Absolutely Amazing! Every single time I have reached out to Marquis they have been accommodating. We have severe nut allergies and Marquis took our allergies very seriously and took our recommendations in "safe" companies. We had zero issues (we didn't let our son eat the rolls just out of habit) and it felt good to just relax and enjoy our vow renewal without watching the kids like a hawk. Thank you sooo much.

On October 21st I called in for the total of my order also stating that I wanted to remove something's because my RSVP list had dropped. The employee told me that would be fine. Fast forward I go in on October 25th to not only pay for my order but to remove the things I no longer needed keep in mind my babyshower was upcoming (October 26th). while I'm there the guy who I spoke to on Monday the 21st wasn't there and didn't relay the message to the owner so the owner started being all sarcastic stating that i should have had common sense not to make any changes the day before and that i should've made the changes Wednesday, but remember when i called in on the 21st the employee never stated that it would be a problem or that i had a deadline so again I'm thinking I'm in the clear!

So I'm still standing (high risk pregnancy) here arguing with the owner telling him that it wasn't my fault i was making changes the day before because his employee never gave me the deadline (needing to call by Wednesday) so he needed to address that with him. Made it seem like it was my fault and was being a complete JERK mind you I still have him my business because my babyshower was the following day. fast forward it's baby shower day and as people are eating they are noticing some pieces of RAW CHICKEN.

I would say not to order from here. And I most definitely will be contacting OSHA and the BBB because we definitely took lots of pictures. My money will be returned, I'm sure of it! I'm pregnant and high risk at that and your serving me RAW CHICKEN which could have harmed my unborn child or my guest. YOUR A HORRIBLE PERSON AND YOU WILL BE DEALT WITH I PROMISE YOU! STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

I have used Marquis catering at least once a year for for the last 10 years or so. We have always been more than satisfied. The quality and professionalism is always top notch. They have always worked with on many different types of parties, fundraising events and graduations. Scott the owner, has always been so helpful and accommodating. We have also picked up family style meals during the pandemic which has been a nice relief from cooking and we know it's always delicious. We have recommended Marquis to many of our family and friends and they have all been satisfied.

We've used Marquis Food Service for graduation parties, a bridal shower, and a wonderful post wedding event in our backyard. Scott and his team are top notch professionals when it comes to planning and executing an important event. The food is always wonderful, and I appreciate how much time Marquis takes with the presentation of the food. Setup and cleanup is always done well!

I won't do another event without Marquis Food Service! In addition to hiring Scott, I've watched him support a local woman who is battling ALS. Scott has supported an annual bowling fundraiser for five years running! He understands that giving back to the community you serve is so important. Bravo Marquis Food Service! You won't find better quality food, prepared and professionally presented, no matter what your occasion. We have used them for years and have never been disappointed. Make them your "go to" caterer for everything from a cocktail party to a wedding and everything in between. Book early!

Called this place SEVERAL times. They were rude when took down my phone number and NEVER bothered to call me back. Very unprofessional. Good luck getting through to them.

Have used them many times for all sorts of events and always reliable, professional, excellent food-- ribs are out of this world! Coconut shrimp or chicken just yummy! Just had the brunch menu for a baby shower and it was awesome with a terrific variety -- something for everyone plus more. Definitely a repeat.

This place is so hard to find! It's right next to our local 7-11, and I only found it because my son happened to walk by one day. While the chicken is solid, what you want to order is a giant side of honey biscuits. I don't know what they do to these things.but it should be illegal. Honestly, I think they deep-fry them. Don't hold me to that, but they are hot and crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and dipped in this honey butter type sauce on the top. Ohhhhh man.

You might have to wait a bit for your order, because it's not a typical busy carry out place, and they'll make your stuff when you order it. Walk next door and buy a paper (or Slurpee) at 7-11 while you're waiting. I love that they cater, and you can walk in and try their menu items to get a feel for what the catering is like.
