A bit of history, the Gallery Cafe was introduced to the Princeton community in July of 1996. Holly Trump and her experienced staff have brought over 30 years of knowledge in food service operations to the success of this unique business dining & catering experience. The Gallery Cafe was designed to break the paradigm of traditional cafeteria food service.

The menu design for our caf locations combines traditional and creative foods that incorporate the seasons. Our cafe sites utilize name brand top quality ingredients during our daily food preparation. Our seasonal soups, spreads, sauces, specialty salads and seasonal entrees are all handcrafted and prepared fresh each day with no exceptions.
The Gallery Caf provides corporate as well as private catering services to the Central New Jersey region and beyond state borders. We never say no to last minute requests for our corporate world clients. We are always striving to exceed their expectations and embrace their company image of excellence.
