Yes, we do. We have banquet servers, chefs, and bar tenders to take care of all your needs. As a rule, we like to have 1 server for every 12-15 guests for a plated or family- style dinner. We like to have 1 server per 15-20 for a self-serve buffet with china, and 1 server per 25-30 with disposables.

Our wedding cakes are made from the finest ingredients and made one at a time - not in "mega batches." On top of that, they are never frozen. Our signature white chocolate cake is one of the best tasting cakes around Rutherford County. Our buttercream and other special icings are also made on site with the best ingredients.

Jo's Cakes and Catering were wonderful to work with from start to finish! They were extremely responsive over email and very reasonably priced for the quality of work delivered. We ordered custom decorated cupcakes and a cake for our daughter's first birthday and they were beautifully decorated and delicious. Major hit with everyone. Will very likely use them again in the future!

Jo's Custom Cakes did an AMAZING job on our Fresh Prince Baby Shower cake! This is the 2nd time I've ordered a custom cake from them, and they knocked it out of the park again! I ABSOLUTELY LOVED MY CAKE! The cake tastes as great as it looks! You can tell that Jo's Custom Cakes puts a lot of time and detail into their cakes. My cake was ready and on time for pick up. Their customer service is superb, and they are incredibly professional. I highly recommend them for any specialty cake you may need!

Jo's Custom Cakes and Catering is absolutely phenomenal! From the tasting, to the wedding day, our experience was perfect. Jo and her amazing team made this incredible groom's cake and catered our NYE wedding in the Smokey Mountains. We continue to receive so many compliments on the food she prepared for our special day! Jo has made my son's birthday cakes for many years now, and they are always masterpieces that are delicious! Since I rarely have time to eat at the parties, I order a larger cake than we need so I have leftovers. I have never regretted it. In addition, she has accommodated allergies several years. She does it all!

I can't say enough positive things about this business. Jo has made cakes for most of our special family events and they are always beautiful and absolutely delicious! The latest cake she did for us was a Winnie the Pooh cake for our son and daughter-in-law's baby shower. Everyone commented oh how adorable and delicious it was! We absolutely love Jo's custom cakes and catering! Jo and her crew go out of their way to make every event absolutely wonderful! The food and of course the CAKES are always perfect. Jo recently catered our daughters wedding and OMG everything was perfect the food was amazing everyone loved the food! Jo herself is the most wonderful person and truly cares about what she's doing! Cant imagine having any private event without her!
