I wanted you to know how wonderful the wedding turned out. The staff was incredible, the food was delicious and I really appreciated your patience when working with us long distance. To this day we receive comments (4 months later) on how beautiful and wonderful the food presentation was. As in traditional Spanish customs, no one left hungry.

Chef Mime and his team catered our graduation cocktail party and dinner for a group of fifty. Food was fantastic! Everyone raved about it. Communication which was remote from Texas was flawless. His staff was also excellent. They passed food, picked up empty plates, served dinner and cleaned up after. So easy and professional. Chef Mike was on site himself during the entire event.
The cost was exceptionally reasonable considering a dinner for 8 in Charlottesville will run around $600-700. I highly recommend this for large group. The event allowed guests to mingle unlike a restaurant. But most importantly the food was exceptional! Beth. Graduate's Mother
