Reception menus can be large or small and are specifically designed to match your budget. When making selections it is good to consider the time of day for your event. This will help you choose lighter fare when appropriate or heavier options for typical meal times when people would eat more. These choices allow you to offer a diverse selection of proteins, vegetable/vegetarian options, and sweets.
Don't Need the Whole Meal? That's okay. We do that too! We also take orders for your non-traditional meal items. Beef Brisket, Pork BBQ, Smoked Chicken, Ribs.all the things!
