Angel Food Catering provided on site cooking and serving service for our mothers 101 outdoor birthday celebration. From menu planning with Brittany to working on site with chef Mike and servers Chad and Brent, everyone was a dream to work with. The food was on time and delicious! I highly recommend them!

Working with Angel Food Catering for our wedding reception was a phenomenal experience! Erica and the team provided fantastic service, from being extremely responsive to our questions to accommodating our last-minute changes, and our guests absolutely loved the food. I called multiple caterers for a reception following a funeral. Obviously due to the circumstances, it was very short notice (a week and a half). I understand my event was on a busy weekend in May, but this is the only place that even offered to help me. Judy was so kind, and even though they couldn't do everything we wanted, she walked me through other options and made suggestions of what we could do in addition what we ordered from Angel Food to make things easy on us.

I can't say enough about how much that meant, to have someone from a business take that much time to help someone during such a stressful period. Judy was incredibly apologetic that they couldn't do more, but our event turned out great with what they were able to do.

I just got married on May 15th and AFC was fantastic in so many ways! Judy was an absolute angel the whole year that I planned with her and let me tell you, planning a wedding during COVID has been stressful! But Judy took the time to make the process so easy. In our phone calls and meetings, she was always so flexible, accommodating and warm - she made me feel like an old friend right from the beginning. Judy also went out of her way during the reception to reach out to my mom and offer assistance with getting dinner, as my stepdad has some difficulty getting around these days.

This small gesture meant so much! Erica also stayed to help the whole night and assisted with setting up, decorating and tearing down. She was such a sweetheart. The food was absolutely amazing (I think I heard how delicious the spinach artichoke dip was at least 100 times and also WOW at the Steak Diane and Yukon gold mashed potatoes ), the donut table they set up was so beautiful and the staff were so organized and helpful. Do yourself a favor and hire them for your wedding or any other big event you may have coming up. Best catering company ever, from the food to the customer service. 20/10!

Went to an event at Yankee Air Museum yesterday and Angel Food catering had provided the bar b que pulled pork and Mac and cheese. It was outstanding and the staff was just so gracious. I've had their sandwiches at other events and also found them to be delicious.

We planned and got married during the covid-19 pandemic and Angel Food did everything possible to make our wedding the best day for us and our guests! They truly went above and beyond! Their staff were completely professional and courteous with everyone. Our guests all raved about how beautiful everything was and how delicious the food was. Under the current state of the world this was the best day for us! Thank you so much Angel Food for everything you guys did for us!

Angel Food Catering was so pleasant to work with and their food was delicious and loved by all at the wedding. Throughout the process we worked with Erica and Judy and they were great. Very responsive and on top of things. They worked with us all through the pandemic to keep us updated on their operation status and overall precautions they would be taking.

When the day of the wedding came, their staff was professional, and all our guests loved their food. The Alfredo is a must. Rave reviews from everyone. I would definitely recommend Angel Food to any couple planning a wedding.

Such an amazing catering company! They helped make our wedding special. We had to completely replan our entire wedding in 3 weeks. Angel food went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Even the morning of I called and added on some linens and they delivered! Our wedding was so perfect thanks to them and people are STILL talking about the food and the service! We will be using them for any big event we have in the future!

This team caters our office daily. When the pandemic hit hard, they kept our 24/7 office fed while we worked for months in a row without a break. They make great food most recent scores were chicken Florentine and an Italian sandwich with not a thing skimped on. Incredibly satisfying. They show up on time every day. They are friendly and grateful to have the business, but grateful to be of service as well, if you know what I mean. We know the difference.

Angel Food catered my sister's baby shower three weeks ago and were phenomenal to work with. The food was excellent and the presentation was perfect. Judy and Erica were a complete pleasure to work with. Will be using again in the future.

Our wedding venue referred us to Angel Food Catering and right off the bat there communication was the most prompt and informative we had experienced. The first consultation call really laid the groundwork for us to build on, the invoice was extremely detailed, the tasting opportunity was well worth it and all the food was phenomenal, and they stayed in communication with us and stuck to the timeline.

We worked directly with Erica who works primarily on their wedding packages. Erica helped make our experience with Angel Food truly enjoyable. She helped coordinate rental items, set-up the purchase and delivery of alcohol and helped us customize a menu that fit our personalities and the season. She encouraged us to consider pot roast as one of our dinner options because it was "fall comfort food" and one of the best tasting dishes they offered.

We were a little apprehensive because it is non-traditional and of course, we still getting calls and emails about how amazing it was! I have to say. Erica even helped me redesign our floor plan, consider cost savings and responded to every single email promptly. The staff on the day of the wedding were very friendly and professional. Everyone paid specific attention to us as the bride and groom, making sure we had time to snack, drink and then even made our dinner plates for us and delivered them to the table.

I would truly recommend Angel Food Catering to anyone planning an event with Catering needs, not just other couples planning a wedding. They will make sure your day is a success and your guests leave well fed and happy!

I've been ordering with Jim Martin and Angel Food for various events throughout the years for a UofM organization. Angel Food has ALWAYS been the best -- in terms of service, quality of food (so great!), and cost! We've tried others before, but there's no one that comes even close to Angel Food.

Angel food catering recently catered an annual event for my work. They were amazing. Their available menu was built to order. The team was flexible to our need and the food was amazing. Price was also very reasonable. Our team loved everything and took their cards to have angel food catering do their personal events in the future. Thank you for everything I am sure we will use you again in the future!

I used this company to cater both of my children's graduation parties. Everyone loved the food, in fact the Sausage Puffs were the biggest hit at both parties. The employees they sent to my venues were fantastic and took care of everything so I didn't have to do anything but enjoy the parties and my guests. I had a bartender at both events which Angel Food supplied and he, as well, did a fantastic job.

I highly recommend Angel Food, in fact I am using them again in a few weeks for my daughter's college grad party and I will use them next spring for my son's college grad party. Judy can help you with table, chair, linen, etc., rentals and obtaining beer and wine if you are so inclined. Again, I highly recommend Angel Food Catering for any event you need catered.

I have been to many events that have hired Angel Food Catering. The presentation of the food alone is worth it. I think they could put fast food on a table and make it look like you were eating at the White House! The food itself is outstanding, each and every time. Every meal I've had has been totally different than the one before and I love that creativity.

I have had several catered breakfasts from them, several lunches and dinners. All were absolutely excellent. The owners treat every event as though their family would be there too. By that I mean they go to extreme care and planning to make your event special. On top of that, they are sincerely just decent, hard working people. I would never hesitate to hire them to cater an event for me and would also not hesitate to recommend them to one and all.

Worked with Jim Martin on my father's birthday bash. Was a hawaiin theme and Jim pulled out all the stops. He helped me think of the best menu. and helped me work within the budget. and even helped me figure out entertainment. Can not recommend AngelFood (and Jim specifically) high enough! Will definitely be calling them next time.

We were cramming to get everything done leading up to our wedding and completely blanked on getting catering for our wedding rehearsal dinner. I called Angel Food Catering less than two weeks before to see if they could cater and they couldn't have been nicer to work with. They worked with me to augment the menu to our needs, showed up early to our event, and provided us with some really tasty food.

We ended up with a ton of left overs because the portions were so generous, and that was completely ok with us. Just a really great experience and company to work with every step of the way.

Angel Food recently catered our wedding, it was an outdoor event at a private residence. They were very knowledgeable and helped us with most of the planning, including a site visit. They handled all of the additional rentals we needed; tent, linens, tables, and chairs. We provided our own liquor and they helped us figure out how much to buy. The staff went above and beyond from start to finish. Basically, they made our process easy.

The food was amazing, our guests enjoyed it, and let us know. This was probably the best meal I have had at a wedding. The next time I need an event catered, Angel food will be my first choice! I highly recommend them!

Used them for a bridal shower in Plymouth, MI. The staff was great to work with and came up with an awesome menu at a great price. When the staff got to the venue they were great as well set it up for use and gave us instructions if we were going to need to leave the food out longer then a couple hours. THE FOOD WAS GREAT! we had so many compliments on it. THANK YOU!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at their dinner cum-train-robbery-mystery-solving entertainment, which was delightful. The dining space is spacious, and very well decorated. They specialize in catering and have a fabulous reputation for flawless delivery and service.

Successful birthday party for my mom! Angel Food Catering is great! From the minute (the last minute - only 2 weeks before the party!) I called they were incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions (unlike another Ann Arbor food purveyor and caterer who was very unhelpful from the minute I called). They have many, many menu options and the food was delicious.

I selected buffet service and the set-up, clean up and service was quick and efficient. I opted to use their linen rentals, and they have several other glassware or decoration rental options if you need it. They subcontracted a bartender and coordinated my alcohol purchase through a local supplier so I didn't have to! Jasmine in the catering office is great, and she was able to roll with my last minute appetizer additions. They also worked directly with my location to provide the floor plan for table set-up, etc. Highly recommend if you are looking for a catering service.

We had the pleasure of working with Judy Maynard and her staff to cater our daughter's wedding the summer. Little did we know that not only would Judy help with the food, but she provided enormous knowledge for the flow of the full event. She recommended timing, vendors, and extra touches to make the day special. The food was great, and plentiful, the service was good.

Her availability of set ups and equipment was good. As the process continued from our first meeting to the end, my confidence in her knowledge grew. By the end, anything Judy recommended was a "go". Her staff knew the venue very well. They were timely in responses to questions via email and phone. Angel Food Catering is highly recommended.

I should note that directly after writing a review, a friend mentioned that this was the catering company that catered his wedding reception as well (I hadn't realized that). As a guest at that wedding, I can say that the table service seemed very confused/haphazard. In fact, for about 10 minutes, it appeared that the reception had totally run out of food when they got to our table!

Not the most comforting thought. Luckily, people did eventually get food. Not sure if that was the fault of the venue or the catering company, but it's worth a mention. At the more recent events I attended with Angel Food, the service was buffet style, which may have cut down on some of the opportunity for error/confusion. Just something to keep in mind.and something I know I will consider as I move forward in weighing the benefits of various catering companies.
