Ed was great, and the prices really can't be beat. We used them for catering our wedding in September, we had pastas, salad, fruit, potatoes, and a cooked veggie. It was a bit difficult getting ahold of him the day-of, but nevertheless he showed up and got right to work setting up and serving. The food was to die for and overall it was an awesome experience!

New York Catering did a great job at our wedding this summer. We ordered a Mexican dinner bar and everything tasted great. Prices are reasonable, and Ed was very easy to work with! Definitely recommend these guys!

Ed with New York Catering is a great to work with. Good food and service! Ed caters events for a couple of clubs where I'm a member and he does a great job. The food is plentiful, good variety, and he helps out with extra touches in the service. Good value as well. Work with Ed and he will work FOR you!

Ed with New York Catering is great. We had him cater our wedding this last weekend. And it was fantastic. The food was exactly what we wanted. The portions were great, the food tasted great. Just everything was great. I would rate 6 stars if possible.

I found this business via a Google search and reached out to the owner about catering a special family dinner for around 40 people. Ed was responsive, professional, and a great communicator. He accommodated all of our requests and was so great to work with. Most importantly, the food was amazing! We had several guests help themselves to seconds AND thirds! We could not have been more pleased and the great food helped to make the day even more special for our family. We highly recommend New York Catering!

Absolutely love New York Catering. Ed is a kind, thoughtful man and the food is incredible. He has catered our business meetings a few times now and the food is consistently delicious and at the right temperature, and he provides beautiful plates and silverware. There is always plenty of food with condiments provided, and since they are evening meetings he leaves us with a bus tub for dishes and shows up in the morning to whisk them away. Can not recommend Ed and New York Catering more highly!

We used New York Catering for our wedding in September and honestly, we were let down. The food didn't taste the same as it did when we did our tasting. A week prior to our wedding I emailed them requesting that they send us over the FINAL invoice so we could pay it. Multiple times that week they said that they would send it. They never did. At the reception they walked around to my guests asking them to pay.

This was unacceptable and rude. They didn't even bother talking to my husband or myself about it before they started to hit up the guests. I expected more professionalism from a company that MY GUEST paid $2000 to (Yes of course we paid our guest back as soon as we were told). I will not be recommending New York Catering to anyone.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Ed was a joy to work with, GREAT food, plates, and cutlery delivered on time with consideration for our venue, and extremely reasonable prices. We will 100% use New York Catering again if we need a caterer, and will wholeheartedly recommend the business and Ed to anyone!

We had Dad's memorial catered by New York catering. The head caterer was a jerk throughout. We ordered food for 140 people and I brought desserts from Costco. He was upset and asked me where I thought I would put them (on a table I set up with a tablecloth I provided), who did I think would cut them (me or another family member but he ended up taking care of it), did I remember dessert plates (no) knives (yes), At 3:50, when our event was supposed to go until 5 he started yelling about needing to put the food away (while I was talking to guests) and did put the food away so our guests started to leave, His attitude was out of line and inappropriate.

The venue was not owned or operated by them so there was no exclusivity issue. I could understand he was upset tI forgot dessert plates, I was upset about it to, but he could have, and should have, been much more professional.

Ed and his team were absolutely amazing at our Wedding, throughout the whole process of planning he answered all our questions and had us do a taste test to try the food and see what we wanted at our Wedding. He had a buffet style and the guests couldn't stop talking about how good the food was. He was very accomodating and made our day special!

We met Ed back in January for our food tasting. My wedding was in September. He brought us everything that we wanted and everyone loved it! The food was hot and the potatoes are to die for! He even helped pass out our wedding cake pieces! Thank you so much again!

I reached out to Edward through his website and he responded in a very reasonable amount of time. We set up a time and date for tasting and he was very accommodating to our schedule. At the tasting he was welcoming and very laid back, no pressure at all and conversed with us while we tasted the chicken, London Broil and Potatoes. His prices are very reasonable.

I did not however decide to use his service after i went home feeling un easy that we only got to taste 3 items off the menu. #3 London Broil & Chicken Juicy Marinated London Broil Lemon & Herb Chicken Mashed Potatoes & Gravy Steamed Broccoli With Creamy Cheese Sauce Fresh Tossed Green Salad with Dressings Three Cheese Pasta Salad Vegetable Tray Garlic Bread I emailed him and asked him about the ingredients in the other items and to be honest they seemed a little bland. Ed was very easy to work with, at a great price, but What he offered was just not what I was looking for. I would suggest that he put a little more effort into the tastings and the food he prepares.

We chose Ed's catering banquet room in Enumclaw for our Rehearsal dinner on 12/12/14. The food is amazing! I got better reviews for their food then the food at our actual wedding. I should have used him for all of it! He is very affordable for what he offers. He is an amazing chef, professional and courteous. The menu we chose was above and beyond what was expected. Even the most mundane of salads was eloquently prepared and presented. I will use him again and again! Highly recommended!

We used New York catering for our wedding reception and they were fantastic! They were on time, very professional and took care of all set up and clean-up up. The food was delicious and they were very reasonably priced!

Great service, great food. Ed has catered our annual Christmas family gatherings for several years now and does a super job. He offers a variety of selections from his menu to help accommodate the many preferences of our large family that range in age from young toddlers to Tweens and teens to senior adults. The food is good and well prepared. His price point is very reasonable particularly for the portion size, which I think is pretty generous.

He does all the set up including place settings and clean up. We would highly recommend New York Catering to anyone looking for this service at a reasonable price. We look forward to Ed and his crew catering our event again this year.

Ed did my wedding reception way back in the day. Did a fantastic job at a fraction of the cost of other caterer's that we looked at. Everyone loved the food! Still miss his restaurant.
