Chef Jeff Brister, Cofounder and Head Chef for Carriage House, is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University Culinary Arts Program located in Charleston, S.C. and began Carriage House Catering in 2006. Jeff has worked with many great chefs to perfect his craft. He knows the recipe for a successful party is based on fabulous food.

Our food was filling and delicious for our wedding day at Westside Warehouse. It was honestly one of the best caterers for how much you get with how much you spend and it was worth every penny. Jeff went above and beyond to make all of my guests feel catered too for all ages of attendees. It's so nice to trust your vendors and enjoy your wedding day. You will certainly get great quality and worry-free when booking Carriage House for your events.

I chose Carriage House Catering specifically because I had seen them in action at a friends wedding. Nicole and her team made everything easy and delicious! Halfway through the planning process we had to significantly reduce our guest count and thus had a major menu overhaul, and the process was simple. After the wedding, My mom could not stop raving about the service.
Every staff member I interacted with was passionate and kind. And the food? Incredible. Trust me, if people remember the food from weddings, go with Carriage House and yours will be unforgettable. The seafood Mac n cheese was top notch. My family almost fell out over who got the leftovers of that. Plus, I also rented my ceremony and reception chairs through Carriage house, which couldn't have been simpler. They also provide all the linens and dishes, so there's no worry about washing up. Choosing this catering service was hands down, top 3 best choices I made.

We hired Carriage House for our wedding this past weekend and we are happy that we did. We worked with Nicole from the beginning, and she was super friendly and easy to work with. She was super helpful with making sure we catered to the different dietary requests our guests had. The food was amazing and we received a lot of compliments on how good the food was! The staff the day of was also very friendly. Overall very satisfied with the service we got from this caterer!

Carriage House Catering was the catering service for my daughter's wedding earlier this month (Oct 2020). Jeanne, the catering manager, was extremely professional and responsive every step of the way. The catering company had to adjust their menu and serving style, due to COVID and they graciously did this without price gouging. They could have easily done that considering the situation.
We were very please to find that the staff members were polite, efficient, cheerful, and non-disruptive when serving the food and clearing the plates; you almost didn't even notice them which is a huge plus in my book. Immediately after the wedding, the bridal party was surprised with a good size private room filled with a lovely spread of personal appetizers and drinks which was greatly appreciated.
While the Carriage House Catering exceeded our expectations all around, what really impressed us was the quality, quantity, and taste of the food. They also handled our many special dietary need requests with ease. We had ordered, what we considered, plenty of appetizers (7 per person); we even suspected we may have ordered too much. We were pleasantly surprised to find we were wrong.
The generous sized appetizers were so good they were gobbled up! While all of the 7 appetizer varieties we opted for were very good the mini crab cakes and bacon wrapped scallops were out of this world. The main dishes, even though they were chosen off the lowest price tier, were also a treat to the taste buds. People raved all night about the food and we continue to hear how good the food was. We certainly recommend Carriage House Catering for your catering needs and we know we will use them again in the future.

Went in and spoke to some lady who was unprofessional. Very short with me and told me everything was online even thought I'm there in person and she could very well just tell me the information in person. She was unprofessional and looked like she didn't even want the business. At one point she pointed out a SMALL stack of pre orders on a clip board and complained about it pointing out how I really couldn't make my own selection cause they are trying to make it easier for them.
Last time I remember you work hard for your money and you work for the customer not the other way around. Anyways it's sad this short stout dark brown hair lady was so annoying and unprofessional. Moving on.

Carriage House Catering is an all around amazing catering service! We just had our wedding this past weekend and they did a wonderful job. The staff was incredibly friendly, the food was amazing (highly recommend the mac & cheese bar and chicken and waffle sliders and brisket), and they are very attentive. With all the covid regulations having to be put in place, Carriage House did a great job making our guests feel safe and comfortable.
Everyone raved about how awesome the food and service was. My fiance and I are so grateful that Carriage House helped make our wedding a magical day and we highly recommend them!

From the beginning of planning our company event, Carriage House has gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Nicole was prompt on the ordering process and the changes we had to make. Tina and her crew were FANTASTIC Friday, and they could not have done a better job making our event spectacular. Carriage House Catering has catered our company lunch for almost a year now. They always do an exceptional job and Jeff Brister is always extremely responsive, professional, and provides great catering advice and recommendations. The food is amazing! All of our jobs have become so much easier when it comes to our lunches because Jeff and his wonderful team manage it completely, staff love the lunch, and last minute changes/additions are always taken care of.
