BBQ Boys

We hired The BBQ Boys for our company party. I had never organized the company party before and was anxious about every detail. Kristina and Bob were extremely patient with me and worked with me to get the exact menu that fit our budget. Very professional in the office. The event was a success with big credit going to The BBQ Boys. The trucks rolled in and started cooking exactly when they said they would.

This was clearly not their first large event. The entire staff was fun to work with and extremely professional, checking in with me and making recommendations according to the amount of people arriving at the party at various times. And the food was delicious. I have received many compliments from coworkers about the food at the party. Get the tri tip!

We found the BBQ Boys Catering on yelp and what a great find. We hired them for a private anniversary party. They were really easy to work with from the contract phase to onsite. Everything was really organized and they were very professional. They answered all of my mom's questions about their service and were very patient. The day of the party they arrived on time and were very nice.

The food was amazing and everyone raved about how good it was. We had the ribs and chicken. The chicken was so moist and the ribs were excellent. We had a guest who needed to leave early before we were officially serving and they made her a plate before she left without her even having to ask for it. They were so thoughtful. My mom, who the party was for, has a special dietary restriction which makes BBQ a challenge for her to eat at times.

They did a great job accommodating her needs so she could enjoy the food without any issues. They cleaned everything up so well afterwards that you would not have even known they were there cooking onsite. The next day the office called to see how the party went. Great follow up from them as well.

Company picnic BBQ catered by them. Was okay. Wasn't all that great. Meat was kinda burnt. Italian sausages were probably the best but you can't go wrong with sausage anyways. Cornbread tasted like chlorine. Corn was greasy and undercooked.

We have worked with BBQ Boys for a few years now and they get better every time. Today they brought us the best BBQ to the park and my company loved it. The food was fresh and delicious. It was marinated, cooked just right and the sauce and dressing was enough too. They offer one of the best BBQs I have had. One of the boys Tony, answered my questions and offered me togo boxes. Just had the BBQ Boys cater an event for 150 people at Blackberry Farm Cupertino. We had the Tri-tip and the BBQ chicken and both were amazing. I was at two different events lately with a BBQ theme and there was no comparison to these guys. They were easy to work with as well.

If you are looking for someone to provide a completely seamless experience with delicious BBQ cooked to perfection right there in front of you - then look no further than BBQ Boys. I mean it, just stop looking, you've found the right business. We had them cater our outdoor wedding picnic. We chose the Santa Maria Tri-tip and the chicken breasts - both were so delicious.

The sides were great too. And the vegetarian options were perfect. We were so pleased with the number of compliments we received on the food. I mean EVERYONE loved the food, which made us look great. We were also pleased at how easy it was to work with them. Left us a large bunch of leftovers then they donated the rest to a shelter. They knew exactly what to do and did it fabulously! Thank you BBQ boys for making our event a success!

These folks do a great job. I just was married this past weekend, and as I come from a big family, it was a big wedding - 200 people. The BBQ Boys (who had also done my sister's wedding five years ago) were great from the beginning. Nadeane, their office manager, is prompt and totally on top of responses and questions. The food was cooked on site, was ready exactly on time, it was delicious, there was plenty of it, they were able to move people through the line efficiently, and their presentation was lovely.

They have an expanded menu with both high end and basic bbq options. Plus I found their pricing to be very reasonable. And they can accommodate gluten free and vegetarian guests. This is a good, hard working outfit; and I was really pleased to be working with them. Thank you BBQ Boys!

Excellent! We had catering at work today! Heaven! Everything was perfect from start to finish! Best bbq I ever had!

I really enjoyed working with The BBQ Boys! Not only was the food AMAZING, the staff was friendly and everything from communication to food service went smoothly and professionally. The BBQ Boys team arrived at the promised time and served food at our specified time. At the end they packed all the leftovers away for us and left the area as clean as they had found it.

We ordered the tri-tip and chicken and I have to say, I have never had a more flavorful, tender barbecue experience- my guests are still raving about the food! I would definitely hire them again!

For the second year in a row we had the BBQ Boys cater our company picnic. Food is superior to anything we have ever had before. Absolutely delicious and tender Tri-Tip, and don't even let me get started on that addicting peanut coleslaw! Yum! Everyone at the picnic commented on how great the food was. The servers are polite and professional. We will definitely be using them again next year!

Love these guys.even better than we hoped for! Such a great addition to our Fourth of July party. The food was amazing and the Staff were attentive and friendly. We had tri tip and BBQ chicken. Trip tip has to be done right or it's pretty awful.but theirs was tender, juicy and flavorful. Our guests loved that all of the sides were vegetarian.especially liked were the grilled vegetables and the ranch beans! They arrived on time and served on time (and were even flexible enough to let the band finish their set). Would definitely, positively use them again!

Amazing! I know a professional caterer when I see one! I used to be one! The food was on pint cooked to perfection! Bob was so responsive. Contract details outlines to the letter, team so friendly and amazing! Food was plentiful! I interviewed five Bbq catering companies and he stood out from the pack! Thank you Bob it feels great to have a go to BBQ guy in the family!

Had these guys' food from my husband's work events and it is delicious hours later I can only imagine how good it is right then as its made! Definitely want more and will let my boss know for my company!

The BBQ Boys catered our company picnic last month and the group could not have been more happy with their services! Throughout the planning process, their staff was helpful and professional; very patient and willing to offer substitutions to fit our budget. On the day of the picnic, they were the first vendor to arrive and immediately kicked it into high gear by setting up their grill and prepping our meal - definitely a conversation starter for attendees!

When it looked like guest flow was stagnating and not everyone had arrived when food service should have begun, Robert offered to hold off on cooking the meat we had selected until we were better prepared. I appreciated his foresight and really commend his attention to detail as I think really any other caterer cooking on-site might have just done what was best for their team without potentially considering the needs of the hosts.

The food was delicious and everyone loved the barbecue, but the surprising star of the meal was the watermelon! Guests raved about it long after the event was over and I still hear the odd comment about how great it was to this day. Everything they offered us was of superior quality and I plan to highly recommend The BBQ Boys and their group of awesome staff to anyone I know who may be searching for a caterer for an event.

BBQ Boys catered a delicious BBQ lunch for a special announcement & event at my company. Their team was very professional from taking my order on the phone to cooking, delivering, and serving our meal. The food was great! The employees spoke about it for days, and BBQ boys left us craving their food. The tri-tip was to die for, it was so juicy. If I ever need to order for a large event again, I will use them again!

WOW! The BBQ Boys are amazing! They catered our wedding a couple of weeks ago. It was a rustic themed, outdoor, DIY style wedding. We were so nervous about everything. The buffet set up was simple yet classy. The food was DELICIOUS! Everyone was talking about how great it was at the wedding and after the wedding. I'm so glad we decided to use the BBQ Boys. They were so easy to work with leading up to the wedding and the amazing food really added something special. They really are the best!

BBQ Boys catered our Annual SF Giants Company outing and it was simply amazing! A little background, my crowd isn't the easiest to please food wise but the options provided made it easy for me to decide upon their menu versus anyone else. It is still a little nerve wrecking when you try a new vendor out for the first time but the reviews here and their ratings put my mind at ease (a little). BBQ Boys are professional, the food was amazing, and they were the only ones willing to order tables, chairs, linen on my behalf.

We had the chicken breast and tri-tip! I received so many compliments from staff about the food served, the sides offered, and the great service. BBQ boys was the caterer for my daughter's first bday party! They surely did an amazing job. The guests loved the food! We got the bbq chicken and tri-tip, and they were superb! Liana provided great customer service from inquiry to booking. Tony and staff provided an awesome job setting-up, and making sure the food trays were always full. I will definitely book them again for another event. Thumbs up!

BBQ Boys catered our wedding for us this past May, and they were AMAZING! When planing for our wedding I had initially found another bbq caterer and thought I was all set. However when we did the tasting with the other caterer we were so disappointing with the quality of the food that we knew we had to look elsewhere. This is when I found BBQ Boys.

As soon as I contacted BBQ Boys they scheduled for my husband and I to come do a tasting within the week. We were blown away by the quality of the food! The whole time we were planning the wedding we had planned on having tri tip as the main dish. BBQ Boys Tri Tip is great, but their bbq chicken is AMAZING. We were very impressed with the taste and quality of the side dishes as well.

Another thing that I was really impressed with BBQ Boys is that for the same price as everywhere else I had looked, they included 2x the side dishes (I think it was 5 side dishes). So now that we had found a caterer that we liked, it was time to discuss what we wanted for our wedding. I was very impressed that rather than just having me call the office and tell them what we wanted, the owner schedule a time to meet with me and get all the details himself.

On the day of our wedding, BBQ Boys were great! The food not only was as amazing as we remembered, but the presentation was beautiful. BBQ Boys did not give me one reason to stress on my big day. We had a cousin and a family friend both get married within a few weeks of our wedding; and people from both weddings came to us and said how much better the food we had at our wedding was.

Even the mother of the bride from one of the wedding said how much better BBQ Boys was than the caterer they used. If you are looking for a great caterer with amazing food and outstanding service, BBQ Boys is definitely someone you should call.

We were served food from the BBQ Boys at a birthday party. Menu included: Fresh tossed salad - this wasn't bad. Southern Peanut Coleslaw - Didn't have this so I can't comment on it. BBQ Chicken Breast with their special sauce - Chicken was ok but as I was cutting it up for the Kid, I noticed that the closer you get to the bone, the bloodier that piece of chicken was.

It was like that on all of ours! Really, if you can't grill chicken right, then you should think about serving thinner portions. I'm knocking off a star for the attempted food poisoning. Grilled corn niblets - this was delish! The corn was tossed with bell peppers and onions. Way better than corn on a cob! Grilled tri tip - Tri tip was done right (thankfully!).

Nice and tender. As an aside, I'm not bowled over with their "special" sauce. Nothing special there. Chili - Didn't eat it but DH said it was on the spicy side. Garlic Bread - God they must have done this the day before cuz all the pieces came out rock hard! I've had better garlic bread at italian restaurants. They also served veggie burgers but for some reason, those were not left out with the other food. Go figure. Overall it's not bad but I wouldn't say I'm a fan.
