Foremost is the preferred kosher caterer in every New York City hotel, museum, special event location, yacht and restaurant. Foremost is also the "caterer to the caterers." Restaurant Associates, Abigail Kirsch, and Great Performances to name a few, all have selected Foremost to provide cuisine at their prestigious venues when Kosher is requested.

We hired Foremost for our November 2021 wedding and they did an amazing job! So many guests mentioned it was the best wedding food they ever had including many people who couldn't believe it was also kosher. Jeff and Steve provided an amazing experience and were so easy to work with. Highly recommend Foremost for your next event!

Foremost Caterers recently catered an intimate party of 45 people for me under the stars on a rooftop facility. Ira Shulman, the manager of this dinner assumed all the responsibilities and supervised every single detail. The food was delicious, the presentation superb, and I am pretty sure that Ira was in charge of ensuring perfect weather conditions.
We had a spectacular evening with zero glitches and the pace and ambience were non pareil. I can not say enough of how wonderful an experience Ira Shulman created. I highly recommend Foremost.

Foremost catered granddaughters Bat Mitzva in NYC Terrible food, terrible job Smoked fish salad full of bones. Make sure to never touch it and certainly no child should eat it Bagels, rolls: stale: frozen and defrosted Smoked salmon: dried edges Grilled cheese: children would not touch Dry, no cheese to speak of; just gross Deviled eggs: dry and sandy Ceaser salad: soggy tasteless Desserts : soggy prefrozen overly sweet Had the nerve to serve on lunchroom trays Had enough servers to clear tables and put out desserts Overcharged by Rabbi who watches food who placed himself in $400 a room hotel It was an embarrassment especially as I take pride in good food. I only used kosher as it's a synagogue but it was disgusting
