Nancy's 57th Street Lighthouse

Nancy's has been a nightlife staple for at least a decade in my circle of friends. Always have karaoke and it's always amazing! There's a few regulars that have amazing pipes and will blow you away! Always a great time! Staff is amazing and food is delicious!

A good karaoke spot with a very chill vibe to the place. It's almost a dive bar kind of feel to it, but it's nicer than a dive bar. The bar staff are great and give prompt service. If you're into karaoke, check this place out. No cursing while you're singing though.

I came here yesterday for my mother's birthday and I was the only person there who was carded even though I do not drink. Although I am 5 feet tall and weigh about a hundred and eight pounds that gives them no right to discriminate against me. I did not order a drink nor did I ever intend to nor would I ever intend to. I believe it is not right for you to card somebody who just walked into your establishment who has no intention of purchasing an alcoholic beverage because that is discrimination.

Not only did they do this but they also did not wait on me. I showed up hungry expecting to eat a meal and I waited for two hours until they finally decided to wait on me. I was also told that there would be karaoke at 9 and when I left that establishment due to poor service and not being treated properly and discriminated against they weren't even doing karaoke and it was past 9.

I'll be damned if I allow somebody who's going to discriminate against me not have their establishment in order serve me food because I'm not about to end up with food poisoning on top of everything else I had to endure that evening. If you're going to run an establishment treat your people with respect otherwise you will lose your customers due to your discriminating against them. I'm also 28 years old. I might look 18 but I am not 18 and I do not appreciate being discriminated against.

Went here for karaoke celebrating my birthday overall we had a great experience we sung one song as a group but the sign up list is very long also the regular seen more than some of the newer people who are coming in also note that the later you get there the longer you wait to sing a song I'd also like to point out that there are a lot of drunk people around and if you don't like establishments that's allows smoking this is not the place for you very heavy smoking but the place is great. Very small tightly packed and gets crowded very fast

My therapy! This is the only place I know close to home that allows individuals 18+ to karaoke, even if it's just for an hour each night. It'll last me a couple more years. Nancy is a doll. Vee is a saint. The layout and the vibes are homey and serene. It's a great place to unwind. The food is wonderful too! I owe my sanity!

Been going here for 5 months now since we started dating, super attentive bartenders (richy and willy) that will know you by name and drink if you become regulars and of course the lovely nichole is an amazing cocktail waitress! Plus karaoke every night makes for a great date night any day of the week! Just dont go 5 times a week like we were lol Edit: month 6 - still so damn amazing!

Not once have we had a bad night due to service! Only a few bad nights because of some patrons that have bothered us and/or other people but when it came to be to much, we notified the staff and it was taken care of very professionally! Vee the KJ will know you by name within a few visits! The bartenders richy and willy are the best weve ever had! Unfortunately Nichole doesn't work there anymore but many nice cocktail servers do such a great job especially Julie!

I've been going to this place off & on for 10 years, & it's always a good time! Karaoke every night. During the week it's slow & laidback, mostly an older crowd. On the weekends, it is hopping. Nancy herself is often there. Sometimes she greets new people, & sometimes she'll sing a song. Great food & friendly staff, as well.

Has karaoke no matter the night of the night of the week which is nice if u just feel like getting out and singing somewhere and no where else nearby has it going on. Really long lines to sing, just warning u, all 7 nights.mondays are not too bad in that way though. What's really odd is the fact that it is a bar where u can't cuss. Not even in a song.weird. drinks are a lil overpriced but one of favorite beers is part of the domestic special so I can't complain too much.

Nancy's is fun with a few friends who want to sing. The staff is pretty attentive and never leave you wanted for anything. The karaoke is always going and people really seem to have a great time singing here. If you like to sing it is great. The beer is over priced and the place kinda has a little bit of a dingy feel to it. Otherwise it is not bad. I have never had a bad time at Nancy's.
