin cheese cake was the winner! Easy pick up, well organized etc. Thank you! Coming back for Christmas!

Love this place. Learned about them through a food truck event and tried the frozen cheesecake on a stick and it was amazing. Visited them a few weeks ago and go fresh cheesecake, frozen cheesecake, and a frozen chicken pot pie--all were delicious. Took a trip back to order Thanksgiving dinner and grab more cheesecakes and they had fresh chicken pot pie today. Great place, great food, and great people that work there.

This was one of our favorite touches to our wedding day. They made the most beautiful three tier cheese cake that our guest raved over! One week later I still have friends reaching out to me asking where it came from, and if we have any extra to share. We of course did not share- and ate all the extras post wedding- though one of the groomsmen did sneak off with a lot of it.
Though delicious the cake also had so much sentimental value as well- my parents also had their cheese cake at their wedding, and it has been at every big event through out my childhood. We can not thank them enough, and cant wait to have their cakes at our big celebrations down the road.
