Simply Elegant Catering did such a beautiful job for my wedding. The food was delicious, the staff professional yet warm and personable, and Sam went above and beyond to make sure everything went well. I would certainly hire this company again for future events. We hired Simply Elegant Catering for a small donor event for the MSPCA. They were the perfect event partner; they helped us make the right menu selections to fit our budget, were in good communication about timing and logistics, were on-time on event day and our guests enjoyed their food! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a catering partner.

"It was an awesome wedding!" is all that I can keep saying. We chose this location because of beautiful views, the look of the bar area for the cocktail hour and the elegance of the ballroom. We wound up with so much more. Our guests raved about the food. During the cocktail hour the passed appetizers were hot and delicious (this is according to the guests since I was working with room with my husband saying hello to everyone).
A favorite was the fried raviolis. There were plenty of wait staff with trays and guests were able to try everything. The entrees were served quickly and I heard from so many how much they liked the meal. The glazed carrots were cooked perfectly. The fried dough towards the end of the night was perfect and went quickly as guests are ready for a round of snacks by then.
The views at sunset were gorgeous and we were able to take pictures on the deck overlooking the golf course. We had our ceremony upstairs with the sun coming down. Breathtaking is the only word to describe the backdrop. Carissa worked with us from our first visit to the club right up through the wedding. She and Sam made sure all of my questions were answered, that every detail was taken care of and that our wedding was exactly what we imagined. They were extremely responsive to my emails and calls and never made me feel like I was overthinking things. It was the perfect night at the perfect location!

My boyfriends Daughter just had her sweet sixteen party there at Merrimack golf course Aurora room, with simply elegant catering service. Saying thank you would just not describe how the event went. from the moment we contacted them to the minute before we left the venue after the party had ended, they coudnt have been more professional and accommodating, starting from the front office to the wonderful wait staff ( Maureen), who was unbelievably on point through out the entire night. You, MVGC, and all your employees helped make a special day for his daughter very memorable and amazing and just what we had imagined. GREAT JOB! thanks

There isn't enough room in this review box to write how pleased we were with Simply Elegant Catering and the event staff they have working for them. I'd like everybody to know that we're actually giving them 6 stars but we didn't have the option to select it :-). We recently got married at MVGC and dealt directly with Michelle, who owns Simply Elegant Catering with her husband, and she is A+++++++!
When you're deciding between high end catering companies you're not going to see a huge difference with the quality of food (the food was great by the way) but you WILL see a noticeable difference in the quality of the people running the company and that's what makes these guys stand out. We loved the experience with Simply Elegant Catering and Michelle from minute one all the way up until we were leaving on the night of our wedding. Michelle was able to take a good amount of the stress away from us when planning for the big day and we can't thank her enough for that. P.S. We also had a "minor" error with one of our vendors and Michelle stepped up and saved the day. A++++++++! Book your wedding here I promise you won't regret it.
