I have worked with Nikki to plan two corporate events - a company picnic and a holiday celebration lunch - each for about 100 people. Nikki and her team are quick to respond, have great ideas on venues, food and activites and take on most of the planning and day of event tasks with a professional and positive approach. I am typically the one that plans all of our company events and I will say this is one event that I was able to sit back and enjoy. Event Solutions literally took care of EVERYTHING. I asked the day before what time I needed to be there and what I needed to bring? I was told by my senior event planner, Nikki Yep that everything has been taken care of and all I needed to do was sit back and enjoy the event, which I did!

We host a big live event for our county every year, but this year we had to go virtual due to COVID. My team was not sure how to start planning for a virtual event, so we hired ES. They helped manage the planning process and hosted a great event for our county. ES was responsive, attentive, and always kept the event moving forward. ES made serval accommodations and went above and beyond for us. We were more than satisfied with their services. Nikki and Josh with ES are amazing! 10/10 recommend working with Event solutions (ES). After starting a new job in March and working on my first big event there in April, I was delighted to meet Nikki and partner with her. She was always available to answer questions as we prepared for a large internal company meeting, helping with logistical questions and just being an all-around rock star. She was cool under pressure and really made the process so pleasant.
Even after the event, she answered questions quickly for us and continued to be a great partner. I've worked on a lot of events in the past, and a great event lead really makes all the difference. I hope to work with Nikki again soon!

I hosted a Celebration of Life party at my home and Nikki did a great job coordinating the event. Even though it was probably a smaller event than their usual affairs, I never felt neglected. Nikki was quick to respond whenever I had a question. They provided a variety of fabulous sandwiches and a salad for 40 people, and many of the guests wanted to know who the caterer was. Oscar figured out a great set up for all the platters in the limited amount of space and regularly made sure all the dirty dishes were removed. Event Solutions made it very easy for me on a challenging day.

I had the pleasure of working with Nikki and she is awesome! The professionalism and attention to detail was impeccable! Upon arrival to the event she was constantly checking on us if we needed anything (water, power or bathroom breaks) and that is just a big deal for entertainers. The best event planning company around! I was able to witness first hand their attention to detail. The location, food, dj, host, theme, photo booth and other vendors were amazing! The crowd must have been at least 300 people and the overall concensus from the company was very very impressed I specifically like the way they transitioned from one segment/portion of the evening into the next, keeping us engaged with entertainment and not having any hiccups. highly recommend! The flow of the event is paramount and event solutions ran the show smoothly and professionally from beginning to end!

Event Solutions planned a corporate event at the Petersen Museum I was an attendant at and the entire event from catering to the DJ to the decor was amazing! Our company attends a lot of events and have worked with many event planning companies, and Event Solutions definitely take their events a step above to really blow away any expectations out of the water! Please don't take the tardiness of this review as any indication of their quality! Life is super busy and I am just getting around to this now. I was given the task to plan a holiday party back in December for a couple hundred people. Event Solutions was pretty instrumental in making everything go smoothly. My favorite part by far was the food!
We had a buffet-style event with a fresh carving station - a great option for crowds and meat-lovers! Turkey, tri-tip, chicken, and more. The lighting and decor was perfect too, not overdone but nothing missing, either. If you are wanting to host a holiday party for your company, or any party for that matter, go to these guys! You can actually enjoy the party the day of the event!

You should definitely choose Event Solutions to plan your next event! They customize many different types of events at varying price points. They work with you to plan a great itinerary of activities depending on your event's needs and/or theme! I worked with them for a company picnic and company party (at the Aquarium!) and I was so impressed by their level of fun, professionalism and service.
No detail went overlooked! They also had so many amazing activities for kids! The events I attended had inflatable slides and moon bouncers and the constantly popular Arts and Crafts table. For the aquarium event, the crafts matched the underwater theme and they had a submarine photo booth! Everyone that helped plan, as well as the on-site staff, were polite and respectful. All I can say is, if I had a company event--I would trust it in the hands of this team!

From the beginning stages of selecting a venue, to pulling permits, to coordinating production and day of logistics with AV, catering, photographers, and so on, Event Solutions made sure every detail fell into place perfectly. I've been working with Event Solutions for the last couple of years and they always have outstanding service. Their attention to detail makes the job that much easier. From booking the venue to bringing in delicious BBQ and entertainment, they took care of me from day one. Had a company event at the Aquarium of the Pacific. It was Under the Sea themed. We hired Event Solutions to organize crafts booths, a fortune teller, and a photo booth. Everything went smoothly and the space was transformed. Nikki was great at organizing my event and answered all my questions before the day of. She was very personable and even made sure each guest was enjoying themselves. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of event planning.

Denise and Nikki at Event Solutions are simply amazing! Last month's holiday party exceeded my expectations. Not only did you create a great ambience with the lounges, lighting, and music, but the food displays were a work of art. And the entertainment? People are still talking about it.
