Founded in 1998 in Aliso Viejo by Dick Fisher and Bob Quinn, Cosmos Italian Kitchen was born. Based on their desire to leave the corporate experience behind, they created a concept that reflected their desire to personally serve their guests and community. Cosmo's IS homemade Italian cuisine, freshly-baked bread and fine-tasting wine, cocktails and beer offered at the best affordable quality.
Pick Up Catering: Includes chaffing dishes and serving utensils provided that they are returned promptly. Seared rare ahi sliced thin and topped with bruschetta mix and Caesar dressing on toasted crutinis. Choice of Gorgonzola and Prosciutto, Feta and Creamy Italian or Caesar with shaved Parmesan. Bowtie with grilled chicken, artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes and mushrooms in a roasted garlic cream sauce.

I have favored Cosmo's special everything pizza to go in the past, however, recently I ordered the same usual pizza and it was awful. The dough was nearly raw in the center and the toppings were so sparsely and ground so finely it was impossible to know if all of the advertised ingredients were included. It appear misleading at best to refer to as a special. Adding insult to injury, the pizza was ready about 20 minutes past the promised on-line pick-up time. I will not return to Cosmo's.

We have been ordering from Cosmos for years. It's always ok and we keep ordering because we really try to support local business. However, today was the last time we will visit. Our pizza was not only cold, but they charged me extra for toppings I did not get on half of my pizza. I ended up paying almost $32.00 for cold, so so pizza without all the toppings I paid for. Next time, I'll just order from Domino's.

We live close by so my wife suggested we stop in for dinner. They have great food and wonderful desserts. We both enjoyed the meal and would recommend this place to any one who likes homemade Italian food. The service was very good and our waitress was very attentive. Both my wife and decided that we would come back regularly. Highly recommend
