Nibblers Catering

Many reports of this company paying bartender/ waitstaff wages. And not paying staff any gratuity or allowing them to have tip jars out at these expensive large events. So who is paying taxes on this money?

Terrible company to work for. Tip pools, yet you see nothing of what you brought in for tips. If you are considering working for them, pocket your tip money, because legally it is your money. They cannot account for how the tip money is divided.

M Culinary was there from the very start of our original 120 person wedding plans to the end at our 12 person wedding day. We worked mostly with Deidre Furlow, and had the absolute best experience with her from beginning to end. She stuck with us through so many changes (the menu, the guest count, the serving style, the venue, the time, etc.) and not once did she waiver in her ability to deliver. Chatting with Deidre honestly just felt like chatting with a friend, she was such a delight to work with!

The food was absolutely incredible. Everyone loved it and everything came exactly as we asked. The staff we had on our wedding day was an absolute DREAM TEAM. Our captain that day, Pat, was so organized, friendly and prompt that everything went off without a hitch. They moved so stealthily, that even in a room of just 14 people we didn't even notice them constantly changing the courses on the tables.

They even helped set up some extra tables in the space we hadn't even though of, and handled all of the rental dinnerware we had from another company. I could not recommend a catering company enough. Our wedding day would not have been so perfect without them.

M Catering did an amazing job with my wedding! They were professional from the beginning and gave us a wonderful tasting experience. I have a dietary restriction and all staff were aware of the restriction and were bringing me/offering only the food I was able to have and even brought me alternatives. I have had multiple guests tell me how impressed they were with the food and how delicious it was. I would 10/10 recommend! Thank you for the wonderful evening!

M Culinary has been the caterer at my school for all 3 years I have been here. It is honestly some of the most overpriced food I have ever encountered. The way they took advantage of their monopoly was disgusting. They provided low quality and overpriced food and knew we could do nothing about it. They raised prices every year even though it was the same product, if not worse. Eventually, it became some of the most vile food I have ever put in my mouth. If you want high price and low quality, M Culinary is the way to go!

M Catering absolutely nailed it for my bestie's southwestern themed backyard rehearsal dinner. Their team could not have been more professional, were wearing gloves, masks, and taking all necessary safety precautions. They even brought out individual chips + salsa + guac plates for everyone. So cute! The meal itself was a chorizo stuffed chicken, with black bean puree, roasted corn, and charred brussels sprouts. Yum!

For dessert, homemade churros with ice cream and a dipping sauce. Meals came out warm and covered (which isn't always the case for plated catered dinners)! I would highly recommend them for your catering needs!

They catered our holiday event this last Friday and everyone LOVED, LOVED the food at the party! Their on-site staff Jordan and Vince were totally awesome! You can tell when you talk to someone how much they love their job and they LOVE THEIR JOB! PLUS do an excellent job! Deirdre was the event coordinator and orchestrated everything with perfection! We have used them for past events and will continue to use M Culinary Concepts in the future! Keep up the good work!

Chef Stephanie at the Reid Park zoo uses left over produce. While I was working there she made me take produce out of the trash can and use it for customers. Yes I could be a disgruntled employee but is that a chance you're really willing to take!

M culinary concepts is an amazing catering business, they have so many amazing options to offer parties and gatherings. They can handle alot of people for parties and serve good healthy food. All fresh and delicious. Great for parties

Comments on their Facebook were disabled after I shared my experience working for them. They don't treat you fairly. They give preferences to others.especially white people. The managers encouraged me to speak up if I had a problem. I did and lost all shifts ever since. It's not "fun" and there is no "integrity". The "captain" turned out to be hypocrites and condescending. Bad karma is all over this place and time will show. LIGHT AND LOVE to M Culinary Concepts.

Great concession run by friendly folks. Tacos, tamales, nachos, and drinks. Made our Pinners Conference at Westworld so much better with their delicious and affordable plates. I had the tamale plate with one green corn and one red chili with beans and rice. Large lemonade.

My street tacos were delicious! I had chicken, with pickled onions. The service was spectacular and the staff is very friendly. I got the tacos plate with beans and rice. The rice was fantastic. Their pickled red onions were my favorite. They have a huge selection, options from plates to single items. They had red salsa, tomatillo sauce and they both tasted homemade. I will find them again!

We had the tamale plate and everything was awesome. The pickled red onion is really good! The employees are very friendly needless to say lunch was great

We just used them for a wedding of 72 at the Desert Botanical Garden. They were prepared and professional in planning the event. The food was great including salmon and beef short rib. We would use them again.

Michael's catering handled the bar service for our wedding and we could not have been happier with their impeccable service! Their bartenders (Teri & Jerry I believe) were incredibly friendly and anticipated our needs before we could ask for anything. They kept our drinks and all of our guests drinks replenished at all times and everyone was extremely pleased by the great drinks, fabulous staff and lack of lines throughout the night.

I could not recommend hiring their company more (I recently had their delicious food at a friends' wedding- and we were all raving at how amazing everything was). SO impressed and hope to drink and dine with them again very soon! They made our wedding very special and fun!

One word. Great! We have attended many catering events that they have put on from birthday party's to the Phoenix Open. Love it.
