Joe Koye was fortunate to become connected with Philadelphia Eagles thru their Chef and began to cook for the Philadelphia Organization & their families weekly for the past 12+ years as well as cater the Team & Coaches Picnic, the Draft "War Room" and other Eagles' events every year. They really pushed me to source from local farms, learning along the way how much healthier it is to buy fresh and buy local. We learned that raw milk helps injured athletes heal faster and get back on the field than with conventional milk is just one example of this principle.

We had a great experience with Wild Blue! The definition of professionalism! Great and thorough food tasting before booking; made fresh. During the wedding, fantastic food, excellent service & wait staff/bartender. Set up & clean up was handled so well we didn't have to do anything at all or worry about a thing! They also encouraged us to eat first to ensure we did actually eat at our own wedding. I would definitely recommend them.

We had Wild Blue cater our recent wedding. Due to the joys of celiac disease, we asked them to come up with an all-gluten-free meal, and they hit it out of the park. People couldn't even tell it was gluten-free! The wait staff was fantastic and friendly, and Chef Joe helped us every step along the way. The hors d'oeuvres were so good I was stuffed by the time we were ready for the meal! We really can't overstate how happy we were with everything. Highly recommend!
