Noel's Specialty Food and Catering is owned and operated by Chef William Noel. Chef Noel, a Rutland native, began his culinary career in Vermont restaurants nearly 25 years ago. He received numerous awards for his culinary work while at the Red Clover Inn in Mendon and the Lilac Inn in Brandon. He's been featured in Gourmet magazine, the Home Shopping Network and Bon Appetit. Chef Noel ventured into the catering and specialty food business to allow more time with his wife Kim and their five small children.
The classical barbecue is a staple of Americana. Noel's Specialty Food and Catering is pleased to offer a unique catering services that streamlines the options for guests interested in such a cuisine and atmosphere. While our generic barbecue package is based on a party of 50, Noel's Specialty Food and Catering can accommodate an event of any size.
Chef William S. Noel started a catering company 20 years ago while employed as the executive chef at the Lilac Inn, located in Brandon Vermont. Chef William has years of restaurant experience behind him and has done an array of functions. Today, our main goal at Noel's Catering is to specialize in customizing each and every private event and menu to meet any budget.
Menu options are continuously updated to provide customers with new and unique cuisine options. Check back soon for the most current catering menu options. Call or email for the dishes currently available. Cubed cheeses: Hot Pepper Jack, Mild VT Cheddar, Colby Jack, Strawberries, Seedless Grapes. Fresh watermelon, cantaloupe, watermelon, grapes, pineapple and strawberries.

Had a signed contract paid in full with 2 servers and 9'days before the wedding bill decides he wants to add more servers @$150 per for 50 people, We thought it was overkill and had a meeting to explain said reasoning and was berated the whole time I was in the location. We fired him on the spot and got our money back. Poor quality and very unpleasant atmosphere. If your looking to get ripped off and taken advantage of this is definitely the place for you. I 100% don't recommend

The employees of Noel's Catering are all extremely hardworking, caring, and personable, which made wedding planning easy and fun! Bill went above and beyond during all stages of the process: he thoughtfully executed all the little details and requests we had (signature drinks, timeline)- everything was FLAWLESS and we didn't have to worry about a thing.
You'd think planning a wedding amidst a pandemic would be hell, but Bill and his staff clearly understood Vermont's COVID-19 guidelines, and made it clear that everyone's health and safety was the number one priority. All of the staff at my wedding were truly on point. The bartender was excellent; he served guests efficiently. The food (prime rib-WOW!) was hot and wonderful.
We are still getting compliments from guests saying it was one of the nicest weddings they had ever been to and nothing went wrong. I recommend this caterer to anyone looking for a superb meal and celebration experience, anytime of year!
