Catering

The Catering Co provided the catering services for our end of the year meeting at the Downtown Market venue and I have nothing but great things to say about them. Prior to the event, they were extremely easy to work with, answered all of my questions, and were always prompt with their responses and communication back to me. At the event, the staff did a fantastic job of setting everything up and keeping our appetizer stations filled. The food was amazing and exactly what we had hoped for. I would highly recommend the Catering Co for any catering needs!

For many years I worked in the service industry as a waitress, a bartender, or banquet server. Although I have since hung up my apron and moved onto a corporate job, I make what I now like to call "guest appearances". When The Catering Company has the need for extra help, I am always willing to momentarily step out of retirement and back onto the floor.

I know when working for The Catering Company I can always count on them to patient, responsive, organized, clean, transparent, and kind. It is not very often you work alongside ownership that is so devoted and involved. During events, I have had the pleasure of working with some of the best catering teammates in the business, who truly care about every detail, and always make me feel welcome. The entire team at The Catering Company strives to make every event from set up to tear down a success, and I am proud to say I am part of that team.

P&R acting is the worst quality control for their Pulaski days food, at Eastern ave hall, I went went there got 2 free combo plates and I'm glad I didn't pay for the them, got A very bad case of Food Poisoning. I saw a lot of things I didn't like in the kitchen, like the kielbasa and golumbki, and the pierogis sitting in pans at room temperature for who knows how long before I got it.

None of the above food was contained in proper storage or held warm correctly. I will never be going there again for Pulaski days Dinner Period! I'm not a cook and even I know better for being a professional cooking staff that's completely unacceptable!

We recently hosted a celebration at our home. The Catering Co was extremely helpful in staging the house/deck/yard and menu selection. The food was incredible. The service was flawless. We will certainly work with them for futures events!

If there was a higher rating I would give it to The Catering Company. We had a wedding reception change of venue 6 weeks before the wedding date. Kim and her staff were Super professional, and helpful in calming our nerves and letting us know that they could handle this event They did a Great Job! The food was Great, and I've had so many people comment on how good it was(even with the wedding party being 45 minutes late in arriving on their bus), and how great the staff was serving.

Since this was on our private property, they also helped with cleaning and taking there trash, which seem like a small thing but it was huge. I would HIGHLY recommend Kim and her friendly staff to anyone

My Wife and I had our wedding planned for 03/21/2020, right as COVID-19 was starting to shut things down. Two weeks prior to our wedding we reached out to Kim concerned that we wouldn't be able to have our wedding due to the virus. Kim assured us that for a Saturday wedding the food would not be ordered until that Wednesday. The Sunday before we made the decision to cancel our wedding and let Kim know.

She informed us that our almost $9,000 bill (which was paid in full months before) was not refundable. Even though we cancelled well ahead of her incurring any costs for food. After months of her dodging our phone calls and ignoring our emails we were finally reimbursed for HALF of the payment we made for the services that were never rendered. We essentially paid $4,500 for a tasting. Kim is a crook and should be in jail. I would highly advise to not do business with this thief.

Way over priced compared to their competitors, charged over $4000 for hors d'oeuvres for just 50 people. Looking at the estimate Kim wanted to charge a $600 "just because" service fee and a $110 credit card fee (despite us wanting to pay cash). She also had reserves on us doing a food tasting, which would have been a great opportunity for us to gage the size and quality of hors d'oeuvres.

Most catering companies will create a custom menu for you, let you taste even if it's just "hors d'oeuvres", and not charge you unnecessary fees. (They also have ties to Above & Beyond catering co. I would avoid both!)

I was connected with Kim at the Catering Company through a series of connections. On short notice during a busy weekend Kim and her team were able to cater to our events needs. From the beginning it was a pleasure to deal with Kim and her team. They took care of all the the essentials that were needed and made it a breeze to sit back, relax and enjoy the night.

The food was amazing and all our guest were thoroughly pleased with the results. I would definitely use the Catering Company next time I am in the area and have to plan an event of the same type again.

I had a wonderful experience working with The Catering Company. I was planning a surprise cocktail party for about 70 people for my Husband all the way from NYC and Kim was so amazing with not just all the food and beverage needs, but with ordering a tent when we knew the weather could be rainy. I felt in such great hands with everything and the staff was great the day of the event. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I have the need!
