By far one of the best experiences with any catering company I've ever had. From the first day to the big day, there was never a lack of communication. They were beyond helpful when food allergies suddenly arose and were more than accommodating for them so I could enjoy wedding food with everyone else. Our guests raved about how good the food was and still mention it today. We will definitely be using Cincinnati Catering again for any event we may need catered. I can't recommend them enough!

Cincinnati Catering catered our wedding food & desserts in April 2023. They did a fantastic job of ensuring there were options for our meat-eating guests and my parents who are pescatarians. The desserts went lightning fast - that's how good they were!

If you're looking for a wedding caterer, this is the best around. From start to finish, they did an excellent job with my daughter's wedding. Brad provided a tasting session for us to make our selections. There were a variety of packages, all reasonably priced. On the day of the event, they were on time, the food was hot and delicious, servers were professional, they provided serving staff, carvers, a cake cutter and clearing staff.

They even cleaned up the service area afterwards boxing up extra food(they provided the pans), and packing up the extra wedding cake. The chafing pans were very nice, the set up was beautiful! They arrived early and placed napkins and salt & pepper on each table. It was so nice to enjoy the evening without worrying about the food. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting reasonably priced, quality service and great food! My guests are still raving about how great the food and service were. After using Cincinnati catering for a private event a few years ago, we were so impressed with food and staff. When it came time that we were looking to cater some corporate events, I suggested Cincinnati catering. We have used them for multiple corporate events since including picnic/cookout events to full served buffett events. We serve a staff of around 130 people and these events go off perfectly.

Everyone compliments the food, and I have nothing but the highest compliments for the staff - from initial contact choosing the menu to when have completed the event. They arrive on time and ready to go, and cleanup is always great and their staff is always accomodating and professional. I highly recommend them for both private and corporate events

We used Cincinnati Catering for our wedding in December 2021. Brad, Shannon and their team made the process from the beginning to the end seamless and easy. They truly know what they are doing. The tasting was the best we went to. The food was just as amazing the day of our wedding as it was at the tasting. We used them for our desserts as well and they turned out great.

Our guests raved about the food and desserts. The staff at our wedding was so professional and nice. We had plenty of food too. They made the whole planning process smooth. Brad and Shannon recently catered our wedding reception and I can't say enough great things! The food was amazing, and they were very careful to provide food for our guests, many of whom were vegetarian, gluten free, vegan, etc! I did not have to worry about my guests, and the food options that they had were so good rather than a bland serving of veggies.

They also made our wedding cake as well as all the assorted desserts, and they were all so delicious. Part of their contract is that they will provide us with our same cake on our 1 year anniversary, and I can't wait to have that cake again! Thanks Brad and Shannon.

I used Cincinnati Catering for my wedding. Everyone was happy with the food, and we didn't have any issues of food running out. They were also very responsive throughout the entire process. I will say it was a bit frustrating that they tack on a convenience fee of 3% every time you submit a payment if you want to use a card (and there were 3 payments).

Because of this I paid by check, and was always early with my payments. The last payment my check did not go through because I had moved all my money from my savings to my checking account, thinking that's were the check draws money from (I rarely use checks) and it ended up drawing from my savings; therefore, my check bounced. Innocent mistake. I reached out to them, as they did not catch this, and they said I now owed them a $50 fee for my check bouncing, and that I had to pay via card, adding on a 3% fee of almost 2k. Things happen, and I never had any prior payment issues, so the fee they added on for my check bouncing really left a bad taste in my mouth. Was that really necessary?

In all honesty, there are plenty of great caterers out there, and it's not worth the hassle of paying via check or having to drive to drop off cash. Planning a wedding is already a lot, and little inconveniences like this add up and become stressful. Find vendors who don't have these little inconveniences (because there are plenty), and the planning process will be a lot less stressful!

Cincinnati Catering did a great job with our wedding. Shannon was extremely helpful, detailed, and responded very quickly when we had questions. Would highly recommend. Food was outstanding

I was ecstatic when my now husband proposed to me October 2019! We reached out to Cincinnati Catering after we saw them at a bridal show and they were all so lovely and accommodating!. And then Covid happened, but once again, we were kept in the loop with the every changing protocols and the team even managed to accommodate our new date when we decided to postpone the wedding.

The food was GREAT! I definitely did not mind that I had some last minute guests unable to arrive, (more for leftovers for me). I cannot emphasize enough how every thing was just right, thank to all the servers and staff for also making this day a success!

They were fantastic to work with on our wedding. The food was delicious and they were more than willing to accommodate our guests who have dietary restrictions. I managed to sneak away for seconds, which I'm told is rare for the groom, but I made a point of it after enjoying the first plate so much. You'll be happy you decided to work with them!

Cincinnati Catering served for our wedding at the Heritage Center of Anderson Twp. The food was delicious - we got so many compliments. (The chicken with pineapple salsa, and the bourbon balls were my personal favorites among the options.) From the beginning, we were impressed with how detailed the team was with getting our order down right, so it was exactly what we wanted.

All information was clearly explained so that we knew our options and the prices that went with the choices available. We were also impressed with the level of care with the service. The team was timely, polite, clean, patient and helpful. I was completely touched by being handing a wet napkin to wipe my face after the groom put cake icing on my cheek.that was just going the extra mile and I thought that was super sweet. All leftovers were carefully packed up and ready to go. I couldn't have asked for better service. Would use them again for a big event in a heartbeat.

We used this company for our wedding and they were wonderful! We had all of our guests compliment the food that night. I only wish I had saved some to take home, but that was my fault. The food was VERY delicious, they arrived on time, and set up fast. The staff were all very respectful and cleaned up quick as well. The owner we met with to discuss options was very friendly and even helped us come up with a timeline for our day of events. They were very responsive through email as well. I highly recommend using this company for your next event!

Did a spectacular job for our wedding. All of the guests had something great to say about the tasty food and courteous and professional staff. They couldn't have been nicer. Everyone was extremely impressed especially given the current state of the service industry overall. Would definitely recommend!
