Culinaire catered for our wedding 10/16/21. From the very first interaction on, they were responsive and helpful. They customized the menu to exactly as we wanted and accommodated our requests for passed hors d'oeuvres, a grazing table, a plated dinner for 40, an ice cream sundae bar, and late night breakfast tacos. The on-site service and attention to detail was impeccable. Waitstaff were friendly and attentive, also seemingly thoughtful enough to stay out of photographs and the spotlight during important event moments. Guests raved about how delicious everything tasted! Culinaire truly outdid themselves! Hands down, one of the best vendors we selected for our wedding.

I have hired Barbara McKnight and her team at CULINAIRE to cater several events, the largest was 250+ people at Houston Museum of Natural Sciences. So far, I have worked with Culinaire twice and I can say that their manager "Barbara" and all their staff is very organized, on time, classy, and friendly. The food is delicious! If I would to pick a favorite, it would be the Chocolate Icebox Cakes! I strongly recommend them for your high profile events!

Barbara McKnight and her crew are professionals that provide fabulous gourmet catering service. Their commercial kitchen located at the historic Hofheinz House enables them to provide gourmet food for large events.

Cullinaire catered my daughter's wedding at the Houston Museum of Natural Science it was magical. Not only was the food fabulous, so was the presentatio. One of the premier restaraunt families in town attended and they couldn't rave enough about the food. Exquisite attention to detail, superb table service.

We recently had a private event use Culinare at our venue. The staff was exceptional as well as the beautiful way each dish was presented. We will be recommending Culinaire to our private events.
