Blending my Southern background and locally sourced meats, cheeses and vegetables with the food philosophy of Mediterranean cuisines I bring fresh, healthy twists to traditional Southern staples.Preston's culinary career began early on, inspired by his love of travel, his Southern family and their love and respect for quality and tradition. Upon completion of his training at LeCordon Bleu Culinary Institute, Preston sought opportunities to further develop his own creativity.

Denise Popwell is the hard working woman behind Popwell's Produce. Farming runs in her veins. For generations, her family has been farming in Chilton County making sure central Alabama residents have the best and freshest Peaches (and every other kind of produce) you can find. Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, you can find her working her produce booth at The Montgomery Curb Market.

Catered delicious and fresh boxed lunches for my company's staff appreciation day! The presentation was outstanding! Quality was amazing! We had boxed salad, pasta, chicken, and fruit, dinner roll! Our company really enjoyed and we were able to place orders for our vegan eaters! Great job and thanks for the great customer service!

I can't say enough good things about Fleur de Licious Catering! We were referred to them for my daughters wedding and we couldn't be happier. You know it's a winner when the guests are coming up to you at the reception and raving about the food. Thank you Chef Travis for a spectacular meal and making our event one to remember! First time here and the food is absolutely amazing - everything we tasted melted in our mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had in a while. They have great variety of food from pasta plates to crawfish etouffee. Prices are great and reasonable. The service we received was awesome- everyone was friendly, and welcoming. We are so fortunate to have this place just a few minutes drive away from home. Highly recommended!
