I was at an event and experienced the elegance and awesome food from Murray's Catering. This was my first time tasting the goodness of this company but I guarantee this will not be my last! The food options consisted of several appetizers: chicken satay, meatballs, shrimp kabobs, chicken empanadas, potstickers, and mini cheeseburgers. Let me tell you; I went back for seconds on EVERYTHING! Honestly, I can eat those potstickers and empanadas all day, everyday, LOL. Oh, and by the way, big "Hey!" and handclap to the owner's son, Cody, for his professionalism and great energy during this event. I hope to have a brunch encounter with Murray's Catering soon.

Was very disappointed with my experience with this group. We recently attended a wedding they catered and there were several issues with the food. The meal provided was supposed to be a breakfast for dinner buffet for around 170 people. It took everyone about 2 hours to make their way through the buffet line one time (I should know. I was at the last table to get food).
The line was very inefficient because people could only take food from one side and then they put an omelet station at the end of the line. What happened was that people would wait for the omelet station and block the food so the other buffet line did not move. My other issues include the fact that when it was finally our turn, they were out of bacon and french toast completely (my husband asked).
So what we had left was some eggs, sausage, salad and potatoes. Since it was after 9 pm at this point and I was starving, I actually picked up the potato wedges and started eating them immediately while still in line for an omelet. They were cold! :( I finally gave up on the omelet because it took too long. I figured I would just tough it out and eat something at home. I'm glad I didn't eat more because as soon as the food hit our stomachs, we started feeling sick.
My husband didn't even finish the little food he did have and that's not like him. A lady at our table complained to the catering staff and apparently she said people had eaten more than they had predicted. What we wondered was if you were planning on everyone only eating a certain amount (say 2 slices of bacon), why wasn't someone from the catering staff dishing out the portions so everyone could at least get one helping?
