Nasty, nasty, nasty. I was told I would not get a tasting in the evening bc I was not spending enough money and that I will take what she decides to give me and I will just have to like it. Apparently $2,500 isn't enough money to her. I was more than pleasant throughout the experience, unfortunately I was met with the bad attitude one would expect from a teenager. Bad experience all around.

I used Blu Sage Catering for my 10th Wedding Anniversary Celebration at GMU Potomac Science Center. Michelle the Owner was very patient through the whole planning process. I changed my menu a couple a times but it was no problem. Every guest was telling me how great the food and venue were and still are talking about it a few days later, thanking me for a great time and wonderful food. Definitely request a tasting to experience the great food options. Will definitely recommend over and over.

BluSage Caterers, Michelle Bloxton and her staff were awesome. I had the task of planning my girlfriends GMU graduation / proposal party to plan something I had never done before so believe my anxiety level was high. I requested several quotes from several companies and although they were not the best priced after speaking with Michelle my gut told me to go with them.

Everything was perfect the food, the decorations and the staff were excellent. Michelle always responded to me when I had questions or concerns and made my anxiety so much better. All that attended had nothing but compliments about everything and most importantly she said yes. I would definitely be using Blu Sage again and highly recommend them.
