Really poor service we waited for ever to be seated, Decided to take my business elsewhere

We went for lunch and had a great time. The staff is very nice and they make you feel at home. We had rib tips and the wife had brisket. Both tested really good. Definitely going again.

Always a pleasure. Everything on the menu is great! The huge smoker they use is out front for public viewing. Don't expect fast food, so sit back and enjoy the acoustic guitar music. Easy on/off the highway if you're heading northbound on 167.

I've only had all 3 of their sandwiches and I love them all! The Sweet Onion and BBQ Brisket are both my go-to and the bbq has a great flavor. I always go pulled pork and love how flavorful and juicy the meat is, just writing this review had my mouth watery. As far as the sides go both the normal cut and sweet potato waffle fries are great! The beans are good but not great and sadly the potato salad is my least favorite (and I love potato salad). If you're in the area and craving some BBQ then give them a try!

Ive been passing by this place for years and I could always smell the bbq cooking outside. At first I thought the food was overpriced i mean 24 dollars for a sandwich? Until i actually got my food it came with a respectable portion of brisket and a large amount of broth (definitely my favorite part) two sides, and a dip sauce of your choice. I personally went with the loaded potato and mac and cheese.

Great BBQ. Am a devout fan of their bbq chicken, ribs and brisket (my favorite cuts). The folks are friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere and a comfortable place to share grinds with la familia!

Their salad was fantastic. We did a large group of 25+/- and they accommodated us in their back room. Very spacious. Kid friendly! The waitress had no issues with our kiddos being kids! Since we had the whole back room (no tables aside from ours), the kids were doing cartwheels & walking around freely while the parents talked. It was perfect. The waitress did a fantastic job & was great with knowing who ordered what! Very impressive! The food was drool-worthy! SO GOOD! I enjoyed every bite! Their corn bread is so moist & delicious!

Was the bbq ribs in a long time and great fries as well homemade great bbq and very friendly staff

We came from out of town this is some of the best barbecue I have had. The chicken thighs and legs are some of the best chicken I've had and a barbecue place and the ribs are very tasty as well. I did not order sides with my meal other than salad so I cannot speak to those but everyone at my table plates were cleared. And the corn muffins were very soft and tasty. Service was quick and restaurant was fairly quiet.

Ordered brisket sandwich and pulled work sandwich. all was amazing! Will make a trip up this way just for the food!

Came here for a week, food was amazing first 2 orders & then they started half assing my food. Throwing fires onto of meat. Wtf who thinks to do that lol. Whack ass workers & food Taste like shit now. fuc* this place and let's manifest this place to go outta business. losers

Great barbecue at their restaurant, and also at the Puyallup fairgrounds. The Brisket is my go to it always has nice smoke rings. They also have great hand cut fries, but I'm not a fan of their Mac & cheese. I'm definitely looking forward to trying more stuff in the future.

Won't be coming back. The staff here is very rude and poorly trained. The pictures they have when you're ordering online are different than what you actually get. Their online ordering process needs to be much more clear and forthcoming about what you're actually going to get when you pick your order up. I brought this to Sarah's attention (who claimed to be one of the owners) and she didn't seem to get what the issue was.

Good service. Good food. I had the pulled chicken sandwich with coleslaw and sweet potato waffle fries. Perfectly cooked fries! No ketchup needed. Would've liked a little more slaw. Husband had the brisket dip with a side salad and Mac. He doesn't usually like BBQ joints sandwiches, but this one he liked. Worth it if you're in the area to check it out! Messy, like good BBQ is.

We both chose the sweeter sauce over the spicy sauce to put on our sandwiches and we really liked it. Only "complaint" if we're being picky- Would've liked another napkin available, or wet wipes at the end.

Amazing food! We have been here twice now in two weeks and we're a big fan! We have eating the family meal for 3 and we had enough leftovers to feed ourselves twice more. Don't forget to order and extra side of the chips or the waffle fries! It's so good!

Decent barbeque. I had their brisket with beans and waffle fries on the side. I liked the sweet chili sauce better. I went there for lunch and it was somewhat slow, so it's definitely not a place where you get a quick bite!

The BBQ is good, specifically the meat (for some context, I grew up in the PNW and haven't experienced southern BBQ before so I can't make the comparison). The sides are pretty mediocre. The weird part of our experience was the service. We walked in and the place totally feels like a strange Mexican restaurant and a banquet hall. No servers or back of house staff were wearing masks.

The severs were also dressed in all black and long flowy skirts? It was weird, guys. Our server was nice but acted scared or something. I don't know. The plating of the food was pretty cafeteria like, but the food tasted good though. Price was okay. Something possibly worth mentioning is that it's very. white. Needless to say, my husband and I stood out like sore thumbs. The whole place just had "Get Out" vibes (if you know, you know). Final verdict: Get take out.

Branks is a place I will always love. Their pulled pork is a meal I will always salivate for! The beans are the best around. The sauce is the best too! They are a family owned business, who do not serve alcohol and are closed on Sunday's. They have always served quality consistent food with a cheerful environment. I wish they would expand to Puyallup and Tacoma, but I will always make the drive to sumner. You won't be disappointed!

This place has the absolute BEST bbq in Seattle hands down! There is no better bbq in the metro area other than them. This place has great customer service! This place also has great family platters when feeding a family of five. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

I had Branks for the first time at our holiday Christmas party and it was terrible. The brisket was chewy and slightly leathery. The pulled pork tasted burnt, like it had been left in a pan for too long. The potato casserole was also burnt and not seasoned very well. The Mac n cheese tasted also bland with no flavor. The muffins were dry. I very rarely try bbq restaurants because it's always hit or miss. I couldn't believe this was even catered honestly. I'm not sure if it was an off day, if they're short staffed or what the happened. Super disappointed

I took a bite out of a rib and realized I need to do a review so forgive the bite mark. Lol. Hats off to the pit master at this place! Great flavor, taste, and very tender meat. And the beans are the bomb! The only thing I would change would be the potato salad. I prefer less mayo in mine but that's a personal preference. The potatoes were cooked well and there was good potato to pickle ratio and the mustard wasn't overwhelming so it was still good.

I got the sweet BBQ sauce and it was sweet with a hint of smoke and spice. Great sauce! I'm leaving town Friday heading back home and if my schedule works out I'll probably eat here every day until I leave then order again when I come back. Hats off to the young lady who took my order and delivered. She was very professional, courteous, and helpful.

She started my experience with this restaurant on a good foot and the food knocked it out of the park. Everyone who is near the area should make it a point to stop by. It is worth the time and money.

Yummy food, great service and the combo for $31 fed me, my hubby and our two littles Stumbled on this gem to wait out traffic and was well worth the stop!

$16 for this DRY, tough, unflavored brisket on a even dryer bun. Worst brisket sandwich. if you can even call it that. We also got the ribs that were also so dry and weirdly chewy. So disappointed. Was really excited to find a bbq place close to home. Over $50 later and the best thing was the corn bread.

So I needed some catered BBQ. Like. Lots of BBQ. This place did it right. I got 5 lbs of brisket and 5lbs or pulled pork. Wow. It was a hit. Honestly, the pulled pork went the fastest. Not because of anything other than preference and easy of eating. Here's what I really liked. The meat wasn't dry and didn't NEED sauce. You m ow what I'm talking about. However, the sauce was awesome. Especially the spicy BBQ sauce. I would come here again or get catering. Hands down. Online ordering is the way to go. 2 words. Easy. Breezy.

Some one went here and brought me 2 ribs and a chicken thigh, cold. First I noticed that they are "naked" -- without slobbering BBA sauces. This is a good sign that the grill master was confident on the meats on themselves, sauced or not. The ribs were tender, smoky, and flavorful. Quite impressive considering that I ate them cold. I reheat the chicken, in microwave for 30 seconds, the next day.

It was not dry, skin not soggy, and meat warm just enough to fall off the bones with good smoke and juice. I was, again, impressed. Why only 4-star? Haven't tried the sides.
