Classically trained in French and Continental Cuisine, Chef Michael has been part of the Management team at Tavern on the Green in NYC, an Executive Chef for the Four Seasons Hotel and has owned and operated four individual restaurants in his 25 years of professional cooking. He currently resides in Covington Kentucky and Co Owns Four Seasons Catering and Four Seasons Centre Ville with his wife and partner Melinda.

TERRIBLE catering business! If you are planning an event and need food catered please go elsewhere! DO NOT HIRE FOUR SEASONS CATERING! THEY'RE UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE!!! I will not recommend this catering service EVER!!! As I said, and I repeat: they are extremely unprofessional and unreliable! I hired "Chef" Mike to cater our wedding and after no follow-through on his part, and an unprepared and unorganized tasting experience, I decided to fire him.

Prior to the cancellation, I had to call him over and over again to discuss our menu in advance.

Now, almost a whole year after cancelling with him, I'm still calling him over and over again to try to get our deposit back and settle this the civil way. I don't think this man is a good Chef! I'm now questioning if he even has a professional degree as a Chef! And to be honest, the client should not be hunting down the caterer to make sure things are prepared and served right. DO NOT HIRE THIS SERVICE FOR ANY CATERING EVER!!!

EXTREMELY disappointed with this catering. Showed up 15 minutes before our guests. Food was not ready until 45 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready; which was almost 25 percent of the serving time of the event. We had a tasting and approved the food, yet most of the items did not show up at the event. We were horrified that our guests were served burned quiches and roll ups from the party the night before, both which could be purchased at Sams. We were presented a high quality tasting, but the actual results were embarrassing. Four calls to Chef Mike to discuss and none were returned.....

HORRIBLE service! DO NOT use this company! Chef was very late to our reception showing up at 7pm when our guest were supposed to begin eating saying he was stuck in traffic. (Not a single one of our guests had this problem) We had to rearrange our whole evening (dances ect.) to give them time to get ready. Their servers and bar were not ready when our guests came into the reception already later than scheduled.

We had guests pooring their own drinks. On top of this they forgot to serve our champagne toast that we paid for. I could go on and on. It's been over a month and the refund we were told was in the mail has still not come. They will not return our phone calls or voice messages. Looks like small claims court it will be!

I am not sure where to begin. Everything was so fantastic. From our first meeting with them until the event, the owners and staff were always a pleasure to work with. We are not easy people to please, yet every request was met with an immediate response and was taken care of. The food was beyond anything we had imagined, and the service was too.

We have 3 girls. Our youngest daughter was the last to get married. The caterers for the first 2 weddings we have done did just enough to get by. Four Seasons really impressed us from the start. Every contact we had with them was a pleasure and every promise made by them was kept. The food was great and the level of care we received was so far beyond our first 2 experiences with the other wedding my husband and I paid for. We recommend Chef Mike and his staff very highly indeed.

Just did a corporate training day for us. Wow was the food good!! Service too. We will use them again.
