Chef Du Jour

I never hired you to caterer. I was a guest at the event and asked who did the catering job. The food was not edible and horrible. Not recommended company and my one star is accurate as I was at Chef du Jour catering event many years ago as it was delicious. The company must have been under a different ownership? Sad that the food quality went down hill.

I have had catering from Chef Du Jour a few times and its always really yummy. Such an amazing presentation.

Eric did an amazing job with the catering for our wedding last month. He was very helpful in picking out the dishes and he was able to answer all our questions. Our guests loved the food and we got lots of compliments on the selection. We can't take credit for the food since it was all Eric's efforts but we were still pleased to hear the compliments. The bartenders and servers that he provided for us were great as well. They were all very kind and professional.

Not only was the pricing the most reasonable out of the caterers we had met with, but the food is amazing! We got so many compliments on the food throughout the night! The caterers were so nice and helpful throughout the night. The lead made sure to introduce himself to myself and my husband, and they were just so great and fun throughout the night! Eric was great from the beginning and made everything very easy for us. He also let us drop kegs off at his office and pick them up after the wedding. Beginning to end, great experience.

Eric was the caterer that came with our wedding venue. His food is soooo good! We had an initial tasting where Eric prepared a few entrees and appetizers for us, and we picked our favorites. We had a buffet for the wedding, and our guests RAVED about the food. I can't even count how many compliments we got about the food. Eric is also super nice and easy to communicate with over email. We strongly recommend him for your events!

We had an INCREDIBLE experience with Eric and the crew at Chef du Jour. Eric was kind enough to let us drop our kegs for our wedding off to him at his kitchen for him to store in his cooler, and he offered to bring them to our venue the day of! The food is incredible, our guests had nothing but wonderful things to say! The rest of his crew is incredibly helpful, they helped our family and friends do anything that they needed to help set up for the wedding! We had a great experience with Eric and the crew and would highly recommend to anyone!

We had a phenomenal experience with Eric and the whole Chef du Jour crew. Eric and the staff were professional, on time, fast responses to all of our questions and just awesome! Use them for your wedding or any event! The food was DELICIOUS and the service was TOP NOTCH! All of the waitstaff were so courteous and respectful and really we couldn't have asked for a better experience for our wedding.

Chef du Jour catered our wedding and the food was excellent. People were happily eating several plates helpings of the delicious food. We even had a few guests asking us who the caterer was and can I get that recipe for the au gratin potatoes! Thank you Eric and crew!

Eric at Chef Du Jour is amazing. He was a preferred caterer on our vendor list and one of the most budget friendly. He was accommodating during the entire planning process and his staff was fantastic on the day of our actual wedding. I thought the food tasted great amd it was the perfect temperature. Many people said it was the best wedding food they had ever tasted. I would recommend him to anyone!

Chef Du Jour Catering catered our daughters wedding at Ainsworth House. Eric was great to work with! We were able to use the salmon I bought back from Kodiak as well as the wine we had for her wedding. The food was displayed beautifully and everyone raved about how delicious it was. The staff he furnished were polite and very attentive to the needs of the guests. I highly recommend Eric and Chef Du Jour Catering!

Use someone else! The red potatoes were way salty, the crostini were not toasted and the shrimp had a frozen texture.

LOVE! These guys rocked our wedding and helped us stay within our budget for about 100 guests. We asked them to do a Hawaiian Style Kalua Pork, Mac Salad, Chicken Satay, rice and salad for our summercamp wedding. It is hard to do a tasting of Kalua Pork since it is the method of roasting a whole pig that makes it so tasty. This is not thier normal fair but the chef really hit the mark with the entire meal. Rave reviews from all the attendees (many Hawaiian friends).

Some said it was the best wedding meal they had ever eaten. On top of that, the business owner Eric was present for our wedding and did a remarkable job of setting up the tables, settings and decor since we held the ceremony in roughly the same spot as the reception. We purchased all the wine and beer and they even provided a bartender for two nights. Can't say enough good things about them. They can do everything!
