We made reservations after my daughters communion and we were very satisfied with everything from the food and drinks to the exeptional service. Our server, Luis, was extremely attentive to everyone and along with kitchen staff, brought dishes out in timely manner, along with drinks or anything that was needed. When we arrived, the section that was provided, which gave us privacy, was nicely setup, with 2 extra tables on opposite ends for cake, decorations etc. Overall, I highly recommend for intimate gatherings. I look forward to reserving for future events.

After many years of patronizing this restaurant I was surprised to see how the portions and quality of food has changed. Today, I went to Vitales for lunch. I ordered the veal franchese, veal Marsala, open Swiss sandwich which consisted of turkey, ham and Swiss cheese, and the Italian antipasto pizza. The portions of veal on both entrees were very small.
There were only 2 slices each of ham and turkey, a slice of Swiss and tomatoes on a toasted Kaiser bun that costed $9.95. I could have gotten a foot long sub at Subways or any deli, with more meat and toppings for less. I was also surprised to see there is now an additional 3% charge, plus tax, for paying with a credit card. This charge is only displayed at the bottom of your bill, no advance notification.
I was so disappointed and asked to speak with the manager. An individual came to my table after asking twice for the manager. I explained my concerns and was told that was just the way it was. I now understand why I was the only one in the dining room. This restaurant use to be very active. I use to hold special and holiday events here. This was (past tense) my favorite Italian restaurant. I will no longer recommend it.

Grest Italian restaurant located on Queen Anne Road in Teaneck. Has busy bar crowd for lunch and drinks. Or sit in dining room. Service was attentive and fast. Gnocchi in Bolognese sauce with side of meatballs was fresh and tasty. Took half home for dinner. Pricing was attractive. Definitely a return place.

If I could give them a negative I would give them a negative -10. We came here for Mother's Day with our 80 year olds grand mother. We ordered our drinks and entrees once we were seated. Please keep in mind our reservation was for 2:00 pm. It is now 4:00 pm and and they have brought out the food! Other people around us came in after us and have received their food and are ready to leave.
But now two hour later they have brought out our food. This is totally and completely unacceptable and a disgrace. How can a restaurant function this way in these times. We came here to celebrate with our family. I would not WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE FOR ANY KIND OF CELEBRATION! We have just been informed that our waitress that has been missing for 2 hours because she was scared is very sorry for the mix up. I am totally sitting here with my jaw on the floor.

1st impressions are everything. Called to make a reservation and it was painful. If my boyfriend hadn't randomly bought a Groupon for this place I would have hung up! Thought I woke the person up. Can I please have a reservation for 2 at 7:30, her answer was Yeah, hold on I don't know. Spelled my name 3 times. I had to say does that make any sense?

I've only been there twice. The first time was very good. The second time was pretty good, but with some setbacks. It might have been me this second time, but I received half of a menu instead of a full menu. The food was very, very good. There was just one thing that almost messed up my appetite for dessert. When my dessert came out, there was a dirty spoon on the plate that looked used.
I had to resort to using a knife and my hands to eat my dessert. It was good, but I just wish I had a clean spoon to eat it properly. For the menu and the dessert spoon reasons is why I had to give it four stars. It was still a good experience overall.

Been eating here for so many years and I remained loyal throughout the pandemic. I ate here last Saturday. There was only 1 other table in the bar area when I arrived, yet I had to signal the barmaid to take our order. As my friend and I were eating, we heard some very loud profanity while my friend and I were trying to enjoy our meal and it made us feel uncomfortable. None of the staff did anything about it.

I had Cilantro shrimp with avocado and tomato salad. It was just smashed salad with 4 big shrimps. Needed a lot of salt and pepper to actually taste anything. My husband had shrimp scampi nothing fancy for $22. Staff looked liKe they just want to get through this day, one of them was chewing gum which I thought was disrespectful. Thank god we had groupon because other way I would be even more disappointed.

Calling the Tuesday buffet a "prime rib buffet" is like describing the Warped Tour as a Taking Back Sunday concert. There were so many items that I had to go against buffet best practices by not eating everything. I enjoyed eggplant, antipasto, chicken marsala and clams, didn't make it to the ribs or fish. The horseradish sauce for the prime rib is a nice touch. As of press time, the buffet runs 5-8pm Tuesday and is $19.95.

The whole entire meal was fantastic. The bread and bruschetta appetizer was delicious. I appreciated the olive oil on the table so that I could dunk. We had the grilled sausage appetizer, two pizzas, and two meals. The pizza was perfectly cooked and the crust was thin. My 4 year old ate 3 slices, which we always consider a success. My husband enjoyed his chicken parmesan meal and I thought the chicken saltimbocca was one of the best I ever had.
I loved that it came with vegetables on the side. I actually just warmed up my leftovers and it tastes as good as it did last night. 4 adults, 1 kid, 4 alcoholic drinks and the bill was $106 before tip. Everyone left satisfied. We will be back!

Visited here on a Thursday evening and was surprised that they had their own parking lot! Even though it is a bit small and a little cramped, it is great that they offer free parking! The restaurant could use a little remodelling but no big deal. Upon approaching the restaurant (you need to walk thru the bar area first to get the the main dining room), we were greeted and immediately sat down.
The complimentary starter, bruschetta with fresh, warm bread was delicious! We had ordered a Spinach Artichoke pizza which was SUPER cheesy but delicious as well! We also had the Tortellini Alfredo and Penne Alla Vodka which we're both surprisingly delicious and tasted fresh. The entrees also included a side salad! The customer service was amazing; someone always coming to check in with you and a constantly refilling waters. For the value and price we paid (check Groupon for the deal), we got a huge quantity of food and excellent quality as well. Definitely recommend this place!

August 12th, 2018 Vegetables here specifically for the Sunday brunch. More dishes than week day buffets. Chocolate fountain, cold cuts, made to order omellets, pancakes. Sausage, scramble egg, French toast, meat balls, salmon, potato, eggplant, ham. Food is fresh and delicious as always. But, I don't see my favorite salad bar! Otherwise, it would have been perfect!
Price is @17.95 per person. Very reasonable price! Lunch buffet for weekdays: All-you-can-eat Italian lunch buffet. Happy hours from 4pm to 7pm. About 8 different entrees, includes chicken, fish, eggplant parmesan. Macaroni and cheese meatballs sausage, salads inludes mandarin salad Caesar salad. Also serving is pizza, two big pies to choose from.
Don't forget deserts, fruits, cheese and chocolate cakes. Your money goes a long way with this amout of food. There's a bar! And outdoor seating as well as sunroom. Fun to have dinner under the star! Meeting room can hold up to 40+ people. 12.27.2018 Price of lunch buffet went up 1 dollar to $9.95, still is the best priced lunch buffet in the area. 4/2019 Monday lunch, @$8.50 lunch entree, including soup or salad. Food is really good.

This place had some decent reviews so thought of giving it a try. We've ordered Lobster ravioli pasta, Chicken parm, & Fried ice cream. Ravioli was fantastic onto to the point I must say. Chicken parm was just about average. Fried ice cream sucks, the worst I had in-fact. Tomato basil soup was good and the bread was really warm and tasty. Parking was not a problem for us as we went there on Monday. They have good number of parking spaces but on the weekends that just might not be enough. Staff were attentive and the service was good.
