Top notch catering and a wonderful experience! Gallucci's Catering provided the most fabulous reception and dinner service for my son and daughter-in-law's wedding at Lakewold Gardens. The guests raved about the incredibly delicious food. From the start of planning to the day of the wedding, Gallucci's was totally focused on providing the best experience.

Even down to the details, my son was so impressed that they provided the sauce he requested during tasting. We were in the absolute best hands-a great partner on the wedding planning journey. Thank you, Gallucci's Catering!

Brad is amazing. Galluci's worked with us when covid hit and even two years later they remembered the sauce changes we wanted for our wedding. The waiters at the event were so quick and discreet, it was absolutely perfection. I cannot recommend Gallucci's enough for weddings or any other event!

This is a long overdue review of Galluci's catering services on my wedding this past July. Everyone knows that good food is one of the most important parts of the wedding, and finding Galluci's was an incredible blessing-- I am truly so grateful for them. They helped make my wedding day absolutely perfect. Adrielle was easy to communicate and work with-- she is professional, patient, and truly wants to give you the wedding of your dreams.

I had some specific requests about timing of the cake cutting and food allergies among other things and Adrielle made them happen. She really listened and offered her expertise to make my ideas even better. I also changed my reception decor/rentals quite a few times and Adrielle was very patient and understanding. The Galluci's team was fantastic as well.

The food was sent out hot and timely to my ~50 guests and everything tasted delicious and looked flawless. I truly can't Galluci's enough for making my wedding day so perfect and can't recommend them enough!

Our food for our wedding was absolutely delicious! We had so many compliments and we thoroughly enjoyed it ourselves! Adrielle is very kind and I kept requesting new proposals with things that kept changing and she always followed through with doing it and answering any questions! The two caterers at our wedding were extremely friendly and efficient!

We loved our leftovers that they box up for you so we ate again that night which was so perfect! We had the marinated flank steak, honey mustard chicken, Caesar salad, strawberry herb salad, green beans, rolls, and fruit/veggie, the creamy artichoke pasta. It was seriously amazing! The cash bar had multiple wine choices and the dishes and cups were beautiful! The price was so reasonable too! Definitely go with them!

We picked Gallucci's to do our catering for our wedding last year. Even though because of covid we had to change plans from an in-person wedding, we were very impressed by their communication and flexibility while working with Keisha. She was very helpful with providing feedback during our tasting and emailing throughout. Highly recommend anyone to planning an event to work with this team.

> I requested catering only 1 week ahead of time and the day I needed food was one of their busiest days in the whole month. > Guy on the phone figured out how to squeeze me into the schedule despite being booked up. > Day comes and they are RIGHT on time > turns out that some other customer grabbed my salad by accident > the chef went all the way back to the kitchen and made me a new one instead of trying to sham out of it and charge me for something I didn't get. > HE WAS STILL 100% ON TIME TO THE MINUTE DESPITE ALL THAT! > The food came and all of my guests loved it. > food was still warm, smelled amazing, tasted amazing, made great leftovers. 10/10 would recommend. Best catering service I've ever worked with. (I would recommend their filet Mignon because I and all of my guests raved about it).

We used Gallucci's for our wedding in May and we ordered Prime Rib and what we got was definitely not Prime Rib. They kept telling us it was but majority of our guests even said that was no Prime Rib. The company said that because we asked to have it well done that how that would taste but the meat was extremely tough and definitely not prime rib. The other food we had was good.

Best catering in the PNW the chefs are amazing and the staff is awesome the owner Adrielle is the best goes out of her way to make your experience remembered

We used Gallucci's for our wedding and the food was fantastic! The braised beef, spanakopita, roasted red pepper pasta, and the cherry glazed meatballs were our favorite items. Adrielle was very responsive and so great to work with. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Would definitely recommend them for any catering needs!

Gallucci's catered my wedding, and I was so happy with their service! Leading up to the wedding, the service they provided in helping us plan the menu and accommodate our specific tastes was great, and the level of service during the wedding was amazing. We chose the flank steak and dijon chicken as our main entrees, and my husband and I were impressed, especially with the steak. They cook the food on site, which makes it very fresh. I would highly recommend them!

We just had our wedding last weekend and worked with Gallucci's as our caterer and could not be more pleased with how things went. Adrielle was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process, our tasting was great, and most importantly the food was fantastic. So many of our guests approached us to tell us how great the food was and how nice everything looked. I cannot recommend them enough!

We used Gallucci's Catering at our wedding in Seattle in June 2018. There were about 160 people in attendance. We were immensely happy with our choice--the food was delicious (several people commented) and the staff was courteous and professional. While we did have a day-of-coordinator to help, Gallucci's delivered on everything that we had asked for. Here's a list of the things we enjoyed about Gallucci's: --The value was exceptional.

We felt that if we paid for labor, the staff should be able to help with anything reasonable throughout the night. Without extra cost, they poured champagne at the table, set up and cut desserts not purchased through them, setup chips and salsa that we brought, and provided guidance with the bar even though we purchased our own alcohol. --The staff was exceptional.

Every time they walked past my wife and I, they asked if they could help with anything, including even reheating our meal when we were talking to guests. The bartender had no issue with using our provided recipes for drinks. --They accomplished some tricky asks. We did family-style service, and they delivered all of the special meals (veg, vegan, GF) to the correct tables.

The service was very quick throughout the night, including the plated salad course and the room flip. They were able to add 20 extra chairs two days before the wedding when the venue lost several of theirs. Overall, we would most definitely use Gallucci's again and I'll be recommending them to friends in the future. They were professional throughout the process, easy to work with, and made our reception one to remember!

Gallucci's Catering does an outstanding job. The presentation, the quality of product and mix of classic and contemporary fare. I use Gallucci's for my Guest Reception every week and when I have my at my hotel (Silver Cloud Inn Tacoma ~ Waterfront) and I cannot say enough of how easy it is to work with the Admin, the Chef and the owners. Great job Gallucci's team!

I had the pleasure of dining at their beautiful little office last month. It's a gorgeous old home and it was decorated for the fall holidays. The warmth of the sitting room with the elegant decorative touches immediately put me in the mood for some gourmet dining. I was promptly greeted by Polly who offered me a cranberry champagne cocktail, well I don't mind if I do!

The tasting was presented well. Each dish came in lovely plates with garnish. The chef came out several times to check how things were going and to ensure me everything was gluten free. Overall I really enjoyed the food and wonderful conversation I shared with both Polly and the chef. The estimate was competitive and in accordance with other caterers in the area.

We ultimately decided on a different caterer that was able to provide our gf cupcakes for our guests and therefore simplify our lives, but I was really impressed with this catering company and will definitely use them for future events. I highly recommend checking them out for your future wedding or other event!

Used for a recent wedding reception. Food was OK. Service was really good. Actually warmed 2 plates of food for 2 guests that arrived late. These were special friends and this was awesome customer service. Real issue was when cleaning up at the end of the night and four of their workers were sitting on the loading dock and their loading ramp blocked our access to our vehicles to load up.

I asked them if we could please get by and one said, "you'll have to wait". I was just about to go off on her when one of the four got up and moved the ramp. Took all of about 45 seconds. I was the father of the groom so not real happy. Funny how something little like this really pisses a person off and taints an otherwise great day.

I have been using this company for my business catering events for the last couple months. I absolutely love them. The professional service I get is amazing they actually answer their phone they get back to me in a timely manner the food is awesome. I fired the last two catering companies I've used since I've been using Gallucci's I have had nothing but the utmost praise for them and they have made my life so much easier they take the stress off of my very very hectic busy day thank you

I was searching for a caterer for my wedding, and was drawn to their simple and seemingly straight-forward menu. I requested to know what their additional costs were, but was told I just needed to come in for a consultation. I ended up going to their open house, and was finally told that their staffing fee was $200 per staff member for the event. So it would end up costing me an additional $1400.

The food was fine, but not worth the price in my opinion. The staff was professional and nice, but their reluctance to be straightforward with me about the price was extremely inconvenient and cost me a lot of time.

I would not recommend this catering company, food is not good, way over priced and customer service is severely lacking. Do your self a favor and stay away!

Gallucci's catered our wedding on May 2, 2015. We received so many complements on the food and the staff, big kudos to Tina and our bartender. I used Gallucci's to cater my crew meals for a week straight (Breakfast, lunch and dinner). I loved their food and their service. Adrielle is amazing, sweet and organized. The only reason I had to give them 4 stars was because they forgot my dessert and chips on one meal. Other than that, quality, quantity and visual appeal was on point! PS. get their breakfast burritos & gyros! So good.

I have used Ron and his catering company 3 times in the last 2 yrs. He has been attentive to every detail. Willing to go beyond the details of the contract to add special nice extras. At the last event he even helped me load my car until I was completely ready to leave. I would highly suggest that you use Ron and Galluccis catering for any event, especially weddings!

It was God's gift to us that we had such a bad experience early on with Brown's Catering that i started looking elsewhere! For my Aug 21, 2011 wedding all I cared about was photography and food. I had eaten their food from the Tacoma Glass Museum events and can not recommend Gallucci's enough! It was 85*, guests were melting, DJ didn't how up, our cake melted down the table and Ron and the staff rocked it to make sure we still had a great experience. Guests were coming up for thirds!

The pasta is AMAZING, the chinese chicken salad is like no other and you know they are GREAT when the chef carved baron of beef EVERYONE thought was PRIME RIB! The food has officially gone down as the best in our (very large) family!
