Not only will we prepare your food to perfection, we can orchestrate the whole event from the beginning to finish.

Whether you want a simple, classic wedding or a more relaxed, whimsical celebration, we can help you strike the perfect tone. And of course, we'll custom-design a sublime menu just for you and your guests. We are a highly experienced team, having catered more than 700 weddings over the years. We have exclusive arrangements at many of the finest wedding venues.
Businesses hold events for specific reasons: persuasion, unification/team, loyalty, celebrate a victory, even plain old power. These events contribute directly to the future success of the business. The success of these events, of course, is not a foregone conclusion. Nor is it determined only by the food or the decor or the service, but by the degree to which the invited are disarmed, feel welcome, and feel human. Fact is, there is no more powerful activity humans can do together than to share wonderful food.
For us, nothing is more fun than getting creative with menus, ideas, and locations. Imagine grilled lobsters and freshly blended daiquiris on the beach at sunset. An elegant autumn birthday dinner of filet mignon and truffled mashed potatoes. A dazzling bar/batmitzvah at a grand estate. Cocktails on the veranda in June.

All of our bar services include bartenders, bar set-up, glassware, ice, garnishes and trash removal. We have a full menu of spirits, specialty drinks, wine and craft beers as well as access to any of your special requests!.

Run, don't walk! TSH is the only event caterer you want serving your guests. We hosted a wedding for 200 people and everyone raved about the food. The hors d'oeuvres were so fabulous that guests commented they were too full to finish their dinners. But those who did claimed it was the best beef they had ever eaten. How do you do that for 200 people?!?
Not only was the food delicious, but the staff from the beverage manager to the servers were professional, helpful and genuinely nice. Sita was our point person and she executed perfectly from start to finish. The tables were beautifully set, the timeline was adhered to and site clean-up was fantastic ~ especially impressive as it was really dark when we wrapped up. TSH will ALWAYS be our recommendation for event catering!

Unbelievable wedding catering and service! TSH catered our wedding in Kennebunk, Maine and people are still raving about the food! We had requested passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, a bar with beer/wine/signature cocktail, seated salad, and fun dinner food set-up in stations in a way that was not typical wedding food. Some of these needed to be gluten free, vegan, nut free, dairy free, and careful of a shellfish allergy.all while still delivering mini lobster rolls and tasty, exciting foods. TSH Catering nailed it!
Our guests were excited by the foods and said the "hors d'oeuvres just kept coming!" They even brought my groom and I a tray of hors 'oeuvres and a drink while we took our photos. The attention was impeccable, no one went hungry! Two highlights for me was after the wedding: when a close friend (vegan) mentioned he was impressed and that it was the first time his family had been to a wedding and was able to eat plenty, and that my dad is still going on about how great the food was - our guests were well-fed and conscientiously served.
We chose TSH because they are a full service catering company that provided us a fun experience during our tasting and promised a seamless execution of our outdoor wedding. They own their tableware, which made the rental process smoother for our venue, and had a kitchen set-up ready for an outdoor wedding. As a bride, I felt nervous that I wasn't choosing each and every detail, but we worked with Sita, who had a keen eye for delivering an experience that matched our venue and was ready and willing to be flexible and upbeat even when the rain hit and plans shifted. Everyone stayed happy, kind, and excited from set-up until break down, which meant the world to me.

I cannot imagine a better catering company than TSH-- they have mastered both the culinary and service aspects required to make an event memorable. I used them for my wedding this fall and all of our guests raved about the food-- even the pickiest of my relatives were extremely impressed with the high quality cooking. The food is approachable but interesting with a wide diversity of options for any type of taste.
Best of all, it is very reasonably priced for the quality of the food that you get. The staff at TSH is phenomenal, I worked with Britt for the past year to make all the necessary arrangements and she was thoughtful, accommodating, friendly and extremely helpful. She even gave other tips about the wedding which were useful. The whole TSH crew is extremely organized, logistically savvy, down to earth, nice and great to work with. They give you great suggestions but also closely listen to what you're interested in to tailor anything to your needs. Would definitely use them again!

When considering using a catering company/event planning company for your next event, you need not look any further with TSH Catering. I and all of my 45 wedding guests were blown away by the food, service and professionalism of this company. From the planning, preparation, set-up, cooking, serving, cleaning, and everything in between, they created what was a perfect day for us.
I can't tell you how many of our guests asked us "who are the caterers?" throughout the event, and how much they loved the food, the service, the decor and the attentiveness of the staff. When toasts and speeches were being made, the staff made sure everyone had a full glass, the hors d'oeuvres were delicious and plentiful, the buffet was filled with mouth watering choices (something for everyone) and the omelettes were SO amazing!
And my favorite.was how beautiful everything flowed and looked. I worked with Britt from beginning until the end planning our wedding reception. It was a Sunday brunch reception, outdoors by the ocean with a tent and different stations for food and beverages. Her ideas, guidance, good taste and excellent communication got me through the entire process.
She handled everything from the decor, tent, linens, flatware, tables, chairs, staffing, food, logistics and my many questions. And did I mention the amazing food?! Superior to say the least. Everything was beautiful and perfect. They left the property cleaner than how they found it. Prices quoted were reasonable and they always worked with me to accommodate my budget.
The entire staff couldn't have been nicer and my entire family was so impressed with them (and myself, as if I had anything to do with it) and I am just to happy I found them. We'll definitely be using them for future events.

Labor Day weekend wedding magic! Much of this was due to the superior food, presentation and service of TSH Catering. Saturday was a tented picnic overlooking the ocean, and Sunday was a formal wedding at a local historic mansion. Both were handled according to the formality of the event, and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating.
In fact, our event planner from TSH even took over at the wedding itself to keep things moving, as the venue planner couldn't handle it. Impressive, and wonderful. This was a weekend to remember! Thank you, Timothy S. Hopkins Catering!

I wish I could give the company a10 star because they deserve it.hired them for a Clients Christmas party in Boston and they were FANTASTIC.food was over the top, and the severs were so kind and friendly the quests couldn't stop complimenting on it.in this decade not a lot business take pride like this.very rare and I am so glad to have had the pleasure to do business with them.
