Catering Works

We used Catering Works for our May 14, 2022 wedding and we could not recommend them enough! Kelli was our point of contact, she was responsive, able to answer all our questions, and her and her team delivered the best catering experience for us and our guests. We received so many compliments on the food for weeks after our wedding and the service was top notch.

We took pictures during cocktail hour and were worried we wouldn't get to try any of the apps we had picked out, but we had no need to worry because David with Catering Works hand delivered us plates during photos. He waited on us during dinner while our guests attended the buffet, and he made sure we always had drinks throughout the night. He was so kind, patient and simply amazing! If you are planning a wedding, Catering Works is the way to go!

Catering Works provided exceptional catering services for our very small, and intimate wedding. Hollie was amazing to work with from the very beginning and went above and beyond helping our day-of coordinator with set up. Everything was perfect, the food and service was spectacular. I have used Catering Works professionally many times and now personally and they are simply wonderful, very consistently wonderful service.

We used catering works for our wedding and wedding cake. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent! Despite us starting planning almost two years in advance, they kept the service costs the same as inflation went up. The food was very tasty. We mostly worked with Kayla who was patient and thorough. She also was always quick to respond. Our guests told us that the food was excellent, in particular the desserts.

I am posted a photo of our beautiful and perfect cake in the review - we chose it as part of the $399 special for the cake. I would absolutely recommend the company and Kayla.

We hired Catering Works to cater our Ribbon Cutting and Cary Chamber After-Hours party at Fenton with over 750 guests. Our guests were wowed with Chef Jill and Rich's creations and the staff went above and beyond to make sure each guest felt special. Kelli, the Sales Director was fantastic. She was thoughtful in her suggestions and on point for making sure everything went smoothly! We are so thankful we chose Catering Works for our monumental event.

I can't say enough positive things about Hollie and her team at Catering Works. The whole process of finding a caterer was made easier by the ease of communication with Hollie. She was quick to answer any of my questions. The food was absolutely delicious. We had so many of our guests complement the food, from the wonderful appetizer table to the excellent main meal. The staff were all courteous hard workers, working seamlessly as a unit. I would definitely use them again if the need arose. Thank you Catering Works!

No mediocre wedding food here! I'm so glad we hired Catering Works for our wedding. Kayla helped us through the planning process and was quick to respond to our many questions along the way. We ended up using Catering Works for the food, dessert and beer/wine. The team also handled most of the communication with the rentals company. Having all these things consolidated made things so much easier to plan. Our guests would not stop talking about the smoked gouda mashed potatoes :

We hired Catering Works for my wedding at the NC Botanical Garden in Chapel Hill and I could not have been happier with their food or their service. Hollie, the catering consultant, was amazing. She helped us navigate the whole process and always responded quickly to emails. The 10 staff on site for the wedding helped the whole event run smoothly and on time.

And the food was great, we received a lot of compliments. We had the maple thyme roasted chicken, the house smoked brisket, mac and cheese, and sauteed veggie medley for dinner, and all were delicious. For cocktail hour, we had a self-serve appetizer table with cheeses, fruits, veggies, dips, and crackers and that fit the event perfectly. They even boxed up all the leftovers for us at the end of the evening and sent a basket of goodies with me and my new husband at the end of the night.

We were also able to provide our own alcohol and dessert for the wedding but have Catering Works staff serve it, which was another huge plus for me. If anyone is looking to hire a catering company for a wedding or other event, I would definitely recommend Catering Works!

When we were planning our wedding, we kept hearing from other vendors that Catering Works was the best. We ended up hiring them, and I'm so glad we did. They were so professional and responsive. They made sure my husband and I got food throughout the night and they were so kind! I'd highly recommend them for any event, but especially a wedding!

Kelli and her staff at Catering Works were amazing for our Wedding Day! They took care of every details.and the food was delicious. We had wine, a champaign toast, appetizers, international food stations, dessert and of course, a delicious wedding cake! Our guests raved at how delicious the food was. Kelli met with me numerous times and the week before the wedding, she and her team were a part of our "vendor coordination" group meeting to ensure all of our vendors and the venue were in sync. We used Catering Works for both our wedding and rehearsal dinner, October 2021. We worked directly with Kelli for both events and she made the process so, so, so easy. She made sure we had thought of certain things that we never would have - and she went out of her way to help. The food was also INCREDIBLE. I had several people text me after our reception to ask for the recipe for a few things, and especially for the signature drink recipe. I would 100% use them in the future.

We used Catering Works for our wedding in September 2021 and worked with Kelli Harrison. She is terrific - very detailed/organized, patient, kind, and always answered our questions in a timely manner. Additionally, she worked with us to help move our wedding twice due to COVID-19 (which says a lot). The food and beverages were a big hit of the evening. The staff were great too! Highly recommend Catering Works for any event or occasion.

We hired Catering Works to cater my baby shower and their service was excellent. They were easy to work with, reliable, professional, and the food was absolutely amazing! We did a "Taco bout a baby" theme so we had tacos, chips and dips, rice, beans and corn. The food was the most complimented thing about the party, specifically the corn! So delicious. Kayla and her team at Catering Works are an elite level catering provider. Kayla will work hard to win your business by giving you options on your occasion's menu. She will clearly communicate pricing and give you a variety of options. It doesn't stop once she's won your business. Kayla really enjoys what she does and it shows in the final product. Michelle, the Catering Works Event Manager the day-of, helped execute our event perfectly and everything ran so smoothly.

Last but not least, our guests were blown away by our wedding day meal. Many saying it was the best meal they'd ever had at a wedding, and my wife and I couldn't agree more. If you have a big event like a wedding planned, Kayla and her team at Catering Works are the best in the business. They truly care about making the customer happy and they provide support at every step in the planning process. The next time we need catering for an event, there is only one place we'll turn and that's Kayla and Catering Works.

Catering works was phenomenal! So helpful throughout the planning process in building a thoughtful menu that met our and our guests needs. Everything with the service and food went smoothly the day of and the food was delicious. All our guests kept raving about the food!

Our company has been using Catering Works for YEARS. I am not the one who orders, but have been the happy recipient of a variety of their offerings. Favorites for me are their crab dip and their corn dip. YUM. From sandwiches to full turkey and ham holiday dinners, they have always delivered taste and quality for our company.

I chose Catering Works based on the reviews and was very pleased with their service and food. I was able to order catering for a corporate lunch in 2 days. I chose from their holiday menu, which had a 'holiday brisket'. Everyone thought the food was tasty and good quality. The catering manager was helpful in suggesting the quantities to order for a group of 25 people.

She was also quick to respond over email and make adjustments to the invoice. On the day of, the set up was very seamless, and they arrived 30 minutes earlier (as I requested) and finished setting up in 15 minutes. I would recommend this company again and use it myself for future event catering.

I worked with Catering Works for our office Open House and I can't say enough good things about them. Communication was great, they always had quick responses and worked with our changing head count and budget. The end result was fabulous, staff was excellent, food was great and service was exceptional. If you're looking for great catering for your next event, no need to look further!

Wonderful wonderful company- I can't say it enough! I hosted an around the world home and wine tour which included food from three different countries. Pam was such a great person to work with. She was so flexible when my event got rescheduled and having various drop off sites, and the delivery guys were so patient with me when some of the addresses were a little off. The food was absolutely amazing and I can't thank them enough! I will definitely be working with them next time I have an event in the area.

This establishment has the best food! Jill Santa Lucia is awesome to work with! Great people totally recomend them!

I rented out their venue, The Laurelbrook for an art show. The venue is very beautiful and worked out perfectly. Kelli helped plan everything, and worked out food as well. On the day of the event I met one of the owners, James, and he was very great in making sure everything went as planned. Cody oversaw the event, and was a miraculous help, and did everything as perfectly as he could.

Overall the event was a success, The venue was gorgeous and spacious. The food, even though we only ordered crudites and fruit was delicious. This was fantastic and hopefully will be using Cateringworks and The Laurelbrook in the future!

Catering Works never disappoints, they are my go-to for office meetings when I want a lunch to impress. The staff is excellent, the food is outstanding and presentation is beautiful. I recently used them for my wife's birthday party, It felt like I was a guest in my own home. We used Bloom Works for our floral arrangements, they were gorgeous.

We also had an amazing cake, the best that we have ever had. Do not waste your time by going to other catering companies when you can have one call that does it all, And they do it right!

I used Catering Works for a retirement celebration and they did a FANTASTIC job! Nicole was a pleasure to work with and she helped create a fun menu, a delicious cake and all the decor and flowers to go with it. The staff arrived promptly to set up and were dressed in very nice uniforms with purple gingham tops and looked professional. During the event they circled and handed out the glasses for the champagne toast and were always top-notch.

The event manager Patty assessed the space we had, made suggestions and transformed our training room into a cocktail party celebration. The flower arrangements were tasteful, the linens added color to the room and the food presentation was beautiful. The team loved every dish and we ordered shrimp, bruschetta, bacon wrapped scallops, beef tenderloin sandwiches and crudite with dips.

The cake was filled with pineapple and buttercream frosting and it was really a special event. We also used real glassware and plates and it was the perfect set up. I cannot say enough good things about Catering Works and would let them do weddings, birthdays, regulrr catering and special events. They have the eye and the staff and the quality.

I discovered Catering Works in a bit of a panic after having a falling out with another catering company for our wedding planning, and I could not have made a better mistake! Nicole was super responsive and supportive from the first time I spoke to her, created a menu just to our liking, and was always flexible while providing great suggestions through the planning process.

I was never again stressed about food once we had Catering Works on board. Our big day was PERFECT. They did an excellent job setting up the room to our specifications and the food was delicious. Innumerable guests praised the selections, stating it was the best they had had. The servers were wonderful and the night went off without a hitch. At the end of the evening, the company packed a little picnic for my husband and me - an awesome surprise to find waiting for us in our hotel room when we returned exhausted and famished. I cannot imagine a better company to recommend for wedding catering - seriously above and beyond with very competitive pricing. Nicole was a lifesaver.

My company always uses Catering Works for its functions. This past winter we had them cater breakfast lunch and dinner while we worked the storms.

Seen a lot of catering crews in my time ranging from drug-addled thieves unfit for a Somalian pirate crew to uppity Downton Abbey extras. Catering Works is most definitely legit. Catering Works does a really impressive job delivering consistent, quality service ranging from small office luncheons, small dinner parties, to large parties. I would recommend them without hesitation.

These guys catered a work celebration and the food was incredible! There was a Spanish/Mexican food theme with tapas, and coconut fruit dip and some delicious empanaditas. There were also chips and 7-layer mexican dip. There were lots of vegetarian options, but the tapas selection really stood out. I also loved the diablo cookies, which were chocolate with a bite!

They also had a nice iced tea spritzer to add your own orange fizz and fresh cut fruit, in lieu of sangria (no alcohol, work, sadly). Would definitely order from these folks in the future! Although--I would have hoped that a high-end caterer would recognize the difference between Spanish food and Mexican food, but I suppose most people don't know any different and you've gotta give the people what they want.

I frequently use Catering Works for client meetings at my place of work. They consistently exceed my expectations in every way. When I call to place an order I usually speak with Eva. She is so friendly and always willing to suggest menu items and help me plan the best desserts and sides to compliment whatever I order. Catering Works also has an incredible staff of delivery people.

They are always personable, courteous, timely and do a fantastic job with the lunch set up. I can always count on them to show up 30 minutes before our planned lunch time and know that everything will be perfect for my clients. My favorite part of Catering Works though? The food, of course! I have tried various menu items and have never had anything that wasn't delicious.

The have a large diverse menu with everything from sandwiches and salads, to pasta and meat dishes. Some of my favorites are their Cobb Salad with salmon, the chicken with parmesan and sage, and most recently their seasonal summer salad with peaches, marcona almonds, feta and grape tomatoes. It's amazing on its own or topped with chicken or salmon.

And don't get me started on the dessert. My current obsession is their almond joy cupcakes; chocolate cake topped with a cream cheese- based coconut icing, dipped in chocolate and topped with almonds. Yum! And you have to try their lemon raspberry cupcakes; white cake with raspberry coulis inside, topped with lemon cream cheese frosting. Amazing.

I got married last year and if my reception site did not already have in house catering, I would have used Catering Works, hands down! I can only imagine how fabulous their wedding cakes must be.
