I ordered a variety of dishes for a family birthday gathering and everyone is still raving about the food weeks later. The standouts were the shrimp and grits, tomato pie, and key lime pie. Everything was fresh, flavorful and just delicious!

Their food is simply amazing. I have been ordering the family meals since the lockdown and they make it so easy. I love that I order the day before and then I don't have to cook. Pull up and they bring the food to my car. Last night I had the cheese raviolis in cream sauce. They were perfect. I could have drank the sauce. You won't be disappointed if you order.

The bar has been officially raised for wedding food. When I tell you I KEEP getting texts about how amazing our wedding food was, I am not kidding. They deserve 4 thumbs up. They were great to work with and the staff was excellent day of!

The name says it all. UNFORGETTABLE. From the starters to the desserts - Chicken salad, broccoli salad, the twice stuffed potatoes to the chocolate molten bundt cakes.the food is divine, the portions are generous and the customer service was beyond my wildest expectations. This will be my new go to for any party/gathering, special occasions or honestly, any old Wednesday night! YUM!

We used UFA to cater our wedding, and we literally could not be happier. April and her staff made us feel welcome for our tasting, and the food tasted exactly the same at our reception (a big worry of ours). Both my wife and I are from Texas, so finding a brisket we approved of was phenomenal. We love the food so much we will likely host a random event for our friends just to have UFA cater. If you don't contact them, my commiserations to your tongue.

Overall, it was an enjoyable process working with Unforgettable Foods. This could have easily been a 5 star review, however. The employees took it upon themselves at the end of the night to take the majority of our leftovers home. Normally that wouldn't be an issue, but when spending the amount that we did, I wish we would have received more of the tasty food we paid for. Barely got to eat any the night of the wedding!

Our experience with Unforgettable Food Affairs was incredible! When we started working with April I was living out of state so I was unable to attend our tasting. She was nice enough to allow us to have two tastings so that I could be involved and help make the decision. April was extremely kind and provided great recommendations for us. Her staff was also amazing on the day of the wedding and everything flowed perfectly.

The food was so delicious and we received so many compliments from our guests. The lemonade and pimento cheese stuffed chicken were our favorites! We loved working with April and her team. I would highly recommend them to any a couple or for any event!

After a muck up with our first caterer, Krisin from the Landmark lined up Unforgettable Food Affairs with April and we absolutely could not be MORE thrilled. We have an array of complex issues to consider for our wedding, 2 cases of celiac and mix ethnicity. April, the owner, could not have been any more warm and receptive, making every request like it was second nature to her and her staff.

We brought our children to the tasting as well and even they were thrilled with the food and food selection. We are so excited for our October wedding for our guests to try our menu. The food was beyond outstanding, as a 15 year resident of the RDU area, it was among the top that we have had. I would not recommend going with anyone else other than this amazing team.

You will NOT be disappointed with the food and service. Maribel, one of her cooks, was there also and just an absolute doll. It spoke VOLUMES that the owner of the company was serving us as well. April and Unforgettable Food Affair is by far the choice for catering in the RDU area.

Unforgettable Food Affairs catered our cocktail hour (served) and reception (buffet style) and they did an absolutely amazing job. The food was absolutely unbelievable - the day after the wedding, my whole family was still talking about it. The staff was attentive - both waitstaff and bartenders. Everything went so smoothly and they did a great job.

The staff also made sure that myself and my husband, as well as both sets of parents, were attended to constantly, with a full drink and even got us seconds of food. It also should be noted for brides out there that UFA lets you bring your own alcohol and own cake - something that can help you save a few extra dollars. I loved my experience with April and the whole team at UFA and recommend them to everyone.

I have used Unforgettable Food Affairs for many different types of events including corporate, nonprofits and wedding and every time they are absolute perfection! The food is the best quality and presentation and the team is the best in town. Very attentive and easy to work with I will continue to use them in the future for any event that I am hosting. I absolutely loved Unforgettable Food Affairs. It was a pleasure working with the owner April. I could tell everything was going to be perfect from the moment I contacted her through email. She was extremely responsive and very helpful throughout the entire process of the tasting, choosing our menu, making payments, and the actual wedding event. The catering company has a great variety of food options to choose from.

My husband and I picked the assorted cheeses, spinach dip, crackers, and fruit displays for the cocktail hour. They were all beautifully set up and tasted amazing. For dinner, we had a roast beef carving station with assorted sauces, cheese and mushroom stuffed chicken breast, vegetables with sauce, whipped potatoes, and rolls with butter of course.

We are STILL receiving compliments about how great the food was on the big day! Just thinking about it is making me hungry right now! I would HIGHLY recommend using Unforgettable Food Affairs for your wedding day. April really makes it an UNFORGETTABLE experience!

The perfect caterer from the time we first contacted April until after the wedding reception. At the tasting, April was very thorough and asked for feedback for tweaking to our taste. The food presentation was beautiful and all of the food was so delicious. Over a dozen guests approached us about how good it was during the reception. They raved about the cranberry relish and how moist the turkey was, the vegetables were perfectly roasted, the meatballs were incredible. Loved the smoked salmon crostini and the stuffed mushrooms.

In less than a minute after we sliced into our cake for the photo op, guests were already being served cake and offered different flavors. The servers were always smiling and attentive, plates were cleared as soon as guests were finished eating, and glasses were never less than half full. The complicated napkin fold I requested at the last minute was done perfectly at each place setting.

We were so happy to have a wedding reception that was so seamless and ideal! April was easygoing and happy to accommodate all of our wishes. Our reception was held at Hinnant Family Vineyards in Pine Level-but the distance wasn't a problem. If you are planning an event anywhere in the triangle area-Unforgettable Food Affairs should be your first choice!
