Bause-Landry Catering was established in 1989 by Erin Bause-Landry after her return from a stint at The Montreux Palace in Switzerland. Previously, Erin completed studies at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and Graduate studies at Beringer School for American Chefs with Madeleine Kamman.
