Attended an event last night that was catered by Swift + Company and it was amazing. The wait staff was attentive, professional and all around fantastic. The food was to die for. It was a Greek FEAST! Appetizers were flawless (canapes with olive tapenade and mozzarella, crab cakes, etc). The buffet of Greek food was fantastic -- eggplant, salad, the best tzatziki I have ever eaten, delicious grilled chicken, lamb meatballs stuffed with goat cheese.and the dessert! Turkish delight (like from the Chronicles of Narnia!), baklava, OMG. All around it was fantastic. The food, the presentation, every last detail was painstakingly executed. Very well done. I would recommend this caterer to anyone!
