First time there with a friend. Ordered an Italian sub, that was just delicious. A classic old school sandwich, lots of fillings and fresh roll. Not a big box product for sure.

I moved away and every time I return this is a number 1 stop. I grab the usual Italian deli meats. They also have an Italian blend she buy Land o lakes that has a great flavor. You have to try it. I keep forgetting to take a picture, do to being distracted by the deli counter. Great people, very fresh food. Subs are very delicious. Can't wait to go back. Enjoy

Been a customer for 20 plus years. My last visit will probably be the last. The girl at the counter was so rude. It wasn't just me she was just as rude to the next customer she waited on. It was very disappointing to be treated so poorly as a customer. I thought may be I should call and inquire but often times that falls on deaf ears.

I celebrated National Meatball day at Borelli's. This was my first trip there, although I have had their prepared meals many times. My meatball and eggplant parm panini was as good as it sounded and I hope it's a sandwich I can order there again. Brought home some biscotti - but wound up eating half of them in the car. They have a great selection of olives, cold cuts and more under the case and I know I'll be back. It's just like the Italian delis I had growing up back home, maybe even better.

For many years, Borrelli's has been our family's go to deli for all occasions. Today, the future of that continuing was greatly compromised. Over the years, Borrelli's roast beef sub was made with a high grade of beef. Obviously they have changed vendors and the roast beef is now, at best, a low grade of beef. Most likely a cost cutting strategy that if not rectified will impact on their reputation. strategy which will eventually

I think Borellis makes far and away the best subs. The Sicilian is awesome and the prosciutto de Parma are as good as it gets. Igo out of my way once a week to get my " Borellis fix ".They are the best

Merrimack Valley and more appropriately a Mingya Valley staple. If you want the experience of an old school Italian Deli with the fresh imported deli meats, marinated peppers, fresh sausages, pasta, sauces and subs, you come here. You will not be disappointed. Every item they sell is top notch.

Honey, they shrank the sandwiches. Seriously, I paid over $20 for a Valley and a Rubin, you think they would put something in them. What is the point of a bag of air with five potato chips, to flavor the air?

This used to be an average Italian restaurant in Methuen. Today I went there with my partner And now it's not a restaurant anymore. At least not in the traditional sense. You have to wait in line in order to get what you want. Then you pay. And then you wait and wait and wait. It is understaffed and the choice of menu items is poor. What I got which was meatballs was not too bad.

But the minestrone soup that I ordered never arrived. I had to go and find somebody in another part of the restaurant in order to get my money back. Not only does the menu have very cute choices but it is full of advertising on every single page. Maybe they are hoping to make money off the advertisers and not the customers who are trying to buy food.

The seating are a bunch of tables with chairs. Nothing attractive about it and nothing comfortable about it. If I didn't say it before I'll save now there is no customer service. It was such a bad experience that I never intend to return to this poor excuse for restaurant. There is nothinn the owner can do to get me back except one thing, a complete overhaul of their business model. This is shameful and if you believe what I say do not go there.
