The best customer service and the best smoke brisket around. There are some great places and some high profile magazine places but don't forget about the good old fashion San Antonio places like Grady's you will love it like we did. The manager Sean will make sure you are taken care of. Highly recommend.

I'm from another state and their pulled pork came close to that until my last visit. I bought a pound of pulled pork and got half a pound of grease. When speaking with the person that said he was the manager his offer was to drain off the grease. It was more grease than meat. They had never sold it to me like this and his attitude made it worse. So I definitely will not be going back again. The first time they messed up my food(the bones in the ribs were softer than the meat) the second time my fish was under cooked. So this was the third strike and they're out

Food cold and undercooked. Portions pathetic. Rude servers. Think they are gods gift to BBQ. Sad to say typical black employees. Laugh at customers after they leave to sit down. Fries, catfish, mushrooms, okra all cooked in same oil. Price for just side order is the same as a basic basket. $7.86 for just a large okra. Also the meat by the 1/2 pound is not a half pound. Bill Miller's off New Braunfels better prices bigger portions. Save your money.

We ordered online. Door dash direct. Food was delivered in 30 minutes. The food was awesome. Especially liked the sausage and the ribs but everything was top notch. So good i am eating leftovers for breakfast! Thanks Grady's

The food is beyond excellent. They also take their time into serving their customers with great service. Will recommend to family & friends. The briskets sandwiches & the Mac & cheese is wonderful

My wife and I came here for lunch today. She had the brisket tacos and I had a pork and sausage sandwich. Both Natasha, who took our order, and Ruben, the manager, were extremely helpful and friendly. We had plenty to eat for a good price, and had to take some of it home. We will definitely return.

Spicy brisket was on point!. The brisket meal with 2 sides for 10.99 was very reasonable. Coleslaw was my kind of coleslaw but the green beans were a little too tomato-y cud use more bacon but I gave 5 stars based on the bisket.

Best fried Catfish. Went to pick up for dinner and the filets we're a good size and my food was hot. Also got the brisket sandwich and it was delicious.

They food and service was excellent. The person at the register was very polite and was lovely to chat with for a bit. The food went ABOVE and beyond my expectations. I had got the chicken fried chicken and it was supperr delicious. Nice creamy gravy, the chicken was nice ans crispy as well as juicy. Also! The green beans kinda tasted like how bills makes them which i loved! I 100% recommend eating here : I'm already planning on taking my parents soon

Arrived early, two meat sandwich was excellent. Fried mushrooms were average taste, hot from fryer. Dinning area had clean floors and sitting areas. Not clean.soda dispenser. Went to get refill on soda.found two small flies in my cup. Must have came from the ice machine or soda dispenser. Told staff, gave me a new cup.haha. Saw manager trying to clean the dispenser.thinking that should be done before you have customers or at the end of shift. Staff were professional and friendly.

I just went through the drive through 3:58 it looked like a girl but on my receipt in said Paul 11/06/21. She was disrespectful rude yelled rolled her eyes and made me feel like she do not like BLACK PEOPLE PERIOD. if she doesn't like BLACK PEOPLE or people she should be around people without monitoring she rude as hell.

My husband and I love coming here because we can both find things to eat. He doesn't have any dietary restrictions but I'm vegan so it can sometimes be hard to find places with both options. Grady's is great because of her onion rings, fried pickles and fried mushrooms! I'm very happy they have these #vegan options for me. Good choice for families too!

Order $60 worth of BBQ. Cold, salty and the brisket is so tough you can't chew it. Way not work the money! Chick was jerky and do over cooked there was not much meat left. Skin and bones!

For starters, the drive thru doesn't work. I ordered a catfish dinner and waited in a parking spot for 21 minutes before I finally went inside to get a refund. The manager (I'm assuming) asked where my food was and it was just hanging in the basket--it had BEEN ready. He refunded me and told them to still make my order, which I would've been fine with until I saw this dipstick take my fish out of the basket WITH HER BARE HANDS.

At that point I was done. I will NEVER come back to this location and will make sure nobody I know does. I'm very angry because he tried to make an excuse and say "they get backed up". There was literally no one else there, as the place had already closed.

Never Again! Absolutely not! If I could give zero stars I would. The pulled pork sandwich was the worst in history with Zero taste other than grease, the bottom bun was so soggy that it fell apart even before pouring on the extra salty bbq sauce that goes with it. A Complete Waste of MONEY $$$! I agree with others, the drive thru window is slow AF, taking more than 20 min, AND the window thing is very Rude, almost irritated to work. ( for the 3 customers in a whole day).

The potato salad was luke warm, yuck, and prob not kept at a safe temp, and the tea had old gross taste, rancid. It has been over a year since I've been to this place, because it was so slow. And, I will never try again. I'm emploring anyone who values their health to avoid this place. I will be reporting to the health department.

Place was filthy and food was not good either. Forgot my sides and deleted them from the receipt so it actually feels pretty suspicious. Save your time and money and go to bill millers. Big yikes Edit: I do not accept your copy and pasted response. If you truly are being transparent, post photos of the conditions of the food preparation area on google/your website, specifically the floors. Mandate that your employees wear masks and advise them that eating while preparing food for customers is unprofessional and unsanitary. I will also email this response, thank you for the response. I do not intend to be rude, I only wish to help others make more informed decisions.

Very disappointed in their Nashville Hot Chicken. For the price they charge, I would expect to get my food as ordered. The food I got was very tasteful but not what was ordered. I ordered boneless wings and got wings with bones. I believe in second chances so today I tried again. I ordered strips this time with the hot Nashville chicken sauce. Well they forgot (?) or didn't put the sauce on or give me any sauce. I don't plan on ordering from them again. IAs tasty as the food is, it's too pricey for not getting my order correct.

The BBQ is ok, the chicken was delicious but the brisket was dry. The worst part was the girl at the window, she was very rude. Like argumentative rude. I asked a simple question about the price and she got very defensive for no reason. It also took forever at the drive -thru. I waited well over 20 minutes at the window after I payed. Ridiculous! On a positive note, their brownies are outstanding! I like that it's closer than any other bbq place but after this experience, I'll drive further next time.

I ordered over the phone. Ready in 15 mins. Easy pickup. I got the loaded baked potato and it was good!

Always great food. I don't like the pinto beans but so many prober great sides to choose from. Catfish, ribs, pulled pork, chopped beef, brisket are amazing. Would be nice to see less fat on the brisket.but I've only ordered it once because of that. Military discount offered. Always nice and fast staff.

Simply said. great food so get there early e code they do run out of the food stuff! Loved the service and atmosphere - very clean.

Brisket was very tasty & the grandkids enjoyed their meals. Oh yea, the Mac n cheese is the bomb!

Used to be OK. Not so good anymore but was willing to give another shot. Failure, they don't appreciate that you came by so off to somewhere that does. It's also Nice and hot inside they're using household corded fans, SAFD.and be prepared to wait even though no one else is inside. Drivethru is priority. Thanks for the experience

Thursday went to get a family pack of Bbq meats. Saw good reviews about this place. Drive there, walked in to order a Family pig out package. A lady behind counter told us they were out of Bbq meats. Will never go again cause what kind bbq place runs out of bbq meats!

I haven't eaten at Gradys since they stopped selling beef ribs. Got pork ribs and fish today. I've been away to long. Food was perfect. Thanks for a great meal.

Spicy catfish was to die for, so delicious! Although that Bar-b-que was nothing to shake your head at, it is slow smoked and the taste is mouthwatering good. Just sampling each of the meats you can really tell that they slow smoke everything so that the flavor goes all the way to the bone. Onto sides. The mac and cheese as well as the cream corn were the overall winners and by the way they are all house recipes so you will not go wrong with any of the side items. Although those French fries were so crispy and hot! Tip 1: Make sure you try the Fried catfish regular or spicy Tip 2: Cream corn and mac and cheese are a must

I ordered delivery from here and was excited to have some BBQ from the local area. For 8.99 I got a brisket sandwich that was all bun some meat and almost no BBQ. I did also order the fried okra for 1.99 and it was a good handful worth the 1.99. But I got more out of the okra than I did the BBQ. I don't think I'll be back with food like this.

A local chain with 7 locations. We tried the 3 meat plate with beef brisket, chicken, and ribs with okra and mac and cheese as the sides. Lisa had the grilled salmon with asparagus and rice. For a modest $1.99 each we added some catfish, fried and baked. The mild BBQ sauce was on a little thick for my liking. Next time I'll get it on the side.

The ribs were tender and quite good. The chicken was moist and tasty throughout. The beef brisket was in thick chunks. Sides were good. The salmon was cooked beautifully rare. Awesome. The rice was creamy and absolutely delicious. The fried catfish was crispy and good but the baked was bursting with flavor and amazing as it was dusted with cajun seasonings. No room for dessert unfortunately but the peach cobbler was calling. Next time!
