Pricing is fair, products worked as intended. Pickup and drop off were unorganized. Allow yourself extra time and ensure they account for items at drop off.

Amazing! We rented tables, chairs and linens for a bridal shower. The customer service exceeded expectations and the communication was very thorough. We felt very taken care of and this made the party and set up and clean up so much less stressful. Will definitely use these guys again and highly recommend to anyone for their party needs! We had 5' tables and used a pick up truck for pick up and a trailer just because we had one to bring them back. Easy tables to fold up and roll to the car. The white chairs were light but sturdy and looked very nice.

The owner was very rude, I called today May 26 to cancel the dunk tank reservation for June 25 For an event to raise money for the veterans, , the owner stated that I will not get my deposit of $50 back that it was nonrefundable, Then I asked the owner if I could get something to Equal $50 that I could use for the event and she just laughed. My advice to you is read the reviews, and I would never rent anything from that place renter beware!

Go with someone else. Customer service was not great. They were not kind or easy to work with. We felt like every time we talked with them, we were annoying, doing a disservice, or bothering them, as if we hadn't hired them to do the job they are supposed to do. Did not set anything else we rented from them after we cancelled their large tent because our guest count went down and it was no longer needed, which they openly told us they didn't want to set up or take down.

The customer service was terrible. They are not helpful or kind. The tables are in terrible condition. Get ready to do all the work. They don't even want to help with loading or unloading their products for you. Do yourself a huge favor and use a different company. I would drive 100 miles further if I had to. They do not even deserve one star.

I contacted Party Time Rentals after Covid ruined my initial wedding plans and they were able to assist me with all that I needed to host a beautiful ceremony and reception, and they did it all in a months notice! They were extremely informative and helpful in picking out what I needed and had prompt delivery and pick up.

Other than putting the dance floor in the wrong place everything went so well. Love the contact they make prior to the event.

Party Time over promises and under delivers. They act like everything is no problem and they'll be sure to get everything delivered ahead of time and it's documented on the contract. Then a few days before when you confirm, they complain that their college staff have gone back to school and that it's a "very busy weekend" for them, but the tent install will still happen, just later in the day because the installers will be two towns over with apparently a more important client.

They'll call with an ETA the next morning they say. The next morning comes and goes with no phone call. When the tent install still hasn't happened in the afternoon, we have to call, and they let slip that they forgot to give the paperwork to the installers. We also then have to track down the installers ourselves and negotiate with them directly because Party Time has given up, they are overwhelmed and incompetent.

We're in a service industry ourselves and when we make a promise, we make it happen. We don't add more work for our clients, we pull out all the stops to make sure that what we promised happens. Party Time was very unprofessional. They accepted too much work and couldn't make it happen even though we reserved months in advance.

Mark & Lisa are absolutely amazing. We rented multiple items from them for our wedding and everything was perfect. I will definitely be renting from Party Time Rentals again!

We worked with Lisa and Amy at Party Time Rentals Maine to rent white garden chairs for our outdoor wedding ceremony. The chairs were exactly what we wanted and were good quality. They were prompt to respond and easy to work with. The week of our wedding they called to discuss delivery and pick-up times and followed our venue's instructions on where to put them. I recommend them!

I am so fortunate to have found Party Time Rentals for our family reunion in Lovell Maine. Lisa Allen and her team were incredibly helpful in guiding me on what items I should include for our outdoor family reunion with 90 plus attendees. Lisa also did not try to push me into renting items she felt were unnecessary and all of her suggestions were perfect, helped make our venue look absolutely beautiful and at the same time kept me within my budget.

Everyone was so impressed with with how everything looked and I certainly cannot take all the credit for that - it was Lisa and her team that really made this happen and it was honestly better than imagined! The delivery crew was also incredibly helpful, diligent and respectful of the property where they were delivering/setting up the tent, tables, chairs, etc. and we greatly appreciated that (not all rental companies take as much care as this crew does!). I would highly recommend Party Time Rentals in Gorham Maine for anyone in need of equipment rentals for any personal or corporate events - they are the best!

Party time rentals rented me my tent, tables, chairs, chaffers, etc for my wedding - they were FANTASTIC. They delivered 4 days before the wedding so I could have time to set up, and were absolutely lovely every step of the way. They are very reasonably priced and the tent was gorgeous. I would absolutely recommend them to a friend.

This company is absolutely horrible at communication. My fiance and I tried to get a quote from them several times for at least two months and never got one. Communication is KEY when you are supplying items for something as special as someone's wedding. The prices on their website are fair, but apparently 100-150 guests isn't a big enough event for them to deliver, so we'd have to go pick up everything for both the ceremony and reception ourselves. Who has a vehicle sitting around that fits 100 wedding chairs in with tables and linens and an arbor? Not me. I definitely would NOT recommend this company.

My daughter got married this past weekend, September 20th. We cannot say enough good things about the service we received from the wonderful people at Party Time Rentals. They were very organized, friendly and knowledgable. As the mother of the bride, I highly recommend one of their services which includes fully setting the tables with the tablecloths, napkins, plates, glasses, silverware, center pieces and anything else you need done. It took the pressure off me and they went beyond my expectations! The tent was clean, as were the chairs.

The staff over at Party Time are great! We had a casual wedding reception at a family member's house and the rentals (chairs, tables, tent) were delivered in plenty of time and were in great condition. The set-up crew was super efficient and did quality work. Everything went really well. Thank you Party Time Rentals!
