Had a terrible experience here last night. Overbooked and overcrowded. They crammed 6 people in a 4-person booth right next to me. When I expressed concern that patrons were shoulder-to-shoulder throughout the restaurant with no one taking any Covid precautions, the bartender and maitre d' both rudely told me that I didn't have to eat there, I could go somewhere else and I shouldn't tell them how to run their business. Precautions are not required in NJ restaurants at the moment, but things can be done "smart" to prevent infection (distancing, barriers, etc.).
I had an early 4:30 dinner reservation specifically to avoid a crowd. I've been a loyal customer for over 30 years. I would have expected them to offer to accommodate me perhaps at a different table. They even have an additional separate dining room upstairs if they had wanted to accommodate me. But they made no attempt to do so. I walked out (I had to, I didn't feel safe) leaving my husband and our friend to finish their meals and pay the bill.
Don't expect any kindness or compassion from these people. They don't even care about their own employee's potential for virus exposure. It's all about the money. So disappointed.

Fantastic home style environment and food. I do find the seafood to be above and beyond, but all the dishes are generous (Steaks & pasta), fresh and tasty. Would say home made feel to the cooking, but better. The calamari comes in the normal fried with tomato sauce, but they have a unique version that is grilled with peppers and no breading; that is fantastic.
They have an amazing house salad whose dressing they sell, and garlic bread that you might eat too much of and then the main dish you need to take home :-) Drinks are also good pours and the staff is friendly and care about your experience with Napoli.

First time here. I was invited to this place for one friend. She made reservations. The place is cozy. Customer service: excellent with Javier. The food was really good! The restaurant starts with an exquisite Garlic bread.than we choose House salad, grilled Calamari, penne pasta al Vodka w/chicken. The baked clams Oreganate were amazing. I can't remember 2 more plates of my friends but they enjoyed eating. My Sangria with fruits was excellent. Thank you and God bless you, guys! Fully recommend it

Went there to celebrate my moms birthday, I would have rather got diner food. The garlic bread was enjoyable. I had the seafood platter with a baked potato. while the food was being made, a small mess was made at my table, the staff was clearly annoyed and continued to stalk us throughout our meal. When I received my food the "sole" looked and tasted more like cod. my muscles tasted like pure sea water.
The lobster tail was clearly frozen, having a weird taste after the butter sause wore off. My clams were majority bread crumbs. The potato was still raw in the middle. The best part of the meal was the three pieces of shrimp on my plate. Honestly expected more after reading other reviews.

Same two stars as I felt last time, but I still wanna love this place. It's everything you love about Italian, except the food, which basically leaves you with a sense of abandonment, beaten by the proverbial wooden spoon. Do not get the seafood salad. The Saltimbocca was almost ok, but i blame the amazing bread for setting me up for disappointment. Get the bread if your hungry, its amazing. just know that the pane has no Paesano here. It's been orphaned like Tony's red headed child.

Food was 7/10 and ambiance 7/10. My stay was ok. The server which was a lady in the early evening, very unwelcoming, and rude. Picked up the check, and did not bother to say thank you, or goodbye. One of the rudest and ungrateful waitress I have encountered in a while, not to mention I even gave 20% tip. Other than that, I would have returned.

The service was good and we ate outdoor where they had a speaker playing music so I enjoyed that. My fiance enjoyed the crab cakes the fired calamari wasn't my favorite but it wasn't mad. He ordered the lobster ravioli & I ordered fettuccine Alfredo off of the fresh pasta menu & the pasta was really good! I

The food is really amazing. The waiter was super nice. The bartender when we got there was unfriendly and didn't seem to want to help. And the bar was busy but unfriendliness is never a good thing. When we decided to sit at a table the waiter was super nice and eventually we got our food but it took longer than expected. And I ordered a Asparagus Parmesan and I never got it.
So when it's not super busy everything is great. But once it's busy It's not as awesome of an experience as it could be. But I would definitely go there again. Because the food is absolutely wonderful.

If I can choose no star I would give no star. I went there with my family for my birthday dinner. The main waiter was nice. His assistant basically tossed dishes, spills water, u can see his mind was not at work. Food. Omg. We ordered fried calamari and crab cakes for appetite. As soon as the plat arrived. I could smell the stink of not fresh seafood from Calamari. Crab cake must have been on the borderline about to go bad.
It was very weirdly fishy. I m a crab lover and I know when its not fresh. Lump crab meat pasta. not sure how they can call that size meat Lump crab meat. It was very disappointing dinner. I never felt money wasted on dining out like this time. To make it worse. My son had diarrhea all night. Their food used to be ok. Must have changed alot since 3years ago. Never going back

Great Italian Restaurant in Fort Lee. Indoor and outdoor seating. Bread was baked with butter and olive oil. Had baked seafood platter included lobster, shrimp, clams SNS cod. Was excellent. My friends all enjoyed their meals. Service was great. Cappuccino to finish meal was hot and satisfying. Definitely returning!

Great restaurant! Hot bread and salad served to the table as you order. Many menu choices. The fresh crab over linguine was excellent. Pasta cooked perfectly. Sauce was seasoned to perfection, light and filled with lump crab meat. Baked clam as an appetizer had plenty of flavor. Service was excellent. Friendly. Didn't feel rushed at the table. Restaurant nicely spaced with outside option. Valet parking available if you want it.

Writing to you from my new residence, the royal throne, while commiserating via a group chat with 9 friends who shared this lunch with me. My palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy. There's vomit on my sweater already, In Napolis spaghetti. First time there and last. I wouldn't even be this miserable if good food put us in this predicament but it was just blah. The one star is for the service and staff which was very good. Send help or ginger ale or possibly Cipro.

The food here is always solid. I miss the popcorn and bar specials but these are COVID-19 times. They've outfitted the place to be quite nice and spacious given the circumstances. Hand sanitizer is available on request. All of the staff wear masks appropriately And the service is very good. I was pleasantly surprised with the bill, maybe because I'm used to New York City prices? Either way, we thoroughly enjoyed our night!

Been going here for years, not very often but often enough to see the decline on the quality of food. Service is great, hostess and wait staff are polite and quick. The last time we came, we ordered chicken parm and chicken francese. The chicken parm was good but the francese taste like they use concentrated fake lemon juice instead of actual juice from a lemon.
The pasta was horrible, had absolutely NO taste and was almost grainy. Good thing they barely give you any with your meal. It does come with big salad and garlic bread. Wasted $43 on a tasteless meal :

Ate and ordered delivery for many years. Recently, ordered food after new ownership. Food quality changed little. *** They don't give you utensils! When you order make sure to have your own fork, knife and napkins! *** I called back and asked them. the lady said "we don't have to provide utensils and we don't have them sorry" Wow! I used to get it back than and especially COVID19 when everything is delivery?! Nice! FOOD: 3 SERVICE: 2

TERRIBLE SERVICE! We decided to go to this place for Christmas Eve dinner celebration 12/24/19 We felt uncomfortable with the waitress rude tone of voice and attitude. I understand that working in the food industry during the busy holiday season can be quite stressful and tiring. SHOWING YOUR ANNOYED TONE OF VOICE BECAUSE WE HAD A FEW INQUIRIES lacks professionalism.
She was so rough while retrieving the plates she kept knocking down the Tabasco sauce and acted like nothing happened. We asked for A1 sauce for the steak but she completely forgot to bring it. The waitress forgot to bring one of our drinks and we reminded her almost at the end of the meal, once she brought the juice didn't even apologize for the mistake and left right away. The food was good but service was terrible and ruined our holidays celebration.

The food here is very good but a restaurant can't survive on good food alone. If the food is great but the service suffers why do I wanna go back?. This place strikes me as a place that maintains the belief - "we don't need you". Perhaps that's not the held belief but that's what the bartender conveys and having a bartender like that representing the face of the restaurant conveys that message.
The daytime bartender allows her personality and shortcoming to spill over onto the customers and it shows as there is no lunch crowd to speak of despite the area being filled with corporate office buildings. The company I brought with me to lunch was equally surprised at the disposition presented us and stated that he considered leaving and going somewhere else. So the next several meetings we did and found there is a lot of good food in the area for lunch. Poor choice for representation for a business lunch crowd.

Our visit was a bad experience. The waiter came to take order, by cleaning his sleeve with a wet towel. After taking the order (with a miserably supposed Italian accent) brought us empty dishes to each of us, for the starters, but my was not that clean. When I took the fork, I found that it was dirty also on it, when I told to the waiter assistant he apologized and replaced them.
When the main dish came (pasta with crad) there was a piece of (possibly) paper on it. Again I made observation to the waiter assistant he takes the paper, apologized again without replaced the plate!, which normally paid it and waiter also requiring a big tip because we were a big company (no other reference was made to the matter). Another event was when waiter blew the coffee to someone other of the table, and just brought another coffee without cleaning the table.
Someone has to talk to them about respect to the customers. About the taste of the food, I would say that it was not bad (because I tasted a lot of the others dishes), but it still needs work to become good Italian since they are missing, the Italian tension and flavoring. In fact one of them was a Greek dish named "soutzoukakia" (meatballs in red sauce) which is a wonderful dish but they made it very weak.

Nice luncheon. Ordered off of a limited lunch menu. I chose chicken marsala. It was very good. It came with a family style salad and an endless basket of garlic bread. The meal was very good overall. The only down side to the venue was the lack of parking. There was a municipal metered parking lot across the street and a very small parking lot for valet parking.

So delicious ALL the time 1st u get the famous tossed salad with nice assorted veggies then u receive crispy warm garlic bread for the table. the service is always friendly the portions are very generous.they have coconut shrimp that are a really nice size and just enough coconut on them served with marmalade sauce u just need to ask for extra sauce. IN NAPOLI also has 2 specials during the week -that are called steak nights the famous Delmonico steak is the BEST then they have lobster night as well all dinners served with veggies & potatoes of your choice the dessert is just okay in my opinion but the Conolie is very good - drinks are well served Jamie is the best waiter / bartender see him the blonde older women is a bartender but not very friendly at all we've been there at least 20 times & not even a hello how are you? Nothing but we void her and enjoy the dinners / appetizers I almost forgot they do have HAPPY HOUR so try to hit that place WE luv it check out my photos

Went for Fort Lee Restaurant Week Food - 5/5. The garlic bread is toasted just enough to have a great crunch and is abundant with garlic flavor. Bruschetta is piled high with the marinated tomatoes and beans which balance each other well. Salad was fresh with the dressing having a perfect ratio of sours and sweetness. The rib eye steak was ginormous!
It had perfect grill marks, good amount of seasoning and just the right color for a medium rare; absolutely delicious steak. The linguini marinara was decent, but I might have been too full to give a fair judgement. Spumoni was subtlety sweet, making for a good finisher. Service - 4/5. Quick and professional. The appetizers came out almost immediately after our orders were placed and the flow of food felt even.
Value - 5/5. Napoli gives you so much food, that their value is top notch. The size of the steak alone would give high marks but they went beyond that and added a choice of side plus all the appetizers. Great value! Parking - Private Lot (Valet)

Another solid Italian joint in Fort Lee. Every table gets a complementary salad, (overdressed, in my opinion, but I'm not going to bitch that much about free food, yanno?) bruschetta, (soggy, but again, I'm not paying for it), along with garlic bread (yummy). There's a large bar area, if you come in at a particularly busy time, or just want a drink.
I spotted a jukebox along the wall, so you can groove to the music. I stick with the classics--chicken parmesan, penne vodka, both delicious. I've heard positive comments about both their lamb and seabass, but some unsatisfied grumbles about their seafood salad. Portions are generous--you could certainly have enough for tomorrow's lunch if you enjoyed an appetizer (or just some of their salad).
I wish they had some other appetizers, though--they're extremely seafood heavy, and I'd love to see maybe a burratta or arancini balls. Their prices are also a little high, at $20-25 for a main course. Even so, it's always a staple in our dinner rotation.
