Ral's Fine Catering

I used Ral based on a coworker's recommendation for a work luncheon for 34 people on December 2021. HORRIBLE communication - poor explanation of what he could do and it took him 4 days to respond to my 2 emails and voicemail. Significantly more expensive than other caterers I have used this year. Dour attitude. 17minutes late delivery! The food was just OK (beef was chewy).

I don't know how this guy is still in business. If he couldn't handle my event then he should have said "no" a week ago. Photos show how we requested meals packaged individually due to Covid issues and a close-up of the Beef Bourguignon with wild rice pilaf and green beans which averaged to $22 per meal.

We used Ral's for catering at the University where I work. Ral's always arrived on-time and were pleased every time. The faculty and students have given many compliments regarding the tastiness of the food! Thank you Ral's for your continued excellent food and service. Also I will be using them for my wedding next year.

Ral's catered an event at my job, and the butter chicken and biryani where both so yummy, I was surprised the chef was not Pakistani. The service was excellent! And the event manager was so friendly. The guest speakers were so impressed with the food and so were those who attended. We got so many compliments on the food that we will be using them again.

Ral was super easy to work with. He set up a tasting prior to giving us a quote - his price was reasonable for a 200+ person event. His passion fruit tea is amazing, I definitely recommend that. Our even had to be postponed twice due to COVID-19 but Ral kept us up to date with new confirmations and the event went off without a hitch. We ordered carne asana and chicken fajitas and both were delicious. Ral and his team were super nice and service was great. 5/5

From the moment I called with my ideas for my company party I received the utmost attention to detail and care. I couldn't have been happier with the service that I received from Ral's Catering. We host a lot of different events and NEVER have I gotten such rave reviews about the taste and flavor of the food. The food was exceptional, the buffet setup was immaculate(loved the fountain), but the customer service is the reason I will continue to use them for both corporate and personal events.

We can not thank Ral's Catering enough for the fantastic job they did providing food for our wedding at Springs Event Center. The food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful enough to keep all our guests fed and provide us with left overs for the after party the next day. We highly recommend them as not only was the food good but Jeniffer and the staff were friendly and polite. Ral responded a little slow to emails but I could reach him on the phone easily.

He answered questions we had leading up to the wedding and even made helpful suggestions when we could not quite decide what we wanted due to the overwhelming choices. I used Ral's for a church event and they did an excellent job. I did the Saute Station & Potato Bar with assorted deserts and it was a huge hit. I watched many of the guests go back through more than once (myself included) to sample all of the meats, and many of them said the food was absolutely delicious. For my event, they had their Chef on hand, who was preparing the food in front of the guests (added bonus).

I thought their pricing for the event was reasonable and their food (and table presentation) was outstanding. I will use them again, and highly recommend them to anyone looking to cater an event (large or small).

We had our wedding at Iron Manor It was catered by Ral’s catering and it was fabulous. The food was served at perfect temperature and it was delicious. All of our guests loved it. We got the Cajun catfish as well as a fabulous chicken dish. The chicken was cooked perfectly. We also had the potatoes and green beans with bacon which were very good as well.

The servers and Chef were so accommodating and so friendly. I would highly recommend Ral’s catering for either your wedding or any other big event that you wish to impress your friends. Thank you to everyone at Ral’s catering for helping us make our wedding fabulous.

I am so excited that Ral's will be catering my daughter's wedding December 2021. We went for our food tasting and everything was delicious. The display of service was exceptional. I look forward to her special day. My daughter and future son-in-love agree that he is an amazing caterer. I have had his food in the past at other events and was very pleased.

Please consider using another catering service. We booked our daughters Quince last year and paid the catering service in full. Due to Covid, the date had to be changed. We ended up paying a date change fee not too long ago and had to cancel with the other venue. We notified Ral's fine catering, explained the situation and requested a refund. We signed no documentation or any type of contract with a cancellation policy.

They informed us we would not get any money back even though they have not even purchased the food for the event. This company kept over $2900 of our money and provided no service or good. Their communication was terrible and when we requested a refund, we received no answer for several days.

We are going with them for our wedding cater and had a food tasting so far the food was delicious. The email response time is within 24 to 48 hours and they are really nice people. I look forward to doing business with them for my big day.
